Delicious and authentic Thai food! The quality is excellent and definitely worth the money — no regrets eating here. If you’re in Zandvoort and craving authentic Thai food, this is a must-visit!

It's easy to rate: everything is just right here: a small menu, fresh ingredients, friendly service, which took a little longer for us to order due to the large number of guests. And all at more than fair prices. Simple advice: Book a table and spend a lovely evening there.

UPDATE June 2025: Still very delicious, with several options available upon request for individual spice, including chopped chili in oil. Unfortunately, as is usually the case with such restaurants, there are only a few red wines to choose from. June 2023: Located on a quiet street near the train station, this attractively decorated restaurant offers excellent, almost authentic Thai cuisine, and dishes labeled as spicy are indeed spicy for European palates. The service is very friendly.

We were there yesterday with eight people. If you're in a larger group, it's a good idea to make a reservation in advance. It's very cozy, the service was excellent, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The food was 10/10!!! We were all extremely satisfied.

Had a very tasty meal today. Food that is declared spicy based on the chili peppers is actually really spicy. Luckily the menu is small, but there is something for everyone. The dishes are very authentic. We will definitely eat there again on our next vacation.

We were really looking forward to the food as we love Thai and the reviews are surprisingly good. Unfortunately the Phad Thai was extremely bad (one of my favorite dishes, no matter where). The noodles were hard and the sauce had no flavor. The rice that my friend had with a curry wasn't quite cooked either. The service wasn't interested in whether the food was tasty or not. Too bad!

2024-10: There was no local beer, but the Thai beer was pretty tasty too. And the nice words from the boss informed us about the difficulties with the supplier! The food was super good as always, the service (chef?) was very friendly as always, the ambience is simply very cozy thanks to the small dining room with kitchen! Tip: reserve! All tables were full.

Went to Zandvoort for a few days last week and went to Bandai Thai twice because of the great food! Both dishes tasted really outstanding and the portions were very large. The price-performance ratio is right here! The ambience and especially the service are also highly recommended! We'll be there again next time we're on holiday in Zandvoort, we promise!

Highly recommended, we went straight to eat there a second time. Because the food was really tasty and, above all, had “that certain something”. Here we also cooked with fresh herbs, which we tasted positively. For me it was “soul food.” The portions were decent and we were very full. At first glance and also in view of the atmosphere, I probably wouldn't have just walked into the store - but the positive reviews convinced me and I can only confirm it!

On my day trip from Amsterdam to eat there: Absolutely overpriced, my cooked duck with vegetables on a manageable platter (24.90 euros) wasn't great in terms of taste. The beer 0.5l 6.75 euros. That even exceeded the high prices in Amsterdam. The restaurant probably has to generate sales for the winter. Outrageous rip-off.😜

Wow, I am blown away at the quality of Thai food here in Zandvoort. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection, and beyond delicious. We ordered the chicken pad Thai, the noodles were perfectly al dente. We got the shrimp with cashew, the sauce was so delicious I wanted to drink it. And lastly, the stir fry beef with mint and lemongrass, it had the perfect kick to it. If I’m ever in Zandvoort again, I would definitely come back here. The menu was small but each dish is authentic and tasty. 5 stars !

We were blown away by this Thai food! Starting off with the tender chicken satay was a great choice, and the panang curry had the perfect level of spice with so much flavor. The green curry with shrimp was top notch. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. 5/5!!

Nach zwei Jahren haben wir erneut einen Urlaub in Zandvoort verbracht und uns gerne an das gemütliche Lokal mit dem leckeren Essen erinnert. Wieder sehr freundlich empfangen haben wir erneut sehr gut zu fairen Preisen gegessen. Abseits der üblichen Touristen Lokale ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Wir kommen gerne wieder. PS auf Anfrage durfte auch unser Hund mit hinein.

Super tasty and authentic food, which is also very well tolerated (even for me with IBD). The waiter was very attentive and kept an eye on all the tables. Great service! We were happy to spend almost 60 euros for two people. We made a reservation by phone an hour in advance and asked if we could bring our dog. That wasn't a problem 😊 Many thanks to the chef and the waiter!

During our third holiday in Zandvoort we finally got around to having a termis. It was worth it. A nice little restaurant with friendly service and delicious food. If it says spicy on the menu, it's spicy (finally) We were completely satisfied.

If you've ever been to Thailand, and you're nostalgic for those flavors, this restaurant is your choice. Delicious food, nice atmosphere. The green curry shrimp (mind you: mega shrimp) was perfect, a bit spicy, that's what it says on the menu. My other half's Panang curry was just as delicious. If we are in the area, we would love to come here again.

Service was terrible. Walked in at 6pm and I was asked to make reservations for 7pm which was fine. Came back at 7pm and the waiter that booked the reservation did not recognize me at all. Food took and hour and when it was served it was quite oily and had no flavor (Pad Thai). On top of everything the waiter was rude. Atmosphere is dark and very glummy at night.Never going back.

We had great food, it had just the right amount of spiciness, which was also noted on the menu. The portions were appropriate for the price and the restaurant itself was a bit darker but harmonious. Any time.

Nice restaurant with really authentic Thai food.

Very overpriced. I think a tom kha gai for almost €10 is excessive. And I'm used to big city prices. Very little meat in number 35 and no steak as described in the menu. And that for €24. In addition, the slow cooked pork that I actually wanted to eat wasn't there. The larb I was looking forward to was no longer on the menu either. The map is already small enough. The lemongrass ice tea consisted only of sugar water and ice cubes. I couldn't recognize or taste lemongrass. The older waiter is very slow and inattentive. It can take 15 minutes to get the card.

Sehr freundlicher Service und eine tolle authentische Küchen. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Saté Spieße und Frühlingsrollen. Das erste Hauptgericht Rindergeschnetzeltes mit Thai Basilikum war mit 2 Chilischoten gekennzeichnet. Es war sehr scharf und geschmacklich trotzdem sehr gut. Als zweites Hautgericht hatten wir Hühnchen mit Cashewkernen. Das Gemüse war bissfest und das Hühnchen gut gebraten. Wir kommen wieder.

Jin is Thai and brought her German husband to visit Zandvoort in the Netherlands and found this delicious Thai restaurant. If you are a Thai person and want to eat spicy food, you can tell the cook who is the owner's wife. Tom Yum Kung is not on the menu. The cook makes it very delicious. - Tom Yum is delicious, just like eating it in Thailand, very satisfying and spicy. Thank you very much to the shop owner and husband. The service is good. I like it. If I come back to this area one day, I will come back to eat again.

One of the better Thai restaurants outside Thailand. Definitely worth going back more often and I have already done so several times. I don't come to Zandvoort that often, but when I am there I often feel like having Thai food, very strange... My wife is also very positive about it and she should know, she was born and raised in Thailand.
