Hot chocolate milk from a few months ago is no longer what I had last 2 to 3 months ago, but it misses the chocolate taste as it should be with a chocolate milk, which is a shame.

It's nice that the employees are having such a good time with each other and chatting, but it costs you customers. If a customer comes in and has been waiting for 10 minutes and the employees just keep chatting (and not about work-related matters because then I certainly understand that) and don't just say 'yes ma'am, I'll be right there' then there's a lot for you other bakeries I can go to. Shame about the otherwise wonderful things you make.

Two tables on the terrace occupied, no customers in the shop, three employees inside, but no one to take our order. Went back inside to order something. Wasn't the first time.

Very bad service. Large bowl of oliebollen on the counter. I want to have 10. One of the older two saleswomen with short spiky hair takes bags and distributes the oliebollen among the staff and without explanation gives me a bag with 3 oliebollen. She said I could take it for free. I ordered 4 half sliced ​​bread, because I always call in advance. It was in stock. They would prepare it. I come to pick it up and the same older saleswoman has sold half and laid out the other half. When I asked why, she said she had made a mistake, after which she made a comment to a colleague and chuckled. I am a very good customer, bought at least 50.00 per week. The rest of the service was always friendly, but this particular lady made me decide not to come anymore. It's really scandalous that such a saleswoman works at Oonk.

Well, we thought let's follow the trend and bring a Crompouche for coffee. My motto is... if you're going to do something, do it right. So it wasn't just any Crompuche, but one from Bakery Oonk. Well, judge for yourself. If it were up to me, we'd just go to HEMA again next week for a real tompouche.

Great and high quality bakery. Lots of choice and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended to get your pastries or bread there.

Mooie winkel met vriendelijk personeel daarom 3 sterren. Maar heel erg prijzig geworden (ja wat niet) maar hier lijkt toch ook wel krimpflatie van toepassing. Gebakjes stuk duurder en kleiner geworden, evenals de cake etc . Wat ik wel goed vind is dat ze het brood van de vorige dag goedkoper verkopen en daar is niks mis mee. Zou heb je geen verspilling en de klant kan goedkoper kopen.

Zeker de beste bakker van Enschede en deze is ook bevestigd met de prijs. Genoeg keuze in broodsoorten we halen natuurlijk de twentse. Je kan ook voor gebak daar terecht. Zeer grote variatie. Voor een kopje thee of koffie is het ook een aanrader.

1 van de betere banketbakkers van Enschede en omstreken. Wil je een lekkere taart voor de verjaardag? Bestel een slofjes aarbeien, beter bestaat niet. Lekker brood? Zekers, probeer de dubbeldonker eens. Het is wel prijzig maar je krijgt dan ook echt een kwaliteit product.

Zeer goede banketbakkerij in winkelcentrum zuid met zitgelegenheid. Saucijzenbroodje speciaal kan ik nooit laten liggen.

Hier wordt je als klant vriendelijk behandeld

Altijd als ik in de buurt ben van het Winkelcentrum Zuid, kom ik niet eromheen, om bij banketbakker Oonk een tussenstop te maken. Mijn favoriete gebakjes zijn het citroen-meringue taartje en het monchou-taartje uit eigen maak van banketbakkerij Oonk. Op het binnenterras van deze bakker kom je heerlijk tot rust tijdens het lezen van een krant. Ten slotte wil ik er op deze plek nog op wijzen dat zich (banket-)bakker Oonk dit jaar het kampioenschap (banket-)bakken Nederland heeft gewonnen!
