Banketbakkerij Strampel in Steenwijk

The wedding cake was very dry. Old?

For New Year's Eve, I sent my husband to the bakery for oliebollen (Dutch doughnuts) and raisin buns. They were tastier than the supermarket ones, I thought, and I had guests, so I wanted to give them something tasty. Not a single oliebol was done; I had to throw them all away. I sent a message to the bakery explaining my mistake, but they didn't even bother to reply. Such a shame. So, no more visits to that bakery for me.

According to the website, this shop sells sourdough bread, but the store told me they don't sell it. I also bought speculaas with almond shavings. The cookie wasn't fresh and was soft. The next day, I received a new package of speculaas. That one wasn't good either. I think the almond shavings were from last year. They tasted moldy. I'm not going back now.

Dog has to stay outside so I can buy a piece of cake to go? Ridiculous.

Decent ham & cheese croissant and plenty of pastries to choose from

I came here to get chocolates for a wedding and asked if she wanted to pack the box nicely. She then put a paper bag around it and handed it to me. I was speechless for a moment. I then went to the Wibra to buy foil and bows and made something nice with them myself. The chocolates were also completely rotated in the box. Delicious chocolates and pastries, but service could be better.

This lovely bakery is located in the town of Steenwijk. They sell a variety of pastries and cakes. They cater to allergies and dietary needs, offering a wide selection of pastries, bread, and other delicious treats. The staff is friendly and happy to help. The atmosphere in the shop is pleasant and inviting.

Excellent service, perfect quality-price ratio.

Delicious truffle points, wonderfully large fresh bulbs that also stay fresh for a wonderfully long time from the freezer

Ordered a cake for delivery several times. Good help and the prices are good. The invoice may be sent a little earlier.

Whoever makes fake accounts to give 1 star should just shut up and shut up, he's just a good bakery, shut up you brat.

worth a visit for the excellent petit fours alone!
