Make sure there is enough staff! Friday 12:15 and there is only one employee, that is of course ridiculous.

Delicious pastries, tasty cookies, great prices. It's a shame that sitting down for a while is a little less attractive. Only coffee and tea, but no coffee varieties and lemonade. I think a nice bakery with good coffee is still missing in Steenwijk. The owner is nice and friendly and there is a mini library, which is nice too!

The wedding cake was very dry. Old?

Beautiful location on the outdoor terrace. Good coffee too. But the apple pie/flap was very old; upon inquiry, at least 3 days old. I was allowed to exchange it for a sausage roll, which was salty and greasy and made of grayish “stuff” that no longer looked like minced meat. Fortunately, my little dog still liked it. It's a shame, the setting is so lovely.

Good bakery, but just ridiculously expensive, not normal. Every Saturday the same order at our local bakery, now I was away for a day and had to move to this bakery, I simply lost double the amount, with these prices it is impossible for people to keep it up!
