Fantastic bakery with the famous cream puffs made with a secret old recipe. But also the old-fashioned cookies, bonbons, cakes, pastries, chocolate creations, and more—you won't leave empty-handed.

This afternoon I wanted to buy Weespermoppen at this bakery. A customer before me also wanted these and asked if they were hard or soft cookies....whereupon the saleswoman pressed each joke with her thumbnail and thus judged whether it was hard or soft....I said something about it...that what she was doing was unhygienic. I got a surprised face and just walked away......to prevent escalation. You will never see me there again

This bakery is known because, from the past, the tomouches were recommended here as "the tastiest in the entire region". The tomouchen are very tasty indeed. It is not a bakery where you can also get bread. They only sell pastries, cookies and chocolates/bonbons here. If you go here to get tompouces, it is advisable to call the store in advance to place your order if necessary. I have personally experienced that at certain times of the day no tompouces are made. There have also been times when I have come into the store and they have run out of tompouces. You also sometimes have to wait a little longer when the store is busy. The tomouches are almost always made for you on the spot and making/filling also takes some time. You cannot sit here to eat or drink something. It's for takeout only.

Tompoucen are delicious but the service is more than bad. Tompoucen with whipped cream ordered in advance, had to wait a long time while a lady was busy who could barely say good morning, no customer in the store, so you would say they have plenty of time, which they took. When I get home: no whipped cream. Called: yes, bad luck. They make 600 tompouces a day and things can go wrong, so that's a shame. Come and get the difference refunded, but that's it. This was once but never again. Then tompouces somewhere else, slightly less tasty but with whipped cream in a customer-friendly store. It would have been a nice gesture if you had refunded the entire amount, because with such a "busy" store that might be possible. Also contained a very battered tompouce!!!

I got some delicious cream puffs and other treats here as a treat. It might be a bit pricey, but it's incredibly delicious, and I'm willing to pay for quality. I'll definitely be back next time because everyone at work raved about it! They called it the best cream puff they'd ever had!

Glad that after many years of missing this king of puff pastry is still active. Today we got what we called 'real' tompouces at home, but also macaroons and macrons. Pure pleasure!

the tompouces we got today Saturday 18.11.23 were even tastier than they normally were! good firm cream layer, and a nice crispy, brittle puff pastry bottom and roof really in layers. 👍👍 whoever made them today should always do it that way!! just look at her with that crompouce, this is the real deal

Zo heerlijke old-skool zaak maar in een nieuw jasje, hoop dat deze altijd blijft bestaan en ze de oude recepten vd verdwenen Culemborgse banketbakkers op hun programma gaan zetten... Bijv. die Kersenvlaaitjes en het Hazelnootgebak van; Van Leeuwen, de Chocobollen van Verheijden etc.

Wat hebben wij genoten van de HEERLIJKE tompoezen.

Het is de lekkerste tampons die ik ooit gehad heb! De vulling is heerlijk romig en de boven- en onderkant is lekker bros. Echt smullen!
