For authentic Ermelo treats, you really need to go to Zuidam, a bit tough, just like they should be! Friendly service, too bad they no longer have a store in Ermelo.

Asked in advance whether the pastry is 'fresh'. “Yes, it was made this morning.” What a disappointment because it was stale and substandard. The arrogant attitude of the staff and the shouting 'that she hadn't said that' when I came to get a story made this disappointment complete.

Saturday December 4th bought a small filled speculaas bar for the price of 7.95 euros, you would expect something from that you would think! The four of us on Sunday December 5th a piece with coffee. We unanimously agreed that this speculaas was not fresh, dry and tasteless and that for that price.... Back to the store with the rest. The saleswoman said, "and then you eat it and come back with this piece"...... she walked with it to the baker, came back and said that the baker found it tasty and still okay, nothing wrong with it. The baker and his saleswoman won the discussion but lost a customer.

What a terribly arrogant old lady is behind the counter! It's like you're asking something very strange if you ask if they have anything made from flour other than wheat flour. And then (with all those years of experience) I couldn't imagine that almond flour cookies or coconut macaroons meet this requirement. And then those stupid bags for the cookies that you can only tear open and cannot close again, not convenient or sustainable

Fantastic pastries, delicious bread, and nice customer-friendly people.

Service could certainly be much friendlier.

Heerlijke tompouce en saucijzenbroodjes 8/10

Om een bruidstaart te bestellen is altijd weer spannend hoe het eind resultaat zal zijn 😄 . Kan u dit zeggen het eind resultaat was perfect en nog lekker ook. Nogmaals bedankt voor het mooie eind resultaat.

Super lekker gebak en heel vriendelijk personeel! Echt een aanrader.

Kom heel graag bij Zuidam voor de echt heerlijke poestabroodjes! Dit zijn een soort saucijzenbroodjes (die zijn ook lekker!) maar dan iets pittiger van smaak. Ze zijn terug na 10 jaar weggeweest te zijn: nostalgie, een smaak uit mijn jeugd! Ook het brood is lekker (Lekkerste in Hwijk/Ermelo) mijn favoriete brood: Gelders knakker. Ben niet zo'n zoetekauw, dus van het gebak weet ik niet zoveel. Iedere dag worden de producten vers gemaakt: je kunt in de zaak zien waar ze het maken.
