For authentic Ermelo treats, you really need to go to Zuidam, a bit tough, just like they should be! Friendly service, too bad they no longer have a store in Ermelo.

Stopped by for a snack. I ordered a warm croquette roll. Now I think it was only briefly in the oven/microwave. It was about the temperature of a popsicle. So, no more for me. My wife had a healthy roll, which she said was delicious, by the way. And that deserves to be said.

I ordered a surprise package through TGTG (too good to go). I expected something like cake or fancy cookies or something similar. It turned out to be a bread package. If I wanted a bread package, I could have gotten one in my own city. Here, they make a distinction between a bread package and a surprise package. Tomorrow is my birthday, so I thought: yeah, that's a nice idea. A surprise with what I get, my goodness... what a disappointment!!! 1 loaf of bread, 4 white rolls, 6 seeded rolls, 4 cheese croissants for €5.99 Very expensive for TGTG!!!! A very bad deal!!!!
