Had a bad experience at this pub. The bartender was rude and dismissive, making us feel like an inconvenience. The poor service and unfriendly attitude really spoiled the visit. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for decent customer service

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The attitude of the staff was extremely unprofessional and left a lot to be desired. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. The staff were not only unwelcoming and unfriendly but also seemed to be more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to the needs of their customers. What’s more concerning is that I noticed some of the employees drinking alcohol while on the job. This is a serious violation of basic workplace rules and safety standards. It’s completely unacceptable for staff to be intoxicated while working, as it reflects poorly on the establishment and creates an unsafe environment for customers. This lack of professionalism and disregard for proper conduct made my visit very uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s clear that management needs to take immediate action to address these issues before they drive away more customers.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. A man without any clothing resembling a staff uniform walked behind the bar pretending to work there. Later he rudely said that because we played darts poorly, we had to leave the building. I tried to talk to him calmly but the bartender and all the other staff just watched and didn't intervene. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

It was nice a month ago. Bartender stayed open especially because I wanted to drink a beer and watch a football match. Then a whole group of his friends came in before I moved on to another ESNS performance. Hopefully the entire group (and many more with them) will be welcome in De Kuip on their own transport in a few weeks. I'll be on the other side anyway. ;)

Very nice place clean clean I would like to tell everyone to go here and end all your worries come here because you are treated with love here bar man is a very nice cheerful man and a friendly person. I will come again come with friends

Great bartender and good beer. Perfect combination
