Bel Pizza in Wijk 21 Regentessekwartier

Bel Pizza has become very good, but I ordered a pizza just before closing time on a Wednesday evening. I politely asked about the sizes and prices and asked if they had chicken or kebab, and the man on the phone suddenly said, "Yeah, you don't know what you want, so we're closed now," even though I clearly made my choice: BBQ chicken 45cm. I was able to place one last quick order for a 45cm pizza, but this man decided to lose a loyal customer and the company's money. I will continue ordering, hoping that this man will be addressed.

We had pizza for the two of us, and we eat pizza quite often, but this was a different story! I'm serious when I say this was unbelievable, damn it! 1/5, I would have given 0 if I could!

Ordered Pizza Inferno. It looked like a lawn with the amount of lettuce thrown on it without asking. I couldn't even get it all off because it was mixed in with the melted cheese. The description doesn't say it comes with lettuce. DON'T PUT IT ON THERE!!!

I live near BelPizza. I order food from them regularly. The Turkish pizza with meat and vegetables is really delicious. Delicious sauces are served with it. There's so much on it that it's barely rollable. And all that for €6... a steal. The delivery drivers are constantly coming and going, so lots of people order from them. That says something, of course. I also order the pizza quatre fromage (four cheeses) sometimes... highly recommended. Especially if you want a vegetarian meal. The staff are always friendly. I highly recommend this pizzeria! The menu is extensive.

We were on vacation and on the first day, we just wanted to get pizza. Along with fries, chicken wings, and spare ribs. While everything was fine, both pizzas were extremely dry and partially burnt. It felt like a worn-out shoe sole. They probably gave us a free drink out of pity.

Absolutely garbage quality. Too much salt and oil, prices too big, delivery boys nasty in etiquette and reading delivery notes.

I never got my food. When I called the restaurant, I slipped up, which made the guy suddenly get really angry and think I was messing with him. Then he told me to call another place and that he wouldn't be serving me anymore. Isn't this ridiculous behavior, or am I crazy? I didn't spend a cent at this place, and I'm happy with that. I don't wish these people a cent! Just order Domino's or something, because at least they treat their customers decently.

Ordered pizza here. The man on the phone didn't want to give us food because we were too young. Then ordered via thuiszorgd and it tasted terrible it was out of date. Don't order here dirty and cooked place

This is the first and last time I order from you, ridiculous how we received the order. Pizzas are cold and we are really not satisfied. Sauce was everywhere on the packaging. I also did not order pineapple on my pizza, but I did get it. I think it is completely disgusting. I still think the food is so so but the people work there NO😡.Then I realized that I wanted to make a change, I called and the man in a very rude way told me to speak quickly, so I explained who I was and instead of Listening to me and changing my order, he starts making homophobic jokes. So now I see how busy I was, I don't think I'll ever order anything here again, the quality of the food has dropped a lot.

Very bad service! Pizza is delivered well done. Super dry and hard, you could molest someone with it. Pizza thrown away after 2 bites. I stay far away from this, a waste of your money. Price-quality ratio is also hard to find

The only pizzeria that has never failed when it comes to the speed of delivery and the very rich pizzas, which you even have to let cool briefly upon arrival. Not unimportantly, the cheese is tasty and generously topped, where at other pizzerias you mainly get tomato sauce with a little cheap (or cheap-tasting) cheese.

I have ordered from here several times in the past year. I always order the same thing for myself; pita cheese, because I love it. Especially with the garlic sauce. I ordered it again yesterday. I was looking forward to it because I had had a long day, it was already late in the evening and I was really looking forward to it. It was delivered quickly as always. When I opened the first package it was so different from the other times. There was hardly any cheese on it. I think only one thin slice instead of at least 2 or even 3. The other exactly the same. It had no taste at all because of this. It didn't make any sense. It was a dry intention. I threw them both away. I called and the person said if we get close you will get new ones and otherwise next time you want to order you have to call and you will get it for free. Not very bad in itself, but of course they were not brought again. I was so hungry and would have loved to get those 2 new pita cheeses. I didn't want to order again because the minimum order amount is 20 euros. I really think they should have just been redelivered. That would have been normal good service. I always give people another chance. I'll try it one more time, if it's this poor again, I'll never order from here again. I hope they at belpizza learn from this. 1) Always provide good service 2) Don't skimp on your customers' food. Better to save money in a different way.

Were looking for a little midnight snack. Best shop because it stays open late and offers a lot of different, delicious food. The managing director is the most honorable man and invited us for drinks and buffalo wings. Price-performance ratio is great.

I ordered lasagna here and a bowl of mozzarella. That mozzarella was just cubes of goo. I really can't say what it was. But it wasn't mozzarella. And the lasagna was really not tasty. It was just that bad. That I became really ill the day after. So people DO NOT order here. It's really not good here.

You place your order by telephone and suddenly the waiter tells you to call back and then you don't get called anymore, what poor service and employees say and often the wrong and not a good pizza. So think 10 times before you eat here never again!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed my 26cm pizza Margerita a lot. What I enjoyed the most,is that when I chose to collect it, instead of getting it delivered, the prize dropped enormously. Kind people as well. And really a lot to chose from.

I hate to say it, but the pizzas tasted like nothing. The pita cheese was “okay” luckily there was melted cheese in the middle. The best highlight of the order was the can of fernandes to quickly wash it down, the Margherita pizza was like a rock hard grated cheese biscuit that if you threw it at someone it would cause a hole in the head, pizza was immediately eaten away. Hopefully you will change this soon!

I hadn't ordered from here for years until recently after a long hair got baked into my pizza! I gave it another chance, and the 6th time I order, there is AGAIN a hair in the pizza. Really ridiculous. The pizzas taste good and are reasonably priced, but I just never trust them anymore. I would like to give advice to improve the atmosphere and hygiene behind the counter. There are always 5-10 guys (pizza bakers or delivery people) hanging around the counter or in front of the entrance. This is not pleasant for the customer. Have company clothing made and also wear it behind the counter, it will improve your image. And PLEASE: use gloves when making the pizzas because it's really a turn-off to see the employees working in their casual clothes and then topping your pizza with their bare hands!! Hairnets would also be very welcome! 2 stars are purely for the decent taste! Oh yes, and ordering by telephone is VERY often wrong! Incorrect or incomplete orders occurred 30-40% of all times in our orders.

Altijd gezellig hier met de goedlachse eigenaar als hij tijd heeft voor een babbeltje. Het zijn hele harde werkers! Wanneer slapen ze eigenlijk? De Turkse pizza’s kip vinden wij heerlijk hier! Aangezien ik nu glutenvrij leef, wordt het wat vaker de schotel. Je krijgt veel vlees, veel patat, veel saus en pita! 🫓 De gewone pizza’s 🍕 zijn hier ook erg lekker! Onze visite vraagt er zelfs naar als ze trek krijgen 😉 Hebben we een lange dag achter de rug, moe of geen tijd om te koken? Dan is dit altijd een snelle en smakelijke oplossing. Bedankt mannen!
