The pizza’s are good. They aren’t the best ones I’ve had but also not the worst. They are usually quite fast with delivery. The only thing that bothers me is that the thick shake is never on the website. When I order it’s always out of stock and I specifically order for the thick shake :(

Just picked up an order placed by my wife (didn't know she'd ordered a milkshake with it). The staff could barely use a word... I get 3 pizzas from that guy, he walks away without saying anything, I say thanks! Have a nice day, and those people look at me like I'm crazy! And they say nothing, so I just walk on... and don't say anything (willfully ignoring someone while looking them in the eye), everyone understands what kind of feelings this evokes... I get home and my wife says, "Don't you have a milkshake?" Now I understand why these people, including the manager, looked at me like that and didn't say anything! It was the choice between a free five-euro milkshake (Who cares that it was stolen) or talking to a customer you can't even say hello to, because, based on whatever conviction, you don't have to have respect for other ethnicities.

I get my pizzas here every week. Always good, it would just be nice if those shakes went on sale sometime. Then we could try those too!

Order placed at 20:54 expected arrival time 21:25/21:35 22:45 still haven't seen a delivery person. It did say for an hour that they were on their way. 2 km distance and more than 1 hour on the road. Called the restaurant multiple times, unfortunately no answer. Eventually, I had to cancel the order because we couldn't wait any longer. Poor service.

Atmosphere does not apply to delivery

I'm sorry to say... nice guys work there, but it is incredibly filthy, dirty, and disgusting... one of them was mopping; water from a stagnant ditch looked fresher... I threw the pizza away, didn't dare eat it, what a gross mess... I'm afraid that after closing time the rats will be having a feast there... and once again, the guy who helped me was a sweetheart... but what do they expect from 17 and 18-year-olds to keep a place hygienic?

Ordered 3 wrong pizzas; after I called them, they immediately made new pizzas at no extra cost. Great service!

I've been ordering pizzas here regularly for years, always good and fast service (and never had any problems). Delicious, well-topped pizzas with the wonderful tomato sauce. The delivery driver, Jayden, was also a breath of fresh air; service with a smile! He should deliver our pizzas more often :) I've been a very satisfied customer for years!

How this Domino's has an average rating of 3.8 is a mystery to me. There's a guy behind the counter who looks like he's 14 and runs the place like a CEO. Always friendly. Always on his toes. Remembers everything. Under pressure? He smiles and throws another pizza in the oven like it's nothing. Give. That. Man. A. Raise. The pizzas? Simply good and great value for money. The deals? Blessings. And the employees? Pure Gen Z work, no fake niceness to customers, just themselves and hard work. What do the boomers have to say about this? I read negative reviews about it taking a long time. What do you think, on a Friday night, you even have to wait a long time for 911. Don't complain so much and just order on time on busy days, you know that yourself, right? 5/5. For the pizza. For the service. And for that young boss behind the counter (GIVE HIM A RAISE NOW!)

Never order pizza or takeout here, they're ripping you off. They're literally eating crackers with tomato sauce on top, very little on top, and dry. They've made it as cheap as possible for themselves and they lure you in as a customer by offering a 50% discount on pizza. The third pizza is free, but in the end, you're eating crackers, super hard, thin crackers. Domino's for me, never again!!!!! 35 euros for a few crackers, pffff

Home delivered domino clearly states: 1 pizza minus 25 cm, you get the 2nd for free. I took 4 cheese pizza 25cm and it was clearly stated. BUY 1, GET 1 FREE.. He comes with 1 pizza. I ask him where my second pizza is that I would get for free, he looks at me as if his nose is bleeding... that day he says I had to add that to the description. 1 pizza for free.. what nonsense.. I paid 17 euros for 1 small pizza for 2 people that was not even edible. Wasn't 4cheese but 4 tomatoes. I have never seen so much tomato sauce on a pizza... pizza tomato it was... NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!!! And on home delivery I also leave a review... rubbish

Pick up point, a bit of chaos, pizza was not as good as usual.

Bad service also filed a complaint with head office. Ordered the same pizza twice, same mistake twice. Didn't come up with a good solution, just deliver new pizza! Manager was aware of the mistake and it just happened again! Then you receive a croupon for the first time and you have to place another order to have this pizza delivered (from the croupon) and then find out that it is not the correct order again. In the end everything was resolved nicely and I finally received my orders for free. It took a while, but everything turned out fine. Thank you for the effort and the great service.

Delicious pizza. Super tasty and richly filled

Placed an order on December 22, pizza still not delivered after an hour and a half. When I drive to the store, it turns out that they have already cleaned up everything and are ready to close. I inquired and it turns out that I had not seen my entire order. Will I receive a €25 coupon that is supposedly on my telephone number? When I call today to order a pizza, they say that there is nothing listed on my telephone number. Hahahahah what a drama, really unbelievable. They can put that coupon where the sun don't shine.

Placed an order today around 9:00 PM. The pizzas would be delivered around 9:38 PM. At 9:50 PM still no warm pizza in my face. Called Dominos Oude Haagweg. And I was told that the delivery would be on its way... now at 10:43 PM still no warm pizza in my face and they no longer answer the phone. I want my money back!

Scandalous!!! -and gross!!! -suddenly they sell "different shawarma". But, what they don't tell you is that the meat is from a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ANIMAL... That shawarma they are serving now, TURKEY SHOARMA, is unbelievable!! So now you get cheap, nasty TURKEY HOARMA, replacing a previously good quality one. Besides that, in terms of service, this is the worst restaurant in all of The Hague. The staff consists of small children who see the workplace as a playground. As a result, it often takes a VERY LONG time before the order is ready. Close that place.

Exactly on time with food for pick-up

I have had several times now that my food has not been delivered at all, the delivery person has 'spontaneously' disappeared and I have been waiting for 1 pizza for more than an hour. Also often enough extra paid sauce is missing. When you call it takes forever before someone answers, and when they finally answer they have no idea why it has not been delivered, or they are told that this order has just been delivered. The food itself is tasty.

People there couldn't care less....pizza is a waste of time, money and energy, do we need to say more?

Today I placed an order at the Domino's on the Oude Haagweg. The order was supposed to be delivered around 6. The order was still not delivered 45 minutes later. After calling customer service, it was indicated that this was due to a "new" delivery person. This turned out not to be the case in the building. The order was remade so I had to wait another 20 minutes. Once home they had made the wrong thick shake and I had to go back. It took 2 phone calls and three walks before the order was semi correct.

Bad thing allover. Run by 16 year olds. A big chaos. After eating the pizza I got sick. I don't know what was wrong with it, but probably spoiled or something. Fortunately it was an offer, but if I had known this I would have gone somewhere else or just thrown a frozen pizza in the oven.

what a night I was on my way to my ex, convinced that dinner was waiting for me, but guess what it wasn't. evening meal. full of disappointment but decided to order dominoes, while my ex had actually hoped for McDonald's, what a disappointment. Looks like a playground in here, pizzas picked up. Staff are running after each other, shouting 'can.ker' and appear very demotivated by the negative attitude of staff. The music is very loud and everyone is singing along. All in all a strange experience this way. Worthless!!! The place was completely empty and yet I had to wait more than 30 minutes for 2 simple pizzas. I will never come here again and I hope my neighbors don't either!! Be warned

I had to cancel my order after a two hour delivery delay without any contact ! After managing to contact the store (via an online ordering app) the stores excuse was “Problem with viewing the order” even after accepting my 50 euro order in advance. UNACCEPTABLE , lack of respect for the customer’s time and money !!! Don’t ever order from this store !

Smakelijke pizza's, bijgerechten en toetjes. Jammer dat de thick shakes niet altijd beschikbaar zijn bij dit filiaal. Bezorger komt meestal op tijd aan, het is alleen jammer dat er meestal iets vergeten wordt. Regelmatig wordt de bezorger teruggestuurd om nog iets op te halen. Verder is het een prima filiaal van Domino's.

Bij binnenkomst hebben we een pizza beide uitgezocht. Door de app te downloaden en van de actie gebruik te maken bij afhalen 2 overheerlijke pizza's voor de prijs van 1

So pizzas can be really awesome ... Or not so much. Depends on? Not sure. When you pick up your pizza, it's very affordable and it's done in no time, no one bothers you while waiting, they know their orders (better than myself sometimes) and it runs smooth.
