Antisocial parking. Blocking cars, telling me I have to wait fifteen minutes to exit. Disgraceful. And all that for the worst pizza in the world.

At first, there was a slight misunderstanding, but that was immediately corrected by the manager or owner on the floor. In the end, they accidentally forgot to provide the garlic sauce on the side. But in the end, it didn't matter because I got a free upgrade. And this was truly the tastiest Shawarma Pizza I've ever had at a Domino's. The ratio of dough, tomato sauce, shawarma meat, and cheese was truly perfect. Thank you for the service and for considering my needs as a customer. See you soon! 😁🙏🏾

Received a chicken kebab pizza without garlic sauce. I called back and was told a replacement pizza would be delivered. However, it never arrived.

Quick pick up and quality service

Pizza was okay, but the service here..mennn. Pizza is cooling while I am literally waiting 8 minutes for someone to grab my drink from a refrigerator. In the meantime I hear 3 times: your drink is coming. Not good! People like hot pizza guys

Employees come across as inexperienced and disinterested. In addition to becoming more expensive due to inflation, pizzas have also become significantly smaller. Fewer toppings than 2 years ago... a shame because I think Domino's makes tasty pizzas.

Quite impressive to ruin such a simple pizza, but they did it. I think the sauce still needed to be added today, but on one side of the pizza of course. Cutting a pizza is also rocket science for this branch because the crust came loose even sooner than the pizza slices themselves.

They just give you what they want. This is my favorite pizzeria because it's closest to my house, and my roommates and I order from here often. I usually pick up the pizzas myself, but today, like many other times, they have forgotten important items. The toppings were missing, the cheesy crust wasn't there (which really happens often), and in general there were several things missing from the order. It is incredibly frustrating to receive an incomplete order, especially when more than a third of the order is missing. I really wish they would pay more attention to the details

After an hour and a half, still no order. After calling twice, someone finally came on the line. There would be a new order and compensation. 5 minutes later there was a delivery: a very cold and wrong order. 45 minutes later still not the correct order. Call again and wait a long time. Store was closed, so the only thing that could be done is a refund. Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for nothing... Very poor service and no real compensation of any kind. Don't order here again!

"If you'd like to waste an hour of your time, this Domino's branch is the right place for you. You might have to wait 56 minutes for your pizza, and even then, you may receive the wrong one. As an apology, all you'll get is a simple 'Sorry, we were busy.' It was a terrible experience."

Extremely bad service. There were 5 people working, but it was extremely slow. Our pizza fell on the floor, and no one said anything about it. We ended up having to wait half an hour for our pizza. Still, the pizza was tasty. But the service really doesn't come up.

Very unpleasant. All small boys work there who are more concerned with each other than with customers. Very loud hardcore music.

Delivered once after an hour and a half, pizza was cold. 2nd time they just didn't come, called, "yes we are closed"

Tasty food and drinks. Enough place to sit inside/outside. + you can see how long your order will last.

They forgot my order after the status dashboard indicated my order was ready. I only started after reminding them. It took about 20 minutes for a pickup that should have been ready upon arrival.

Good food in a famous pizzeria.

Order placed via app for collection. Medium americana and a cheesy bread. Got to the store a little early. I have to wait a few more minutes in the store. After a few minutes, the app says order ready. Whole discussion in the kitchen about who could leave for a break. Blonde tall young one had to take a break. Just then a cheesy bread from the oven on the counter. Young person opens box. Adds more cheese and walks away with the cheesy bread. Then I looked in the app, order ready. Asking another boy (manager type) where my order was (boy with dark hair). Had to wait another 5-10 minutes. "Bread still in the oven," says the manager. So it was eaten by the blond boy. Orders placed after my order were ready a long time ago. 10 minutes later, finally cheesy bread. Pizza cold.

No points for atmosphere as we order home delivery Service is non existent unless you count delivery from point A to point B. Reason: If you ever EDIT your pizza, be assured they will screw it up 9 times out of 10 and then they will offer replacement but demand full pizza back, not even a slice less. (At that time one pizza was left untouched and Bianca Funghi was half eaten which had basic ingredient missing I.e. pesto as well) DO NOT fall for their FREE pizza trick because free pizza is made with zero professionalism or love. When pointed out about missing items from the order you will be let know that they are doing it as extra effort and will let you know IF that is possible. That you paid for it, doesn't matters Worst ever consumer service by a pizza chain

Ordered pizza via home delivery at 5.17 pm because I have children and had it delivered at 6.30 pm so that it would be there at that time, but I called at 1845 and it wasn't even in the oven yet, what a drama.

Oh boy. This order went completely wrong: late, crushed and somewhat cold. First pizza order in months. Too bad, because this branch was always good.

Ordered pizza from here, although I leave in 10 mins walking distance, my pizza arrived in 1h and 40 minutes. The taste of the pizzas were not good, mostly tasted like low quality ingredients.

One hour and fifteen minutes waiting for a cold pizza. Never order from the Theresiastraat The Hague branch again.

We have been waiting for two pizzas for 2 hours now. I have called several times but I only get a national number that cannot tell me anything.

It was a hit and miss, pending on who is doing the cooking. Sometimes they are super good. Sometimes it can get disappointing, the milkshake is, however, out-of-this-world.

Cancer slowly waited over half an hour while getting takeout in the afternoon...ridiculous

Pizza was baked way too hard, meat was just hard on the pizza and unedible. Had to throw away half a pizza.

We ran out of coke - just drive past the supermarket for us!! What a hero

Pizza was okey, had better. There is a lot of room for improvement. Service could also get some improvement. Wasn't exactly excited to visit again.

The app doesn't reflect the real time actions. The pizzas weren't in the oven as it notified. The staffs did their magic and got a decent lunch.

Mostly takeaways, apart from the little space outside to sit and enjoy your pizza and grab a drink while catching your cruise of passerby.

Man fragt ob das Angebot für 5,99€ immer noch gültig sei - der Mitarbeiter bejaht dies und bei der Abrechnung wird der normale Preis berechnet. Auf Nachfrage heißt es das Angebot gilt nur für die Classics Pizzen. Fand ich nicht fair...

The pizza itself was ok. However it can be prepared better. The toppings were not well placed and were slipping off. The "dine in" experience is pretty much not there. The table was dirty and had leftovers from previous customers. When we asked them to clean, they just asked us to hand over the empty pizza box of the previous customer to them. So much for service.

Dull pizzas and tasteless cheesy bread. On top of that, they forgot to bring the garlic sauce. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant when there are better pizza options in The Hague

Got medium Perfect Pepperoni pizza take away here. Ate it in first 5 min and it was good. Good Pizza when eaten hot. (Kids working there have an attitude ... not the most positive one)

I order from this Domino's location almost weekly. About 30% of the time, the order is the wrong one or the toppings are minimal and not as described. At times, delivery people cannot find my location and consequently arrive with cold pizzas. Essentially, it seems to be the luck of the draw in getting what you ordered and receiving it hot. I am always compensated with discount coupons when an error is made ... coupons I cannot use because there is a minimum order value which I cannot take advantage of, as I am a single person and do not wish to order food I cannot eat because it is too much. Having said all that, when the order is correct and delivered in a reasonable amount of time, the pizza is always tasty.

Jammer dat ze pas om 12:00 uur open gaan. Met de lunch is het dan meestal erg druk.
