I cannot recommend ordering from this restaurant based on my experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant was disappointing. I placed an order through the restaurant’s website and waited for the delivery. The tracking information showed that the order was still out for delivery, and I waited until 30 minutes after the expected delivery time, but the order never arrived. I tried to contact the restaurant using the phone number listed on Google Maps, but the number was not working. When I contacted the restaurant afterwards, they refused to provide a refund, explaining that the customer’s phone number was the reason they could not reach me. I understand the importance of providing correct contact details, but I believe the restaurant should also ensure that its own contact information and delivery system work properly. The opening hours shown on Google Maps also did not match the information provided by the restaurant. After checking other reviews, I noticed that several customers mentioned similar issues with late or missing deliveries. I hope the restaurant improves its delivery service and communication with customers.

We had ordered food, paid online, and again at the door, but we messaged them and they said send us Tikkie and we'll pay again immediately, and it was in our account within 5 minutes. Good service.

My girlfriend and I were really hungry, were served immediately, and the food arrived in no time! Deliciously tender, fresh, hot food! Great place, highly recommended!!!

If you order here, you can wait a long time for your order; the phone number is out of service, so you can't call them either. This wasn't the first time, but it is definitely the last time I ordered here.

Ordered a pizza for pickup through their website. The restaurant itself lacks atmosphere and looks a bit run-down. There are a few tables for dining, but it's not very inviting. The pizzas were generously topped and tasted really good! Excellent value for money. Do check if you received garlic sauce. The website says it comes with fresh garlic, but after checking, it wasn't included. When I went back to inquire, I finally got it.

I ordered at 5:45, but it's taking too long! Normally, it takes 20-30 minutes for the food to arrive, and it's already been 75 minutes later.

Unfortunately, we didn't receive our entire order. What we did receive was cold. I can't get in touch with them at all. Their phone number doesn't ring either; it goes straight to voicemail.

Ordered at 5:30 PM so they could deliver it at 7:00 PM. After 7:30 PM, still no pizza, and calling them couldn't get through. After half an hour of trying to get through, we finally had a spotty WhatsApp connection. We finally got our pizza at 8:45 PM. Don't order from here! Unless you like unnecessarily long waits.

I ordered two pizzas, a drink, and ice cream at 5 p.m. It's now 8:30 p.m. and I'm still hungry and waiting for my order. The best part is that they marked it as delivered at 6:55 p.m.! Nobody answers the phone; only the secretary answers. I feel like they started this company just to prank people. My husband had the same problem a while ago, but I forgot about it or I wouldn't have ordered from them. I don't recommend it!!!! I used to have good pizza from them, but my husband complained that his meat and potatoes weren't good. I won't let it go!!!

We stopped here with our children on our way back to Germany and were able to enjoy a truly delicious pizza and a generous and equally delicious portion of spaghetti bolognese. The relaxed atmosphere, the friendly staff in the kitchen, and a clean restroom also made the stopover ideal for preparing for the rest of the journey home!

I didn't receive the food I ordered. I ordered around 11:00 PM on Pyszne.nl and waited over two hours. At 1:05 AM, it suddenly said "delivered... where's my 49 euro money???" I honestly don't recommend it and advise avoiding it. There are more comments like this on Pyszne.nl where people complain about delivery, please read them. Maybe I'll at least get a refund. Edit: The food was delivered much too late, and the quality was poor.

Our food took 2.5 hours to be delivered. When our delivery guy finally arrived, we were initially handed the wrong order. We eventually ran after it and got the right order. It was now ice cold. Redbull was not included in the order, the pizza salami had almost no salami, the fries were tough, limp and cold and our ice cream had melted. The company was also unreachable because the phone was out of order. Extremely bad. Order somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

Delivered from the campsite with the comment. Call or drive to number 14.. and yes indeed Telephone sir drives neatly to the caravan! From ordering to delivery it took 45 minutes. Calzoni richly filled and the lamachun with chicken and cheese.. is so well filled that you can eat with 2 of them, for example. Too bad I couldn't give a tip / cash not with me. but I will arrange that personally next time or drive by this week!. Chapeau!

Received an order that was not correct. After contact and appointment I would receive new food. Haven't received it yet, probably because Easter and Pentecost fall on the same day. They have now lost this regular customer... and that for 12 euros. While I order more every week. Their loss, I say..

Worthless food...chicken satay....you mean chicken in water and cold soft fries. Wait about 2 hours after work and you get something that you can't eat! It can go straight into the trash, I should actually visit them because this is really unacceptable.

Driest durum. I ordered two durums with sauces, no sauce inside and no sauce by it. Very dry tortilla with low quality meat *it does not taste like meat. Never order from here again

Ordered a pizza and 2 Turkish pizzas for dinner. Order was ready quickly and tasted good. However, the pizza could have really been a bit warmer. It's a 10-minute drive to where we live and the pizza was already lukewarm when we got home...a bit of a shame...

Ordered pizza salami and pasta 4 cheeses. After waiting about an hour (as indicated) we received our order. Pizza completely cold, as if it had been ready for over half an hour. A little warm would have been fine, but we thought just really cold was a bit bizarre. The pasta was also not very warm anymore, but it tasted good. I put the pizza in the oven myself so that it was at least warm again. Because when you call them, you immediately get an answering machine, so you can't complain. No Bella Italia again for us...

Horrible! Cannot be reached (tried three telephone numbers) and food was delivered cold. We paid 8 euros (!!) delivery costs, which is fine for once on holiday (although that is ridiculous of course). But then you have to be able to deliver it hot! No more Bella Italia for us. If you want to order from Ruinen, don't!

No Bella Italia again for us. The delivery was much too late on two occasions. last time it was only delivered after 9:30 am, now we waited 2.5 hours again for the food to arrive. Also not reachable by telephone, straight away on voicemail. Delivery person could barely speak Dutch or English. And then also placing the receipt against a tree in front of the house after we closed the door, scandalous!

We have been waiting for the food since half past two. It would close at 2 o'clock, and it would still be delivered at half past three? Now it is a quarter to 3 and we still have nothing... not even any contact with them before 2 o'clock.

Nieuwe aardige eigenaar die bezig is met de puntjes op de i te zetten. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, de keuken is open, de pizza's waren lekker en de stoelen zitten fijn. Wij komen nog een keer eten.

Vreselijk. Twee uur aan het wachten voor mijn bestelling ze nemen de telefoon niet op. en na dat ik de bestelling niet geaccepteerd (na 2 uur heb ik ergens anders wat besteld) liep de man weg zonder niks te zeggen en niet eens mijn geld terug!

Would personally not order here again. Delivery took nearly two hours, and to add to that, they forgot part of our order. They did try to fix it, sort of, and gave us a single free drink (1 can) as they delivered our forgotten dish. The flavour of the food itself wasn't great either in my opinion...
