Domino's Pizza Hoogeveen in Wijk 50 Hoogeveen

This restaurant is terrible. My rating is 0 out of 5. Yesterday I bought a pizza called New Four. The price on their menu was €10, but when the order arrived it was €14. I don't know why. With the €1.50 delivery fee, the total became €15.50. This isn't the first problem; there's no taste or presentation.

Had to wait 45 minutes. Called twice to ask where the food was.

Great deals, plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

We ordered in advance and checked our order upon arrival to see if it was correct. This was the last contact we had, except that after waiting over 20 minutes, we asked how much longer it would be. It turned out that both pizzas we'd seen sitting there for fifteen minutes were already ready. The person in charge, as far as I could tell, ducked out of the way to take responsibility and had his colleague clean up the mess. The pizzas were still acceptable, but friendliness was lacking. I'll try a different pizzeria next time.

Smooth and fast service and operation

This is the tastiest pizza I have eaten so far.

Het karton van de doos waarin ze dit verschrikkelijke brouwsel gebracht hebben was nog dikker dan pizza zelf, maar zo kan ik dit droge en smakeloos eigenlijk niet eens noemen. Bah

Ordered Meltzz chicken supreme but no chicken was found, it was disappointing again, I don't understand why they don't realize that it needs filling. This is how you lose customers.

Delicious pizza... sometimes you have to wait a while...

I ordered food at 5:30 PM to have it delivered at 7:30 PM while I am at work. I call them after 5 minutes and I am told that it was only then going into the oven. The lady on the phone also sounds super unfriendly and I assume that if they are busy they can let them know. I order two hours in advance to have it delivered at a certain time and then you don't hear anything from them and this takes away from my break! Customer friendliness could really be improved at these Domino's.

I ordered at 6pm. Called at a little after 7 to find out where it was. I am told that it will take another 45 minutes. So I waited 2 hours for my home delivery order. I don't think this is normal. And then you get the lame excuse that they don't have more delivery people. That's not my problem anyway. Ridiculous. If your customers have to wait that long. Then you have to close the site for an hour. So you can provide the service you want. I received my order just after a 2.5 hour wait. No excuses or nothing.

Always delicious pizzas. Fast delivery. I just have the idea that the crust is getting wider. So less toppings. Otherwise great.

Worst pizza I ever got, flat, it's more a chips than a pizza, arrived basically cold, never again, don't buy pizza there.

Pizza are not what they were before. Still giving the benefit of the doubt once again, but the pizzas are sparsely topped these days. Shame.

Just placed an order with delivery time included. Order was delivered 45 minutes early. Called and the person indicated that the time was not there. For me, yes. And it was a large order...

Ready on time for takeaway, delicious wings and pizza

Unfortunately, I received the most disgusting, shabby fries and chicken ever delivered. Next time we'll just stick to a pizza.

The staff works very hard, but the manager is really annoying. Even though it is very busy, he is busier with the receipts from the ATM than with placing orders. So really staff a big 10, manager a 2.

I am treated to text messages from Domino's with promotions where the 2nd pizza is free. However, the Hoogeveen branch is not participating in this promotion.... Pretty worthless

I think pizza is delicious and tasty and tasted good, in the end I wasn't hungry anymore and I even saved a few pieces, which was delicious

Got delicious pizzas for a nice price.

Pizzas not delivered after 1.5 hours and then the order was dropped by the delivery person and it had to be made again. Dropping something can happen, but they don't even offer a compensation. Ridiculous for such a price

Proper service, friendly and attentive staff, fast service. The staff immediately understood our requests and the pizza was ready within 15 minutes. The dough was soft and the ingredients were sufficient. I would recommend.

Domino's goed te doen, maar ook niet meer dan dat.

Geen klachten service is goed en bestellingen tot nu toe ook goed... Eninge wat ik wel jammer vindt is dat er soms te weinig op zit en qua smaak mag het wel iets meer...

Aub doe wat aan die peperoni man!! Deze is zoo verschrikkelijk ZOUT ! Je zou er nierfalen van krijgen! (En dat terwijl ik van zoutig houd) doe je extra kaastopping maar was ook maar weinig van te zien, ben er klaar mee

De chicken kebab moet je echt zoeken. betaal je dan extra voor.... Een lading knoflook erop zonder dat ik dat besteld heb. Een ladig tomatensaus van hier tot tokyo. Dus voornamelijk bodem met tomatensaus.... Lekkerrrrrrrrrrr NOT

Geen ananas op de pizza !!! Wat we wel hadden besteld dus is niet heel fijn en niet blij mee, en die man was doof

I order many times from here “online” the pizza its very tasty and delicious, i order at 17:20 and I receive at home at 17:43 thats perfect, i never wait more then 25 min for delivery, keep the quality and services like this!

Vriendelijk en werd snel geholpen. Pizza was ook prima!

Heerlijk eten, vaak leuke aanbiedingen via de app. Het eten is snel klaar en voorgesneden. Ideaal! Wij komen hier zeker vaker. Enige minpuntje is het niet bezorgen in Echten.

Goed pizza’s en vriendelijk personeel. Wel vaak 5 minuten na de afgesproken besteltijd klaar.

Pizza besteld bij dominos krijg ik compleet de verkeerde bestelling, erachter aan gebeld. Kon ik een gratis coupon code krijgen of een nieuwe afhalen! Maar weer 18 km rijden voor een pizza doe ik niet! Slechte zaak!

Snelle bezorgers lekkere pizza's

Jammer , 3 pizza's besteld. Ze waren niet goed warm en de spicy pizza was niet spicy ! Wel op tijd bezorgd.

Heerlijke pizza's, snelle levering en klantvriendelijk personeel. De keuken en wachtruimte zien er schoon en verzorgd uit.

Voor 5 euro een goede pittige pizza gegeten!

Goede pizzas. Alleen snijden kunnen ze niks van. Of gwn niet gelijk gesneden of niet goed doorgesneden.

Sinds de corona tijd zijn alle bedrijven aangewezen op thuisbezorgen. Bij velen gaat dit top, maar Dominos Hoogeveen maakt er een zooitje van. Nieuwjaarsdag na 2u wachten de bestelling geannuleerd. Vandaag een nieuwe poging gedaan en wederom 1,5 uur moeten wachten op twee pizza's. Het excuus briefje met redenen waarom het 1 jan niet goed ging , is hierbij ook niets zeggend want er is nog steeds niks verbeterd! Wat triest

Goede pizza, voor een goede prijs. Personeel heeft mondkapje vaak niet over de neus en geen handschoenen aan. Niet echt handig in coronatijden.
