Bella Roma in Dedemsvaart

I rarely write reviews, but the delivery driver was over an hour late. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the delivery has been delayed. It's a shame, because the food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. Next time, I'll try a different place.

Terrible music; too loud and totally the wrong choice for a restaurant! They just had a top 40 playlist playing, awful. It kept getting louder, then quieter, but it was completely inappropriate, annoying, and overwhelming/atmosphere-killing. The starter took ages, but just as we'd finished it, the main course arrived immediately. So they still have a lot to learn about timing. The waitress didn't look up or around at all; she was impossible to contact. All in all, not worth the money we had to pay. We won't be back.

The food is delicious and of good quality. You can tell it's made with love and care. The staff is friendly, and the location is very atmospheric (a former post office).

We stumbled upon this place by chance. We're so glad we went there. The food was delicious. It was a very clean restaurant. I recommend it, and thank you again to Mr. Ayhan. Perver was a wonderful host. It's also a family-friendly restaurant for the price. You can also get all the meals as a takeaway. Anyone visiting Slagharen should definitely stop by here. Especially friends from Germany. Thank you again, Mr. Ayhan.

I've been there often before, and after years, I went back, and it's still great. Now in a new location, which is also very cozy. Highly recommended.

We had a delicious meal. We had pizzas. On Thursday, all pizzas for €10, which is a really good deal! Highly recommended. The staff was probably new and inexperienced. But everyone has to learn. A smile would do wonders, though.

Bad restaurant. Made a reservation at 5:00 PM. Ordered food at 5:15 PM and didn't get it until 6:15 PM. People who ordered online kept coming in, and they were all given priority, while we were left waiting. Terrible service, I'll never go back to this restaurant again.

If you order something here, I advise you not to do so hungry/in a hurry. It is unbelievable how long this all takes. In any case, take an extra hour for your order

The pizza was delicious and well-topped. However, the wait time for pickup was about 30 minutes when pre-ordered at a specific time.

What a crappy place, just hang up when you ask about the delivery time. Way over the agreed time and cannot guarantee anything yet. I think if you pay upon delivery, they will do a better job.

We ordered 2 pizzas online. 🍕 Pizza was delivered to our campar. It worked great. Pizza was very tasty 😋 Price performance top.

What a worthless tent this has become, I preferred to give it minus stars. Indicated that I wanted to have my food on time because I often have to wait 2 hours for it. I get a call saying that they don't like such comments and that I will have to order somewhere else in the future. Now we prepare our food as a priority, how can the food still be cold and a pizza without taste. A business like Bella Roma would be better off disappearing from Dedemsvaart because service and customer friendliness are not their top priority. What an arrogant person who calls you, has high self-esteem. Do something about the reviews that customers send.

It is not possible to have it delivered here, Takes 1.5 hours and after calling several times... you are pushed away by the owner. Pizzas soggy and cold..

Ate quite often and generally nothing to complain about, only when it comes to delivery it is worthless and it has been that way for years. You don't know time planning, order something at 5:00 PM before 6:30 PM and then have to work hard to deliver it much later, and when something is said about it, you react irritated. Not for us anymore.

We had dinner here and it was really delicious, the food was really delicious, the service was really good, we really enjoyed it here. Will definitely eat here again when I'm in the area.

We had a wonderful meal with our family in this cozy restaurant, located in a beautiful monumental building. The food was excellent and the staff and owner were attentive and very hospitable.

Bad business with delivery and just being on time. When we order here it is always much late. I waited once at Bella Roma itself. I placed an order for pick up at half past seven and I only received my food at a quarter past seven. Just bad business and still very nice to ask "are you still here?" Well... if you don't continue working then I will indeed be here for a while, but it's not just this time. I ordered online last Sunday at 5 p.m. for a delivery date of 7:30 p.m. My girlfriend had to call again at 6:40 p.m. to find out where the food was. Every time we order here we have to wait at least half an hour extra. With this company, we actually assume that the food will come later. Very annoying so we will skip this tent for next time.

Sauces in plastic bottles look cafeteria-like, which is a shame. Despite that, it was a delicious meal

My friend and I ordered vodka, and the waiter brought us something diluted with water. When I pointed this out, a 110 kg Rom came and kicked me out of the restaurant. A nice environment, but it's below the level of an ordinary bastard.

Order 1 pizza that would be delivered at 5:30 PM. Call your doctor at the back and you will be told that this doctor is arriving. Half an hour later it is delivered by a neighbor girl from 6 houses away. Retarded thing.

There is nothing Italian about this restaurant except the name. It's just an ordinary shawarma place that is only tasty if you've had a lot to drink. Also there is no atmosphere and the staff is rubbish. Don't go!

Im Namen meiner großen Schwester die besten Spare Ripps die ich seit Jahren zu meinem Geburtstag bekomme wenn wir Slagharen Park besuchen. Immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Freue mich schon auf 2024. Ich selbst war natürlich auch mehr als zufrieden. Weiter so Bella Roma 🫠😊😍🥰

Beste Bella Roma, ik was ietwat in de war toen ik de menukaart zag. Verschillende gerechten uit verschillende windstreken. Zelfs ‘kapsalon’ ontbreekt niet. De kwaliteit van het eten was goed: met wat meer zorgvuldigheid en variatie in de bijgerechten kan dit naar uitstekend. Een tip is meer thematisch te werken: in zo’n prachtig pand en entourage. Waarom niet kiezen voor 100% Italiaans als je Bella Roma heet?

Dit is een gewone ‘dorps-pizzeria’. Niks mis mee, maar ook niet bijzonder. Prima pizza & pasta; wonderlijke kaart, met ook gerechten die uit een Turkse snackbar lijken te komen. Voor dit dorp (Dedemsvaart) een fraaie locatie in het voormalige oude postkantoor (eerder was hier een ander restaurant gevestigd ‘t olde postkantoor’ dat dus inmiddels is opgeheven). Bediening kwam om de haverklap vragen of alles naar wens was, mag wel wat minder.

Spontaan op deze locatie gaan eten en wat was het lekker! Echt een aanrader! De pasta met zalm was echt super!

Wij zijn hier al 2 x geweest eten , pff het eten (Pizza) was hier echt super lekker wij geven ons eten allebei 'n dikke 10 sterren, maar ook de bediening en de eigenaar zijn super aardig, het is dat wij in Limburg ( Roermond ) wonen anders kwamen wij hier veel vaker.

Gezellig interieur, fijne bediening en het eten was heerlijk. Grote porties en gewoon dik voor elkaar! Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer! Een van onze groepsleden was jarig, er werd voor hem gezongen en hij kreeg huisgemaakte tiramisu met vuurwerk. Top voor elkaar!

Sinds ik Bella Roma ontdekt heb, ben ik helemaal om. Wat een fantastisch restaurant. Heel gezellig, vooral voor bij het raam. Het personeel is super aardig en geeft je een welkom gevoel. En het eten is top! De lekkerste spareribs en rijst zijn daar te krijgen, en ook de sausen zijn lekker. Wij komen vaker!

Wir waren dort zu fünft Essen und es hat uns allen geschmeckt. Bedienung sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker. Nette Atmosphäre und sehr sauber. Preis Leistung passt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

De tuin is een mooie plek om kinderen en volwassenen te ontmoeten die ik soms jaren niet zag.

We waren met 4 personen en hadden allemaal een andere gerecht gekozen (pasta, salade, pizza en zalmschotel) Alle 4 prima! We hebben gesmuld. Ondanks de hitte bleef het personeel vriendelijk. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Het goeie is dat ze snel bedienen (het was stil die donderdagavond) en de pizza’s kunnen er mee door: zeker goeie kwaliteit-prijsverhouding) Jammer dat het niet echt Italiaans is en de kaart doorspekt is met Döner Kebab ingrediënten wat de herkomst verraadt? ondanks de welklinkende naam Bella Roma. Ik denk dat afhalen de beste optie is. Om een restaurant te runnen is meer nodig: tafels schoonmaken (vies) huiswijn te drinken (bitter en vlak bij de witte huiswijn) wc (vies) wastafel wc (etensresten erin) personeel dat verveelt de ingang zowat verspert met voetbalkijken op I-phone, personeel dat met de hele familie het centrum van het terras vormt met I-phone en roken. (Een beetje intimiderend alsof het niet meer om ons als gast gaat.) Kortom: de locatie wordt niet waargemaakt. Jammer, want ik had mij er op verheugd. Zou ik niet tot hun doelgroep horen denk ik dan...

Slecht niet klantvriendelijkste restaurant slechte communicatie en had. Niet gekregen wat ik oorspronkelijk besteld had bah best vies oud en aftands maar wel vaak Open en heb ook goede verhalen gehoord
