Food was not delivered even though you received an email with a delivery time, then you called and got someone on the phone who immediately started yelling at you and then someone else who only said you can pick up now otherwise money back within 48 hours what a bad business and bad service

Delicious pizza, friendly service, what more could you want???

Ordered 2 pizzas online today and chose to pick them up myself. Pick up time was 18:20 and the pizzas were ready at 18:20! Both pizzas were well topped and just finished judging by the temperature. Great job!

The owner apparently can't handle criticism and, after two weeks, concocts a fantastic story about drunkenness. Perhaps he should spend more time cleaning his snack bar instead of fantasizing. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed. Upon picking up the menu, my decision was quickly made. The menu was already dirty and greasy. The table hadn't been wiped for days/weeks, and the whole place looked downright filthy. I quickly decided to eat somewhere else!

Ordered 2 doner rolls. Went in the bin. Terribly dirty and ordered fries but didn't get them. I will never order again

Always delicious pizza from them! For me THE pizza place in Hardenberg. Pasta and kebab are also tasty there.

Ok pizza or pasta. But it was freezing inside now in january because of the bad glass door who didn't seem to be meant to be front door 😅.

Had to wait an hour and a half for our food. Pizza cold and half out of the box and the lid of the pasta off and sauce all over the bag.

The best pizzas if you ask me! Unfortunately, the sauce was forgotten last round, but I mentioned it without meaning anything or that I would like something extra. My pizza just arrived with an extra free can of drink! It's the little things that matter! Top service, and the best with customers in mind. Thanks

I order the same thing regularly. Now it became a problem Waited 1 and a half hours for the food And it was only after an hour that they called that it was not possible because you can only order extras with meat. It's not specified anywhere and I have to choose one or the other. Very rude on the phone too. Recently the delicious fries and sandwiches Won't order again Whole evening ruined

Very nice operator, food is good here, you can eat on site, but the atmosphere is not typical of a restaurant, they mainly offer home service. Otherwise satisfied. Recommended.

A pizzeria that also has dishes other than pizza on the menu. Food is well prepared and delicious Prices are acceptable The quantity is sufficient (compared to across the border) Delivery is not yet as advanced as with domino, but it is reasonably on time. The site to order is simple but sufficient.

Ordered food from Pizzeria Napoli for the first time last evening. The food was delivered very quickly (for free!) and the food was still hot and really tasty. We will order here more often! 5/5

The most delicious pizzas. Delivered super quickly. Once the wrong pizza was delivered, after a call the right pizza was delivered free and quickly. The service is top notch. The pizzas even better. According to my daughters, the pasta is the best.

April 7, hair salon delivered twice with burnt meat. Shame

The food was always good, but recently less in terms of hair salon and more dishes

Ordered 3 hair salons today, all three were cold and tasted a bit burnt. The containers were also not even half full. I think this is a shame because you do pay for this!

Ordered a pasta and hair salon for 6:00 PM when it had not yet been called here at 6:30 PM. Get a grumpy lady on the phone who only asks if you want to cancel the order if you indicate that it is half an hour late. If you indicate that this is annoying and that this is not possible, she hangs up the phone.

Order is never correct, food is cold, bad service, this is the last time for us, we had to wait 4 hours, order was not yet complete, worthless shack and when you call the owner, you just shout about how you lose customers.

Ordered food, but the delivery person did not place everything properly, all the sauce from the containers, sandwiches soaked. 1 spread when it came out of the bags. Food was also fine. And an uninterested delivery person. This can be done differently.

When I'm sad I order from Gino and at the same time I feel happy again. Delicious!

There were 10 of us in the restaurant. It's more like ordering something than going out to eat. But the pizza and pasta tasted very good. For a very reasonable price. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Restaurant does not invite you to eat. Food is of excellent quality, that's why we have it delivered.

Ook melde het bericht 1820 Halen. Werd er pas om 1850 aan de bestelling gestart. Hij had gewoon druk en dan heb ik best de tollerantie om tewachten.... Ik denk dat mensen met het beroemde korte lontje hier minder positief over zouden schrijven/melden...... En de pizza's waren gewoon super lekker dus alles goed..... Onthaadte.., is goed toch

Bijna 1:45 uur moeten wachten op een pizza en kapsalon. Zeer trage bezorging

Om 7 uur zou hij komen bericht gekregen dat hij later was en half 8 zou hij komen het is nu kwart voor 8 en hij is er nog niet slechte service niet blij hiermee

Heerlijke pizza en goedkoop. Echt een van de beste bodems die je niet bij dominos of andere tenten vind. Aardige medewerkers ook.

Op tijd bezorgd, juiste bestelling en warm. Het eten smaakte prima, aanrader.

Really nice but the pizzas dont have much on it i got a pizza with ham 4 types of cheese and salami but it really wasnt much what was on there

Om 17:20 uur besteld voor 18:00 uur. Ik kom binnen en de mevrouw begint meteen dat het zeker 18:35uur wordt. Aangegeven dat ik daar bij bestellen geen terugkoppeling van krijg. Dus dat ik daarom om 18uur kom. Vraagt ze schreeuwend of ik de pizza's nog wil of niet. Ze heeft geen tijd voor discussie. Meneer probeerde de boel nog wel te sussen. Maar op zich is het niet netjes om zo door de winkel te schreeuwen. Leuk dat het druk is hoor maar je gaat niet zo tekeer. Meneer heeft de pizza's netjes meteen gemaakt en ze waren om 18:25 uur klaar. Smaak van de pizza's is prima overigens maar de manier waarom was toch echt minder.

Altijd tijdens weekendje Slagharen hier de lekkerste pizza's eten.

Super service! Alles dik voor me kaar, stukje vlees was taai, kreeg zo een nieuwe! Super service.

Beste kapsalons voor zover ik weet in NL, pizzas zijn ook erg lekker :D

Eerst een uur gewacht op de pizza's, en toen ze er uit eindelijk waren, waren de pizza's niet eens goed warm. Eigenlijk waren ze gewoon lauw...

Prima eten, pizza's wat klein. Jammer dat je in de zaak niet kan pinnen.

Heerlijke pizza. Wanneer wij met vakantie in Hardenberg zijn, gaan we altijd een keer bij Napoli eten. Erg vriendelijke mensen, en voor de kinderen is het leuk om te zien hoe de pizzabodem wordt gemaakt. Van 't zomer gaan we opnieuw bij Napoli eten.
