Bella Roma in Breda centrum

Very disappointing experience. The food was old and absolutely not fresh. Everything tasted like it had been prepared a long time ago. The quality was very poor. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. Order placed at 18:33 and delivered only around 20:00. A wait of almost an hour and a half can happen when it's busy, but then you do expect a hot meal. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold. Very disappointing and not what you expect when ordering food. Paid 17.50 for it, just 1 pizza.

Very poor service and a filthy kapsalon. After ordering a chicken kapsalon with garlic sauce, I received cold, soggy fries with tough chicken and absolutely no sauce. After calling, I was treated rudely and the employee said I would get a kapsalon for free. After 2 hours, still nothing; I called the place and was told it had been left at my mother's. A LIE. The place said it is always delivered within 5/10 minutes, but now, 2.5 hours later, still nothing. Definitely do not order from Bella Roma if you want good food and good customer service; they lie about it being made and shipped. Very disappointed.

Spare ribs 30 euros for one person? That's really not normal.

I ordered via thuisbezorg.nl, only 80% of the order has been delivered. Trying to call is almost impossible, and if you do get someone on the phone, the person speaks hardly any Dutch. Bad business for them.

I burn off my food. This is truly unacceptable. I have stomach pain, and every time I eat it, I get really severe stomach cramps and stomach pain the next day. I have literally had to poop or go to the doctor every day afterward.

I had a pasta Arabiata delivered to my home, and it was incredibly delicious!!! I have rarely had such tasty pasta delivered. It was also still perfectly warm; nothing but compliments!!

Waited 2 hours for a cold chicken kapsalon. The chicken was burnt and super tough. That's because it was already fully chilled. Didn't get a fork or napkins. It was just that Di Napoli was closed…. I am never ordering anything here again. 16 euros down the drain. Thrown the kapsalon away too.

Plenty of space to eat in peace. Very fast delivery service with multiple delivery drivers, and always friendly. In summary: Go there sometime and try it. Tip: the spareribs with potato wedges are absolutely the bomb. Yes, it used to be the best place, but now you get a very small portion with the turbo spade Robs and it tastes awful! It tasted sour, as if it had gone bad. I called Bella Roma, but they claimed the chicken was fresh. It's the last time I'll eat or order anything here!

Today I had a wonderful meal at Bella Roma. You can go there for good food, but also for Italian cuisine. I went for a simple meal today and I truly enjoyed it. The döner was delicious, the fries were nice and crispy, and the sauces were also very diverse. I will definitely come back next time to try the Italian cuisine. The staff are super friendly. And the atmosphere was overall nice and relaxed. You have a new customer!

I've been ordering from here for years and it's always been great, but today was the absolute worst. The potato wedges were cold and tough. And the spare ribs, if you can even call them that, were really tough and 5 cm each! The price has gone up, which is understandable because everything is getting more expensive, but it shouldn't get worse. I ordered a large platter and got 8 pieces of 5 cm each. Unfortunately, and a real shame, but it's really not worth the money to me anymore. Unfortunately, I've lost a regular customer.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bella Roma ,and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome throughout the meal.

Such a bad crap tent, had to wait more than an hour to be called where it was "it was on its way" 30 minutes later no food... then called again 8 times they didn't answer and I got voicemail! It's nice if you're hungry, luckily you haven't paid yet! Food no longer arrived

Good and tasty food, especially lamb shawarma, is very tasty here. When we order pizza/shawarma, it is often here. Today, for the first time, the food with delivery was not received warmly, after brief contact, new food was delivered. 👏🏻

I have been a satisfied customer of your business for many years and have regularly picked up spare ribs from you. However, the lack of courtesy from your staff, who do not offer even a simple apology for the longer wait time, negatively affected my experience today. I believe that a customer-friendly approach, even in busy times, is essential to maintaining satisfied customers.
