Ordered for delivery, the food arrived very late, and everything was cold, and the fries were very dry, it was kind of edible after I heated it up in the oven myself

One star for the food, two stars for the service of the scooter delivery driver they sent from Gouda to Waddinxveen. He had fallen flat on his face and therefore delivered cold food without any compensation or anything. This was the first time and never again. The steak on the mixed grill tasted like shoe leather. All the other meat looked like it had been microwaved.

Ordered a buy-one-get-one-free satay, which was delivered on time, but only came with fries, not satay! I called, and they said it would be delivered right away. I live 10 minutes away, and over half an hour later, I still received two portions of lukewarm satay. I wouldn't recommend this!

The bears... after an hour and a half of waiting, the order finally arrived. Two burger menus and six chicken strips. After opening the box, one of them didn't come with fries, no sauces, and no chicken strips. After calling, they said they would deliver it urgently. I live less than 10 minutes from the place and I think they're still slaughtering the chicken. Meanwhile, I've been waiting almost three hours for a complete order, and it still hasn't arrived. Please never order from here. Save yourself the money and order something decent. Worthless place.

I think when you accept visitors they don't ask if they actually have a driver's license... if so tell them not to drive like a bunch of idiots and then also give them the middle finger... rude!! don't know if I still want to order my food from the bears......

Apparently "Krispy Gouda," is just this place. The food was on time, but the French fries were missing. Called them and got some, but the bag was completely open and unsecured. There were also flakes of chicken in the fries, which means as a vegetarian that 1. This is NOT a vegetarian-friendly place (the veggie tenders were also basically pea falafel) and 2. They do not clean their oil enough and they mix vegetarian and non-veggie items in their fryer. Order at your own risk (of food poisoning).

Ordered food last Monday. I really hesitated about posting a review, but here I am doing it anyway. Last Monday I ordered food at half past seven. Thuiszorged indicated that it would be delivered a quarter past 8. Thought it was fine, I'll eat a little later. But this is where the whining started. It was 10 past 8:30 and I called the store to find out why it hadn't been delivered at 8:15. The man on the phone indicated that a cyclist had been hit, but it happened anyway! When it was half past nine I called again. This time a little less friendly. The man on the phone (someone else) apologized and said that all kinds of things went wrong that evening. After which I started to strongly doubt the first excuse of the cyclist who was hit. But he personally made sure it was delivered. At 10 o'clock my doorbell rang. And yes, the food arrived almost 2 hours later. While I live within 2 kilometers of the restaurant. The delivery person apologized again. And added extra carpaccio, sauces and a bottle of wine. Nice gesture, but I really have to say that I am satisfied. And this is not the first time something went wrong during my order. So sin wall eating the bears is simply delicious! But for me it will definitely be the last time I ever order there!

Waited 1.15 hours when the delivery person came, the food was cold. I called politely and was treated rudely like a liar, don't do it.

Delicious food, usually delivered quickly and always hot. The quality is excellent.

Ordered vegetarian and got chicken delivered to my home labeled as vegetarian! Totally unacceptable.

Last year we ordered from De Beren for the last time and now we thought we would order something nice for Easter Monday 1. 2 very small sticks of satay that was certainly half of last year and previous orders 2. With no peanut sauce 3. Half a container of fried onions (the container was full last time) 4. Food was lukewarm Paid almost €32 for satay and a burger we will not do that again! Last year you had a whole meal with 2 or 3 pieces of satay but the portions have all been halved that is not a good thing

Ordered for 57 euros for 4 people, 2 dishes were already cold and the other 2 were just warm. Fries were rock hard, couldn't eat. I would never order from here if you were, it's just a waste of money.

Had dinner there tonight and it was delicious. Good satay! The staff was also friendly and the food was on the table within 5 minutes of ordering. ☺️

They don't have room to reserve the Albert Heijn promotion, a half empty store but you can't take advantage of the promotion within 4 weeks? I think promoting something but not being able to implement it is completely missing the point. Otherwise, always a great place with a nice atmosphere!

Wait an hour, nothing, then call, yes it will be here soon, we'll throw in the fries now. After 1 hour and 22 minutes, finally the food. This is the last time I order from the bears.

Very fast delivery and friendly delivery person. The food was delicious. I would especially recommend the bacon burger!

Goed, heerlijk, vriendelijk, goede service!

Goed, lekker eten, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Maar opgehaald en thuis opeten is toch minder lekker en leuk dan in een Beren restaurant plaatsnemen (maar dat was inderdaad onze eigen keuze).

Snel klaar en daarna lekker gegeten

Sparerib menu besteld. Precies op tijd geleverd en het was heerlijk! Mij zien jullie zeker terug.

Lekker gegeten, was een goed alternatief voor een Kerstdiner, zeker met 2 kleuters.

Hele snelle levering en geweldig eten gekregen. Lekker warm en alles was compleet! Zeker een aanrader.

Over het voedsel kan ik niks zeggen. Ik wilde wat vragen naar de Goudse Beren en kreeg geen antwoord. Dan kan ik geen keus maken te bestellen. De telefoon werd niet opgenomen want het was te druk.

Op vader dag eten laten brengen door de (Beren.en alles was héérlijk van smaak alleen de kip pootjes waren te heet door sambal of peper. (Kan gebeuren)Verder was alles prima dus dat is jullie vergeven.Tot de volgende keer.

Helaas een gemiste kans. De spareribs waren heerlijk. De burgers miste de aanduiding dat de sausen apart geleverd worden, voordat we hier te laat achter kwamen vielen deze tegen. Jammer ook de de bestelde frites niet geleverd waren. Werden bij verhaal in het restaurant als nog geleverd. Het wachten had wat verzacht kunnen worden met een drankje, niet voor het drankje maar voor de geste Het in twee etappes eten en de zeer kleine sides dishes maken deze ervaring, ondanks de heerlijke smaken toch tot een teleurstelling.

Op het gemak online bestellen, per menu staat op de doos welke bestelling er in zit. Eten smaakte heerlijk. Wat het helemaal af Zou maken is bezorging op ons adres 😉

Bestelling kwam snel aan en was heel vriendelijk bij de deur!

Gister eten besteld, de heerlijke kipsate en lekkere zalm. Zeker een aanrader! Het eten werd snel bezorgd door een vriendelijke bezorger, het was gelukkig net zo lekker en warm als in het restaurant. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer bestellen! Blijf zo doorgaan!

Levering binnen 30 minuten, eten was nog warm & smaakte goed ! Helemaal blij!
