Bierboutique in Rotterdam Centrum

Vinimos aquí después de caminar desde el paseo marítimo, ya que pasamos el día en Kinderdijk y Dodrecht. Estábamos aquí un domingo por la noche alrededor de las 6 PM. El lugar estaba muerto. Pedimos cerveza y vino y nos sentamos afuera. Los camareros no podrían haber sido más amables y nos informaron que era el día del recuerdo, así que a las 8 PM. Fue un silencio de dos minutos en todo el país que estuvimos allí durante aproximadamente una hora. Gran cerveza gran vino no puede quejarse. Volvería en un santiamén. El bar está situado en una sección de arte callejero muy concurrida de Rotterdam bastante cool.

Great location for a specialty beer and bitterballen. The people sitting at the bar got all the attention. If we had not given notice it would have taken a while before we could order a second drink. Around dinner time the place was completely empty so we decided to go somewhere else.

What happened to me yesterday is almost impossible to put into words. When I thought twice about enjoying a Texels Skuumkoppe, they turned out to be almost €12 each. Act normal, this is almost an hourly wage. The pints were €4.10 (well) but even the shots were €5.50 each!! In Belgium I pay at least 3x as little...

As a beer snob, I got my money's worth here. Nice beers. Especially outside the map. These come at a price, of course. It's a craft beer café. Good range of bites too. Various unusual croquettes: red curry, rendang, chorizo. The business is small but atmospheric. We came here just before dinner time. For a drink and a snack.

Was here on a Wednesday evening. Whole place was empty. Seemingly friendly staff (it seemed) After ordering a beer he indicated what was ordered on tap. 2 large beer and bitterballen. When paying I found out that 1 beer was almost €14. Well, I thought this was very special and I asked and received a lame explanation that the beer came from a small brewery and not Heineken, so it is expensive. Well, if I order a beer that is extremely expensive, I would like to have heard in advance that it costs that much. Ridiculous for a beer. I'll never come here again.

Especially wouldn't get a rooster anywhere else! Sad intentions for those people there. I'd rather burn my money 10 times than ever come back. Security in particular tries to make an impression with big words, but takes advantage and "finds" things that do not exist. Normally I don't write reviews, but such a sad case does not deserve to continue to exist

The guards are really doing ethnic profiling. It's empty and they look at someone and claim they're "causing trouble" when that's the last group that would be like that. Talking to them about it is impossible because then you have a “big mouth”. The pub seems great but we couldn't experience it because of the way the guards allowed us in. (Night of 31/08/24 to 01/09/24) not recommended for me

We had a great evening in the beer boutique. If you prefer light, not too strong beer, you should try the Stads Haven Octopus Blond.

Delicious beers, super nice service

Misogynistic place. Waited a long time at the bar to get a drink, men were being helped left and right and both me and my girlfriend were completely ignored. Sad experience. Second time I go here, probably the last.

The security guard who works at the Bierboutique is very sensitive to power. He enjoys abusing what little power he has as a security guard and threatening and physically touching women (e.g. threatening them to beat them up). Here: if you are a woman, watch out for this guard. He is aggressive. Guard lies about the situation to his own staff. Bierboutique is aware of the review.

Very friendly and professional staff. Went with a group of friends and we got our drinks very quickly. The bar is also part of the angel shot thing so felt very safe :).

Ongelooflijk onbeschofte eigenaar. Denkt dat ie god is en dat je blij mag zijn om in zijn zaak te zijn. Wat een nono die vrucht.

Super cozy terrace where visitors enjoy interacting with each other. The staff knows how to put gems on the table for every taste. There is even a so-called "dirty book", with real special features.

Door policy is really bad. Only girls they know get in…..

Waiter told us we had to order something more or leave, even though we each bought a drink and were only there for 45 minutes!!! We were watching a football game that was ending in 10 minutes. What a joke. Avoid!

The waiter told me and my friends to either order more beer or get out of the bar. We were sitting there 50 minutes. After I told him that we already ordered one time he said “you don’t drink home only one beer” ??? Definitely got mental issues, bringing frustrations from home from not satisfaction in the bedroom I assume. Prick

Really big beer selection. Great advice! Great bar crew, knowledgeable about beer and not arrogant when you ask beginner questions. We had a lot of fun with the local tasting, which presents four beers from the region.

Very probably the best craft beer bar in Rotterdam. Lots of choice, special breweries and excellent quality. Also nice and knowledgeable staff and good snacks. Had a great evening

When they offer you a beer that is not on the menu, it costs between €15/20 euros. They mention that beers off the menu are often cheaper, until you get the coupon and they are 3x as expensive

So far this is the best pub we have visited in Rotterdam. A fantastic range of beer explained by a knowledgeable and friendly barman.

We popped in here for a couple of beers and some snacks, on an overnight in Rotterdam. The staff were friendly and fun, the beers were great (and strong!), and the bitterballen, and rotterdam cheese were both very tasty! Would highly recommend to anyone who likes a decent bar.

A place with basic qualities missing from their menu: Kindness and customer-friendliness. Was declined outdoors entrance at 11:05 because they close at 12, while I came to meet friends who were sitting right there, 2 meters away from me. We all asked kindly and explained the situation, but didn’t even slightly move them. That’s not even the worst part; the worst part is the apathy and rudeness with which they treat a customer while they don’t seem bothered at all.

Terrible staff who discriminate.

What a rotten place, the guard is very rude - we stood at the front of the queue (1 woman, 3 men) and were told it was 'full'. A group of three women behind us were allowed to enter. “There were already too many men inside.” The police came by and indicated that these are the regulations - that is our blue figurehead for combating injustice and inequality?!?! Outrageous - don't spend a cent here!

We always call it the Beer Jeweler. Nice bartender, too bad the Texel skuumkoppe was gone after 9 glasses. But we had a great evening.

Very attractive place, fun to go out, friendly service, clean toilets. One bald security man was very rude and on the aggressive side!!!

We visited here on a Saturday night. It was very busy, and we had to take a seat outside. There are heaters on the patio area, so it was fine sitting out, even though it was cold. Service was nice and helpful with regards to choosing the right beer, and the prices were the same as most other places we visited in the area. Would recommend for good beer and service.

Nice looking bar and great staff. But 2 draught beers were €26! (more than London). We went to a bar around the corner and the same beers were €12 euro for 2! Avoid!

We went there during the night. Not many local brands, served in a plastic cup, 11 euros for 2 beers 300ml. Unfortunately disappointed.

A specialty beer café as it should be! If you are a fan, just ask for 'The Dirty Booklet' for specialty beers outside the menu! Waiting time was a bit long, one person was in charge of bar and service. Service and advice made up for everything!

Me and my girlfriend visited Rotterdam over the weekend, we went here in the evening for a few drinks and a snack on a busy Saturday evening. They have an impressive 147 beers to choose from and a nice selection of food. The beers and food we had were great! However most importantly the bar tender - Patrick. We were sat outside with table service and Patrick was very friendly and talkative , he spoke English extremely well! A big shout out to him as he added to the overall experience!

It gives what it promises! Great selection of beers, cute bar, nice location. I am only giving a 4star because it is not in the low range of prices (not very cheap), but I still recommend it!

Gezellige tent! De bankjes buiten waren wat scheef en niet zo comfortabel maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. De bediening was vriendelijk en ERG snel. Indrukwekkend met een vol terras. Volgende keer proberen we het eten want het zag er lekker uit.

We waren hier kort, omdat het zomercarnaval was. Een erg gezellig biercafé met een eigen badge op Untappd is altijd goed. Veel keuze, maar niet genoeg om langer te blijven zitten.

Wir sind hier spontan hin gekommen. Das Essen was wir bekommen haben war super lecker und der Koch weis genau was er macht. Die Bedingungen, super nett und bemerkt alles.

Nice looking place on the inside, with a center location. Food was tastefull but service wasn’t good. Diner got delivered in parts because they forgot to make an part of the order? Drinks took a long time to serve.

I am not a bier lover, but this place surely encourages you to try one of their many options.

Great beer selection with some gems in their menu. Very well detailed on Untappd, which makes it easier to choose, and it's also a very good marketing strategy. Haven't tried the food yet, but as I've moved to the area recently, I'm planning to become an habituée there

sfeer was leuk iets wat te harde muziek maar de keuze aan bier en het lekkere eten en goed personeel heeft dat meer dan goed gemaakt

Een fantastische borrel gedaan en wij komen zeker terug. Het personeel was enthousiast, vriendelijk en wist veel te vertellen over de speciaal bieren. Zeker een aanrader.

Cibo molto buono, motivo per il quale meriterebbe un paio di stelle in più. Ne metto però solamente due poiché mentre io e la mia amica stavamo finendo di bere i nostri drink siamo state sfrattate per fare sedere gente arrivata due minuti prima. Se delle clienti stanno finendo la loro consumazione si lasciano finire in tutta calma, non si buttano fuori (peraltro dopo neanche un'ora di permanenza nel locale) per fare spazio a gente arrivata dopo.

Leuke tent. Sfeervol, niet pretentieus. Verschillende, kleine gerechtjes op de kaart. De gerechtjes waren mooi opgemaakt. Heerlijke cheesecake. Alleen de steak tartare was mij te zuur. Vriendelijke bediening.

A narrow bar which have very clean interior and serves a good amount of drinks and food. They have good choices to make with clear descriptions. The hosts are very friendly and very quick with their service. They have a unique sip &taste menu where they combine beers of different types with spirits. We had IPA with aged tequila and sour with aged rum. It's such an interesting experience and would recommend to give it a try.
