Simply unique. From the first moment, we were greeted with rare kindness. The young woman at the entrance—attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful—put us at ease and escorted us not to just any table, but to exactly where we wanted to be. Her professionalism truly makes a difference. The young woman at the bar is Greek, and despite our some difficulty with English, she immediately set out to find an Italian-speaking bartender. Thus, Simone arrived, making our experience even more special. Extremely attentive to our needs (my partner is celiac), he guided us through the selection of dishes and drinks with expertise, sensitivity, and passion. A fundamental presence. The food amazed us: unique, intense flavors, hard to find elsewhere. The cuisine exudes quality and attention to every detail. The only aspect that could be improved is the price/quantity ratio: more of a tasting experience than a full dinner, with a slightly higher price. But the overall quality justifies it. The atmosphere was extraordinary, with music and a DJ creating the perfect atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful evening. See you soon.

We were there on a Sunday night so it weren’t so busy. The food and the drinks were excellent, they even took my gluten allergy into consideration, and paid attention that there was no cross contamination. Mark made sure we were happy with our foods and drinks, he was super friendly, the service was also excellent! We will be back for sure! ☺️

The bar is part of the hotel where we're staying, which was a nice bonus. The portions are small but very tasty. With the help of Alexia, who gave us advice, we had a delicious meal.

Had an amazing experience two days ago at [Mohamede Or Mo ]! My bartender, Mo, is an absolute star. I ordered a drink with Blue Curaçao, and his creation was genuinely the best cocktail I've had this year. The balance and presentation were flawless. Mo is truly skilled highly recommend requesting him! And stuff there very friendly Farah and Andria I'll be back!

A pleasant, relaxed experience. It offers a luxurious yet inviting atmosphere. The decor and seating options are diverse and exude luxury. Beautiful views of the Rotterdam skyline. Reservations are required. (Did not partake in the food.)

I strongly advise against going there; it shouldn't even be called a restaurant. The dishes we received were more like appetizers, and the portions were ridiculously small. We left to eat somewhere else immediately afterward. It's a shame because the place has potential…

We had some food and drinks by the tall tables overseeing the view! We had a very polite and professional server (Panos) and we had a great experience of shared dining. Food was really tasty, portions are on the smaller side but well balanced flavors.

A lovely restaurant with a fantastic view of the Erasmus Bridge. 🌉 ✨ The waiters were all exceptionally friendly and made every effort to please their guests.

came here with a friend for dinner, we were sat around 9 and we patiently waited for a server. it was fairly busy at the bar and my friend and i both work in the industry, so we gave them some time. however thirty minutes went by and at that point we had to try and flag somebody down. by the time we were approached the kitchen was closed. we hadn’t realized the kitchen closed at 9:30 until after we were finally approached by a manager.we received no communication and no acknowledgement, very disappointing considering i am also a hotel guest. we ended up dining elsewhere.

Everything went great in Elvy. Staff is amazingly kind and helpful. Service was really fast, nice drinks and food. They were even kind enough to put a birthday note and a balloon to our table which is followed by a cake from the house 😇🎂👍

Very nice bar. The cocktails were delicious and had a good alcohol content. The rooftop terrace offers a wonderful view of the Rotterdam skyline and the Erasmus Bridge. I recommend everyone to reserve a table well in advance, as the bar gets very busy. We'd love to come back.

Mo is given customers a great restaurant experience. The portions of the food are difficult to estimate. Tastes are good. But for me during the week i just want a full portion of healthy food. Hopefully you change the menu.

I had a great light supper at Elvy. Couple of nice blond beers and a combo of chicken empanadas and Parmesan fries. Cool vibe in the place and my waiter was warm and attentive. Also I love going to in-house restaurants when staying at the hotel as when you’re done you can just roll up to your room with no need for travelling anywhere :)

I can’t express how amazing this place treated me and my wife our server was super amazing great customer service always check on us and even took a nice picture of us . Food amazing 10/10 view to the city beautiful and the drinks wow honestly I recomen this place to every one . Trust me you won’t regret this . Most definitely will come back to this beautiful restaurant.

The service was excellent! Me and my friend came in 10 minutes before the kitchen closed, and Kinga made sure to let us know and that we will be seated asap. We only waited a few minutes before being seated, ordered immediately and our food was out in less than 20 minutes. The music, drinks and vibes were also excellent! During closing time Alexia helped us and made sure to let us know ahead of time that it’s the last round and didn’t rush us. I will definitely be coming back here!

I had reserved a table at Elvy Gastrobar several weeks in advance. Upon arrival, we were initially seated at the bar, even though we had expected a regular table for dinner. We were then moved to a lounge table. The drinks were good, and we ordered finger food, as there were no main courses on the menu. When a regular table became available later, we moved again. Due to the multiple moves, we refrained from tipping, which was not well received by the service staff, and we were clearly shown this.

My mom and I really loved it here. The food was nice, the view was amazing and the waiters were super kind and friendly! Especially Panos! Can 100% recommend!

Scenery was alright, service also pretty good regarding how many people where here. My biggest problem was the toilet. Absolute abomination, some dude took a huge whatever, there was toilet paper everywhere, and some other things I shouldn’t mention on the ground and even on the ceiling. Cocktails were pretty nice but one of the cocktails was only ice. Overall I would just recommended to come here for casual drinking, not something fancy. Each cocktail was around 15€ in average so already in the “fancy” side.

The view from the rooftop is incredible! The background music is nice, we ate very well (especially the mayonnaise/truffle fries and the chicken gyosas). The cocktails are good too and the staff is friendly.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ignore the low overall rating; must-visit venue in Rotterdam for a cocktail or dining! Found via search for "high rise" or "rooftop" dining. We were two couples on our last night in Rotterdam -- a Saturday -- with no online reservations available. Easy subway access a block away. Very kind hostess welcomed us around 7pm and led us to a table right away saying availability was just for an hour; although, we stayed longer and there were plenty of open tables. The outdoor terrace was closed but the views were still amazing. Menu features tapas-type small plates that were quite delicious. Atmosphere was kind of upscale chic with fun lighting and a DJ, but music wasn't excessively loud prevening table conversation. Complements to the staff for one of our best nights in the city!

The scenery was breathtaking! Visiting Rotterdam for the first time, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Panos offered excellent service and guided us through some of their top dishes. The Korean chicken is a must-try, simply outstanding! 10/10.
