First time at BBK in Wassenaar. It was a bit busier, which is normal around dinner time. Order was made well, and it tasted delicious. In an earlier review I read that they are stingy with sauce, that was certainly not the case with us!! More than enough. The portion of fries was also more than enough! Compliments!

You literally get everything you don't ask for, very stingy with the sauce, don't understand what customers ask, write down the wrong order and are not exactly nice when you point it out to them, so far all the times we have been there the order has failed, I have never seen my mother so unhappy, very nice👍🏽

Opening times are not correct, you just stand in front of the closed door at 12 o'clock.. Added: No, the business didn't seem closed, it was closed! No one present at 12 noon that day.

If I order a hamburger sandwich... there is no lettuce or sauce on it... then I go back and there can always be something wrong... do I have to pay for sauce on the hamburger... never experienced that... nor does it say anywhere that they have bare buns. sell hamburger. New update after 2 years. It is an excellent snack bar with consistent quality... they deserve a few more stars.

The atmosphere was determined by the fact that I was the only visitor and the staff only talked to each other. The service was determined by the fact that the staff did not seem to have a good command of the Dutch language. The food is at the level of what you would expect from a chip shop, but no more than that.

We had delicious twister fries with our menu. Not a special snack bar, but just good. Friendly owner.

Fantastic place, we ordered beef tenderloin and noodles. Wow, what wonderfully tender meat, tasty salad beforehand, noodles special on tepanyaki, what service. Taken care of down to the last detail. We'll be back.

We went there for dinner after a visit to Duinrell. Located around the corner, parking is free and plentiful. The food is very good. Really tasty sandwiches, burgers, hair salon. The people who work there are super customer-friendly and the facility is wonderfully fresh and clean. Hungry, looking for a good quick bite that is more than an average snack and without the noise of screaming children and beeping fryers, then we really recommend this place.

BAH, To make even factory fries gross, you have to do something, so use old used oil. The worst snack bar I've ever been to. I don't drive by there anymore because of the smell.

4 croquette sandwiches took 25 minutes. 2 croquettes burst open and rolls almost frozen.

Ordered at 7:30 PM, received message that it had been accepted. Received updates via the site that it was being prepared. After waiting for over an hour, I called 3 times without a response, so I went there myself. There appeared to be a note on the window stating that they closed at 7:30 PM, while they were supposed to close at 9:00 PM. Why then confirm order and let me pay? I would have called and rejected the order! RIDICULOUS! I want my 65 euros back!!!

Too bad things always get a bit messy. And if you search for wassaar on the website, you will still get the products that are delivered elsewhere in the country. So in this case not in Wassaar, which you will only know when you order by telephone or pick up.

I've ordered here a few times. It ALWAYS comes much later than the 45 minutes they indicate. My order was even completely forgotten. I live less than 5 minutes away. After a phone call it took another 15 minutes. Once received, the fries were undercooked and the peanut sauce was missing. After giving this company several chances, I'm quitting!

We ate here on vacation 3 years ago and remembered this restaurant today. It was recommended like 3 years ago. Ordering in English wasn't a problem either.

Ordered for the 1st time today at 4:30 PM with a request for delivery around 5:30 PM. I called again at 5:48 PM to find out where the order was. Answer: It's busy but it's coming. Received the order at 6:20 PM. So after 50 minutes it was delivered and not entirely to my surprise it was cold food. I can get 10% discount next time!!!!!. So the cold food is in the garbage bin. Big Bread this was the 1st but also the last time. Ordered for a 2nd time today. Apart from the fact that it was not on time, it was only 10 minutes later with apologies. And the food was not cold. Ordered food here today, there are 5 to 6 people standing in front of the chip shop and they are constantly getting in each other's way. Unfortunately, the quality of the food also leaves a lot to be desired. The fries are very salty and wet, snacks under which, for example, a croquette could be formed. Very tasty meal. Fries and snacks were tasty. Hamburger and milkshake were great. The only downside was the additional cost of a hamburger menu. I thought 5.25 for fries and lettuce was a lot.
