A cozy little snack bar where we, five of us, enjoyed delicious meals several times. There was plenty of room to eat there—if it's too "simple" for you, you can take your food to the beach. I would recommend it.

A nice chip shop right on the path to the beach at Wassenaarseslag. My wife and I stopped by after a long walk on the beach. First impression: incredibly friendly people. We both ordered fries, and my wife ordered a frikandel. The fries were old-fashioned, delicious, and I think they were handmade. The mayo was excellent, and my wife thought the frikandel was too. The meat from the neighbors looked delicious. With two ice-cold bottles of water for the road, we finished the last bit of our walk. We enjoyed it and often eat here after a walk on the beach.

A classic Dutch snack bar with typical food. The products taste very good. Prices, for a snack in the location, okay. You can pay in cash or by card. The food is freshly prepared. You can eat on site or pack up and eat on the beach. All in all a good alternative to the expensive beach bars.

Awe! Fabulous... we cycled down from Wassenaar to the beach and we decided to have a snack. The wonderful Verhoek family made the most delicious Frites and advised us to try the "Frikandel"... it was our first time.- and we LOVED IT. Thank you. ❤️ .. such a friendly family.

Unfortunately the frying fat was rancid/old. The fries didn't taste good at all.

It's bizarre that you dare to sell fries like that, they look like they've been baked twice. Just very dirty. We have done things differently here. The snacks were fine. Perhaps employ staff with more experience. Everything went very clumsily and the order was also incomplete. We had to go back to get the rest.

I think the worst fries I've had in years crackled loudly in the deep fryer for far too long, no wonder we had to wait a long time, they really didn't taste like anything, a shame because the medium portion is easily 3.40 euros. So just keep going. Shame.
