One of the best cinnamon buns we had! Crispy on the outside and soft in the inside 🤤😋 price size taste ratio is very worth it, please keep it this way 🥹besides that they also have a store that worth to visit! will definitely visit again when we are in Delft!

The cafe is fantastic - locally sourced food, super quality and very reasonably priced. Staff friendly. We tried the yogurt, egg sourdough, ham and cheese sourdough, cinnamon bun and cardamom bun

After visiting the windmill, I enjoyed a great coffee and muffin at Bij de Roos. The host was incredibly friendly, making the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

One of the things that makes me happy about living in Delft is tasting freshly made bread here. A great place for breakfast, all with high-quality local produce. I recommend visiting the mill where it's located; it's very interesting.

My boyfriend and I decided to have breakfast in this place because at first sight we already loved it and when we tried it and we met the people that works here we realized it is even better. The cakes taste amazing and the toast with pesto is delicious. We really recommend this place and we'll be coming back for sure.

Aanrader als je de basis wil leren over het bakken van je eigen brood. Wat doet gist, hoe werkt dat nou met gluten en de hamvraag: hoe bak je nou een lekker brood? Verfrissend vond ik hoe onze docent alle ins & outs uitlegde. Voor mij een hele opluchting dat niet alles in het brood-bak-proces nauwkeurig moet gebeuren, alleen de start luistert even nauw. Had ik al gezegd dat dit een aanrader is? ;)

Super gezellige cursus broodbakken voor beginners gevolgd bij de Roos ontvangen met een bakje thee of koffie Daarna naar boven naar het leslokaal Alles werd heel goed uitgelegd alle vragen werden beantwoord. Heerlijk brood gebakje en thuis er van gesmikkeld. De recepten digitaal gekregen om thuis verder uit te proberen. Ik zeg Op naar het vervolg
