Great lunchroom. People with intellectual disabilities help out there, very nice! Delicious food and good service. It's a shame the collaboration with the musical chairs is so minimal, so during the performance.

Dropped in for coffee and something tasty. That turned out to be a (large) slice of Canadian apple pie. Very tasty and above all a lot! You no longer have to eat in the evening.

Nice lunchroom, food was delicious and we were helped well. Called in advance to see if they had room. Reported that there was a child, so she reserved a spot at the play corner. Very thoughtful 👍🏼

I go there every 4 weeks with a friend to drink latte maciato, where you can sit comfortably. staff is friendly toilets are clean

Relaxing atmosphere and good service.

Nice place for lunch. Very modern furnishings (I like), in what used to be part of De Enck. There is also a terrace, but there were a lot of us, so all of us inside in the shade and coolness was nice. Service excellent; Some of the staff have Down syndrome and receive excellent guidance, so that everything runs perfectly. The Burgundian croquettes were very tasty. Recommended!

Today I ate the salad with prawns at 'Bij Merel'. The plate was well filled, colorful and beautifully presented, the flavors were perfectly matched by the chef. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant and the service - by staff with special qualities - was very pleasant. I think it is unnecessary to say that I think 'Bij Merel' is an absolute must.

On the opening day of Bij Merel I dropped in for a cup of coffee. Received a delicious cup with a delicious piece of carrot cake and a glass of whipped cream, a real treat! Later that week I went to lunch with the children, an extensive menu with delicious and surprising dishes. The children had fun at the table with a nice cart with various toys and in the children's corner. A tip for the children: ask for a babycino ☕️🤗

Very tasty bouncer and coffee served in a wooden bowl with a small cake. Looks beautiful and will definitely come back more often!
