Bijzonder Frietwerk in Wijk 01 Binnenstad

Tasty fresh fries, bami disc is also good

Tasty large special fries, but far too little mayo in the separate bowl. The Dordtse frikandel with special sauce is very expensive at €4.70. Here too, far too little mayo and curry on it. My wife had a loaded fries Rendang, which was tasty but also had very little mayo. Why be so stingy with the sauces? So many fries call for more sauce.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. Then you pay 2.95 and 3.50 euros more for your rendang fries and chicken satay, respectively. If the quality were exceptional as well, I would understand that, but this is absurd. On top of that, they charge 1.77 service fees and 2.99 for delivery. Not everyone is able to pick up. This was the first and last time, in any case. Hard fries, bland rendang, and chicken satay? That wasn't special either. The sauce was bitter and the quantity certainly not in proportion to the price of 14.95 and 14.50….

Big, thick chips! Tasty, generous portions! Excellent value for money. The chicken I had with my meal was tender and perfectly fried. The chips were perfectly seasoned. A really, really good place that I highly recommend!

Nice place, very friendly owner, truly delicious food—best fries ever, I can safely say—and on top of that, tons of options for vegans—what more could you ask for!

Nice place! I highly recommend the Loaded Fries Rendang Vegan, it's really delicious👌🏼😋

Cozy little place. Friendly staff. Good fries, and good portions. You definitely get more than enough; we were full for the rest of the day. It is also nice that there is a cozy corner and that there are games you can play.

Not just any chip shop, delicious snacks that receive just that little bit more attention. The service is very friendly.

Highly recommended! Friendly and delicious food!

Delicious rendang. I really enjoyed my rendang fries!

Everything perfect! Delicious fries, everything very clean and friendly service.

Nice fries shop, large portion of fries and many vegan snacks

We were in the mood for fries, so we ended up here! Nice waitress. The fries were well-cooked and we tried the Dordtse frikandel. Unique taste!

Friendly service and ate tasty fries.

Delicious fries, tasty, tender chicken, and good service! Worth repeating!

Tasty, crispy, and freshly fried fries. The loaded fries rendang and the meatball were also good. Friendly service.

Fantastic. Prices are what you expect when buying fries on the street, but here you get a cozy atmosphere, perfect service, top-class fries, and a delicious cappuccino. And besides fries, there are also many other delicious dishes on the menu at very good and affordable prices. Highly recommended.

Delicious fries. Unique variations on the menu. Peanut sauce deliciously seasoned!

Delicious fries, presented in nice bowls and fry baskets. Sauces are presented separately. Nice atmosphere and clean!! I completely understand why they won the hospitality award two years ago. When I am in Dordrecht again, I will definitely go back.

Friendly, nicely presented and delicious food.

We had a lovely family dinner at Bijzonder Frietwerk tonight. First, we had delicious fresh fries with a variety of appetizers. The loaded fries are also highly recommended! The kids enjoyed both the juices and the smoothies. The service was excellent, friendly and polite. Absolutely fantastic!

Had fries and stew here, really delicious

Super nice, great atmosphere and super delicious 👍🏻

Very nice place, and most importantly: delicious fries!

I wasn't impressed. The fries were crispy, but everything was so dry. And they were loaded fries. I don't think it's right to charge extra for sauces; you're eating fries, so sauces are part of the deal. It's like having to pay extra for cheese with pasta. The toilet was unusable. Everything was dirty and filthy.

We had the sticky chicken and it was very yummy! The chips were fresh, crunchy and soft inside. The chicken was great too and had a good spice to it. Friendly staff too 😊

What a surprise this was. We ate here together on a girls' night out—it was fantastic!! Cozy, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere. And very affordable. So, a tip... Want to get out for a bite to eat while keeping an eye on the budget? Go here and enjoy! 🥰

Extensive menu with many vegan options. The decor is charming. The fries are delicious!

A really nice place with a few different options than your typical snack bar. Friendly owner, nice music. There's also a small terrace outside.

Delicious Dordrecht frikandel, good service😎

Very good food, highly recommended!

It's nothing special. I waited 20-25 minutes for some fries (even though it wasn't that busy), and I wasn't blown away or anything—I ended up eating more sauce than fries. Tastes just like any other place. The decor is claustrophobic, and I was immediately stared into, but I still had to wait a good few minutes for the snail-paced gentleman to finally help me. Next time I'll make my own fries, then I'll be done with the hassle.

Delicious food for a great price. Friendly service, beautiful decor, pleasant atmosphere. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!

I love the amount of vegetarian options for loaded fries and regular snacks!

Small Business, good fries. Love the atmosphere. You can eat and drink inside or take along.

Great little place! Delicious fries, and try the traditional frikandel! 🤩

A very neat and trendy eatery in a cozy location in the center of Dordrecht. They create a feast with every conceivable fries combination. There's much more, from wines and beers to delicious coffee. The service is excellent, with friendly people who work hard to please.

Super good and varied menu. I'm vegan myself, and they had so many delicious options. I had the vegan rendang sandwich, and my boyfriend had the meat rendang, and both were incredibly delicious. A real new favorite for us!

Very tasty, very friendly and fast service!

A frikandel costs €3.75, and you're getting something completely different. More like a flattened grilled sausage. Bland, not tasty, incredibly expensive, and definitely not a frikandel. The rest is probably good, but I was craving a tasty Dutch frikandel.

They have delicious loaded fries here, and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommended! 😊🍟

The fries and rendang were delicious. Beautifully presented with coconut mayonnaise, among other things. The portion was more than enough. Friendly owner, beautiful restaurant. If we're ever in Dordrecht again, we'll definitely be back.

We actually visited here as we wanted to try some bitterballen, but due to a music festival in the town, they were running a limited menu, and bitterballen were not on it! Luckily, there were plenty of other dutch snacks for us to try, so we ordered some kipstukjes (chicken pieces), a kaassouffle (cheese parcel) and a dordtse frikandel (dordrecht fried sausage) all of which were great. We also had some of those famous dutch fries, one portion with oorlog topping (peanut sauce with mayo and onions) and one with special topping (curry sauce, mayo and onions) - its all about the toppings! There is seating inside and out, and the staff were all very friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try out some Dutch fried snacks :)

Nothing special. No choice of fries. No sweet potato fries or anything like that. Just plain fries nicely wrapped...

Super nice place with delicious food and good service.

Delicious (vegan) loaded fries!

The fries were really delicious!!!! We both didn't like the frikandel! The texture and the taste were not for us.

Delicious food. Friendly staff and everything clean and well maintained. Recommended!

Enjoyed a delicious fries with stew (Rendang) with coconut mayonnaise. Super tasty! The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. When I am in Dordrecht again I will definitely come back.

A truly unique place where you are still welcome and can enjoy their special prepared and presented dishes. There aren't many like this anymore, even friendly and sweet staff who get it.

Meatballs from the wall for €2.50.........you stand outside for a quick bite. The place has never had a nice appearance but is always busy.

No fries, but a hot dog, a bit expensive, but VERY tasty! Nice decor, good location, friendly owner.

Really good fries with friendly service. Top location, would love to come back again!

Beautiful place, friendly staff & delicious food.

The food is of high quality, you can taste the authenticity. Always receive friendly help. Not only the fries, the sandwiches are also delicious!

Ate for the first time yesterday. Delicious food, nice service, pleasant atmosphere and very clean See you soon

The nicest staff and tasty food, good collection of beers, what more must you ask?

Bizarrely delicious food! Highly recommended, super friendly owner too! 10/10 for me!!!!

Amazing fries, very kind owner. Highly recommended!

If you want something different than a fries war with a frikandel. Fries are very tasty and the toppings are good too.

Wow nice thing It's nice that there are many vegetarian options

Just a little more than an ordinary cafeteria. A kind of cross between a trendy lunchroom and a cafeteria. Actually a cafeteria as it should be! And for these cold days they also have hot chocolate! The opportunity wasn't even on TripAdvisor yet so I took the liberty of opening a page there

Delicious fries, truffle mayonnaise and various mini croquettes. Delicious! Also very friendly service. Recommended if you are in Dordrecht.

My colleagues and I always visit special chip shop and always enjoy the delicious fries and snacks. Also super helpful and sweet staff!

Best chip shop in Dordrecht, with super friendly service.👍

It is super cozy here, friendly and fast service and super tasty!

Delicious fries as always! Large portions: I have trouble finishing one portion by myself. The service is always good, both fast and very friendly. Top restaurant!

Went here this afternoon and it was amazing. The food was very filling and also not that cheap! The loaded fries seemed never ending which made it a very good and filling lunch. There were a lot of vegan options as well and they were really tasty too! It was very quiet, but that is expected of a random working day. The owner was very kind and even though the place was empty the music he had on was very nice. Will definitely go back here again!

A very cozy tent. The gentleman who works there is very friendly and makes very tasty loaded fries. I will definitely come here more often!

I always feel very welcome there. And the rendang sandwich is also great. Please keep it up.

Tasty food, very reasonable prices, kind and helpful staff… what more could you want? 🙂

The owner was about to close but baked me a delicious bowl of fries. Very durable and not in a plastic container but an open basket made of steel. Thank you very much..... Marten

Delicious fries and good service

We all had a great lunch there, out of the rain, and will definitely be back again.

Enjoyed an exclusive fries. Definitely worth it! Super friendly staff!

What a wonderfully cozy place. Just ended up there, we don't know Dordrecht very well. Delicious food and friendly service. Definitely worth repeating if we are in the area. Good luck with the company 👍

The best Joppi Sauce so far!! The loaded fries are top notch and the regular fries with regular mayo were some of the best i have ever had. Service was top top notch!! hope to be back sometime.

It looked promising. We thought (because of the name) we could expect delicious fries. Unfortunately this was a disappointment. The dishes looked good, but the taste was very disappointing. The fries were well done and very salty. There was little pulled chicken in the pulled chicken dish and it didn't taste like it. I would have preferred the mayonnaise on its own rather than in a dollop on top. It's now 3 hours later and we're all feeling nauseous here.

Good vegan options, tasty fries and lemonade, good service and when I asked how to make something from the menu themselves, they were happy to tell me, highly recommended.

Very nice place. Always great experiences :). You may pay a little more, but in my opinion it is definitely worth the money, good food. Friendly owner. Top!

Nice meal. Not too expensive. Correctly.

Loaded fries rendang is highly recommended, delicious!

Had a delicious meal here yesterday. They live up to the name 'special fries'. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Loaded Fries are special and delicious. You have to be patient before the order is ready.

Had a delicious meal with the kids, will definitely come back. 👌

Nice cozy place with equally nice and very nice staff. Fries quite nice, vegetarian rendang surprisingly tasty. We return!

Delicious food. Service was very friendly and fast! Highly recommended!

Delicious fries. Furthermore, the standard snacks, few vegetarian options. Good atmosphere, friendly owner. Price on the high side.

Delicious food and friendly atmosphere!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bijzonder in Dordrecht and was genuinely impressed. The food was fresh, delicious, and up to the usual standards. What stood out the most was the lovely staff who were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly. They truly added a touch of warmth to the dining experience.

Heerlijk gegeten. Ver boven gemiddelde snackbarkwaliteit.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

It was very nice coffee. Owner was smiling. It deserves 5 stars and very warm place to stop and relax :)

Heerlijke friet. Veel keuze en goede prijzen. Vriendelijke vrouw achter de balie was zeker een +

Vriendelijk personeel, leuke inrichting, lekker eten. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Heerlijk gegeten weer, top service! Altijd een feestje

Heerlijke friet en goede service, de saté friet? (Op het moment van schrijven weet ik het niet meer) vulde lekker en smaakte dat ook.
