We had a delicious meal and the alternative space in the pop-up tent was no problem at all. The atmosphere was still good and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

We chose a restaurant we hadn't tried before. The menu appealed to us, and we considered the pop-up tent feel. But that wasn't a problem at all. Very friendly service.

The food is always good and delicious. Looking forward to next year, hoping the renovations will be finished by then and everything can be forgotten.

Well, there were only two of us, and one of us had spitzes with mushroom sauce and the other with pepper sauce. They mixed the two sauces together, which was less than the amount of meat in each bowl.

Delicious food. Excellent service. Fast, friendly, and attentive. The pop-up tent was stylishly decorated and cozy. You wouldn't have guessed it was a pop-up tent.

We've had takeout several times and dined on the terrace once. There's plenty of choice, the quality has always been excellent, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended!

The meal was excellent. Truly delicious! The service was pleasant. The campsite atmosphere ultimately proved to be less distracting.

I was a bit hesitant about the pop-up restaurant at the campsite, but what a surprise. 🥩 The meat Perfectly grilled, juicy, full of flavor — simply fantastic. This is meat with a capital "f." 🌾 Gluten-free & pregnancy-proof They expertly took gluten-free and pregnancy into account. Everything was clear, safe, and professionally arranged. 👥 Staff Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The tip was more than deserved. 🏕️ The location A bit chilly and weather-dependent, but don't be put off by the camping feel. You come for the food — and it's fantastic. In short: even as a pop-up restaurant, De Oale Ste serves meat that will leave you speechless. We'll be back as soon as the regular restaurant reopens!

The food was delicious! The tent solution (after the fire) was perfect. There's plenty of room for the kids to play without them disrupting the meal. The service was friendly, remembered who ordered what, and was therefore able to serve it efficiently. All in all, we had a wonderful evening!

Did a quick stop here for a coffee and man oh man, absolutely no disappointments! The coffee was hands down one of the best I’ve had in a while. If you’re passing by and need a good cup, this place is totally worth it. I’d visit again just for the cappuccino alone. Highly recommend!

I googled "Restaurant Raalte" and ended up on this establishment's website. We thought, okay, we'll take a detour. The photos on the website looked very appetizing, as if a Michelin-starred chef were cooking, but the flavors and textures didn't surpass those of the snack bar. Sorry to report that here, but that's how we experienced it. Unfortunately. For example, the red onion was chopped far too coarsely. The salad dressing was "cheap"; we completely missed the refinement that the photos on the website promised. We understand that the original restaurant was damaged by fire and that the place we were in is a temporary solution. I feel sorry for the owner that he's trying to renovate his business and I'm now writing a rather negative review. On the other hand, it is what it is. Not once did the staff come by to ask if everything was to our liking, not even when we were paying. And at the bottom of the brown metal (shabby) container of fries, we found a pecan nut. All in all, we find the price/quality ratio quite unbalanced for what was served. My dining companion became very nauseous a few hours later. That's a bit of a bitter pill to swallow, both literally and figuratively...

Gastvrij ontvangst, energieke en vriendelijke bediening. Wel prijzig. Het eten was echter verschrikkelijk. Ik bestelde de saté: het bleek oud, taai en kennelijk niet goed opgeslagen. De zeebaars van tafelgenote leek met hamer platgeslagen te zijn. Andere gerechten ook matig ; nog nooit zo slecht gegeten in een restaurant.

The food was nothing special, but fine. The portions are quite small. Especially with the children. Service was friendly and there were enough people, so you were helped quickly. It is also tastefully decorated. It's just a shame that you don't get to experience much of the beautiful nature.

The food was delicious, but especially the service was great, nice team and you get the peace and quiet to enjoy a meal together and what I have not heard for a long time is the question whether the main course can already be served or whether the group wants to wait a little longer. ....all in all perfect, I would love to come back again.

The Oale Sté team is very warm and cordial. Give good advice on questions about meal and wine. The food is colorful, different flavors that go well together. Nice portions. The meat could be warmer!! Only the table we sat at was far too small. There was already too much on it. (candles, vase of plumes, 2 glasses with oil lamps and then a bowl with oil, salt, pepper) And then we also had to have our meal.

Wij zaten wederom een keer op het terras van de Oale ste.Dit nadat wij een zeer mooie wandeling gemaakt hebben met onze hond in het tegenover liggende bos losloop gebied voor honden. een heerlijke lunch met een lekker glas bier. Deze bistro heeft een zeer uitgebreide bierkaart. Iets wat wij in de meeste restaurants missen. De bediening is uiterst vriendelijk. Je voelt je welkom. Een aanrader .!

Good and attentive service despite the busy late summer day and delicious food!

What can go wrong when you have dinner with two people? A lot apparently. - One starter of pumpkin soup with roquefort contained pieces of the roquefort packaging. - The other starter was a different dish than ordered! - We had to wait a very long time with empty glasses and had to literally call a waitress to come to us. - They forgot to bring one of the desserts, they promised to bring it to us as soon as possible, but nothing came. Positive to report was that the staff offered us a free drink and did not charge us for dessert. The food was also very tasty. All in all a strange experience and certainly not the level we are used to from this restaurant.

For the second time that we have eaten at the oale Sté, we find it incomprehensible that such small portions of side dishes are provided with the main course, especially when there are 4 people at the table. You can order additional items, but this will only be delivered 10 minutes later, especially when it is busy. Then the meat and fish are already cold and come as "mustard after the meal". Too bad, this detracts from the dining experience.

Very good, we ate here with the family, the kids had fries with frikandel. This was served in a nice way with potato faces. The adults had Spareribs, Snitzel and Hamburger and this was all very well taken care of. The staff is also incredibly friendly and happy to help everyone have a good time. As far as I'm concerned, this will become a regular occurrence when we are in the area and hungry :) Thank you

Tasty toasties. Tuna salad could have been a little firmer for a tuna melt (whining, I know ;-)) but that's why not a full five points, but more than enough, tasty fries, attentive top service! In short: our first visit but we will definitely come back!!!!

Great restaurant, but it doesn't really fit with the Kindercamping Noetselberg if you ask me. This is a restaurant with such prices that you want to enjoy your food in peace while your children are with the babysitter. Not one where you go with young children to have a quick meal and move on to the next animation.
