We ordered food for New Year's Day, knowing it would be busy, so we ordered ahead of time. However, we had to wait 2.5 hours for our food. When it finally arrived, one dish was missing. It was delivered fairly quickly. The pad Thai was absolutely awful. It tasted like it had just been stir-fried in sweet and sour sauce. Never again.

For those looking for truly authentic Thai food, I definitely wouldn't order satay here. We just grabbed a bowl of Thai satay to see if it was any good. Unfortunately, the satay isn't the real Thai satay sauce we're used to. Normally, Thai chicken satay is grilled instead of fried! 1 star for the food. It's a real shame that the female Thai chef isn't getting the best out of her. Hence, 3 stars for the atmosphere. The food was delivered quickly, cooked, and hot, so 5 stars for service. Unfortunately, we believe that if the Thai chicken satay isn't made authentically, the other dishes have also been adapted, like at Chinese restaurants, or at least not in the way we're used to. No imitation Thai food for us. Only real and authentic, like in Bangkok, for example... A shame, because we're in Nijmegen so often. For the same price (€8) we only have 3 sticks from the competitor, but then it is marinated yellow, served with homemade satay sauce on a bed of lettuce with a slice of cucumber.

Edit; I don't go to Nijmegen very often, but I did now and ordered from BKK again and the experience was exactly the same. Absolutely perfect!

Delicious food, good taste. Not cheap, but I usually eat it twice, so the price is not too bad. You sometimes notice that there are different people in the kitchen, each with their own style, but I have never been disappointed. The fresh spring rolls are delicious, the curry with flower pepper is my personal favorite.

The gentleman on the phone said he would add something extra to the order to compensate. At 9.15 pm they were at the door; food lukewarm and no extra. Then waited another 30 minutes at the door... Tip for bkk: make takeaway meals for order meals, pick up saves you the trouble of delivering it, then saves us the trouble of waiting a long time. And if someone waits at the door for a long time, offer something to compensate, such as a drink. This also improves the service considerably.

Experience in Arnhem and Nijmegen. Both lived. The food is good 8 out of 10 times, the preparation method varies. Temperature 8/10 not warm enough (after delivery), delivery 8 out of 10 times a drama, always far too late, calling almost impossible. Picked up for the first time today in Nijmegen. The welcome really...no normal greeting, grumpy head, arrogant attitude. And perhaps even worse to see is how they interact with colleagues: no communication, greetings, etc. Really hopeless. The potential is there because the chefs are good, the rest of the staff is just too bad for words.

I always come here for take away so I can't comment on the delivery. Their food is delicious and it's always prepared freshly. There will be some waiting time, +- 15 minutes, during which you can go shopping at the surrounding stores. Staff has always been very friendly.

Food was too bland. Counter employee does not do the job properly. Constantly walking outside for his phone calls. Thanks to him, he gave my order to another customer, so I still had to wait for the food. He has not apologized and he doesn't care. Because he was constantly busy with his private phone calls. I don't understand why his colleagues don't warn him. Even his colleague thought it was unfair that he did this and his colleague still offered me a Spa blue. I don't know how he got this job.

The man on the phone said that he will make it soon (after 1.5 hours....) and that we will have it within 45 minutes. He said it was not possible to cancel; - 9:15 PM the man on the phone says it is on its way and can be delivered at any time; - Called repeatedly at 9:50 PM but no answer. In short: after working all day, we waited 3:20 hours for our food, which was never delivered. What I think is bad about this is that the man on the phone has lied outright several times... Once but never again and I would advise everyone not to order here, to protect your own state of mind :)
