Thai with the French stroke. By this I mean that it seems as if cooking is done from scratch. Of course, that's only possible if you know what you're doing, so nothing wrong so far. It's just a surprise every time how the massaman curry tastes. Usually super tasty, but the composition varies. This is especially noticeable if there is a surplus or shortage of seasonings (such as star anise) or if there are very many or very few potatoes. I would like a more stable recipe. Nevertheless, I have only had one order that was not tasty, compared to 20+ that made me lick my fingers. So definitely recommended.

Tasty food and relatively quick service. The waitress was very friendly and helpful to introduce the food to us before we started to eat. The price wasn't cheap, but you get a huge portion, so maybe you can also share it with other people. I think during dinner time, you should reserve it in advance since the restaurant doesn't have a lot of tables. Will come back to this restaurant when I visit Nijmegen.

Oh, everything tasted so good 😋! And also the friendliest service you could wish for. You can hardly find it like this anywhere anymore 👌🏻! We sat outside in the sun at a table full of scent and color, beautiful and delicious food. 1 very small point: for the real spicy lover, you can add some 🌶️ 🌶️ if specifically requested! Hardly any restaurant in the Netherlands dares to do that, but maybe add some chopped peppers separately, an idea? Then things can never go wrong.

Super tasty food, we ate the basics Thai Omelette, Fried Rice Shrimp and Papaya Salad. Super authentic taste, very spicy and sour!! And the extra Phrik Nam Pla (Spicy Thai fish sauce) may have been a bit unnecessary but… if it's not spicy we don't eat ;)!

What incredibly delicious food! We ordered Tod Man Pla, Keng Deng kai and Neua Pad Krapouw. Request extra spicy. Really delicious flavors and spicy as requested. The food was hot and neatly packaged. Good portions and worth every euro! Waited about an hour for the food. Delivery person was friendly. We will definitely order more often. And be kind to your favorite delivery restaurants: order via your own website/by telephone to limit extra costs for them!

Apparently, I recently started ordering at least €35 to have it delivered to my home. Food is good.

The food and atmosphere was great. Coming from Seattle, we are used to good Thai food. Tu Thai did not disappoint. We ordered red curry, pad Thai, and shrimp wontons. The red curry was the star, but everything was very tasty. They had fun outdoor seating with fruit themed seat cushions that my 7 year old loved. It was a great find after taking the kid to play at the park. We will definitely be back!

I am Asian myself and have been to Thailand 3 times. But it was like being in Thailand... The flavors (Pad Thai with shrimp and chef's red curry and sticky rice mango) are authentic. Very friendly service and a casual relaxed atmosphere and also important: very reasonable prices... Recommended!

In my opinion the best Thai in Nijmegen, delicious flavors, large portions, full containers, fast delivery. The chef special Keng Kiow waan roam is value for money. And of course the Satay Kai, so delicious. You can't skip that one.

everything is TOP in this restaurant: the food, the staff and the ambiance. I can't find any weak points. this time back to my favorite Chef Special - Pad Prikkeng Roam mid - "decorated" with Kung Tod, Por pa Jhee and cassava prawn crackers. My son enjoyed his choice: Neua Pad Met Ma Muang, as always personally cared for by the excellent staff. On to the next food sensation!!

The service was good! Nice and helpful people running the restaurant. The Tom Kha Kai was delicious, but we found the main meal (fried rice with Kai pad with ma muang) very salty. Unfortunately, next time we will order from a different restaurant.

Had a great experience with Tu Thai Food. Ordered food online a few days before New Year's Eve. They delivered the food personally, indicating that they had made a mistake. The restaurant was actually closed, but they forgot to "close" the webshop. They cooked something especially for us on New Year's Eve and it tasted delicious! Really great service!

We enjoyed it immensely! Super friendly service, huge portions (which we could eat again the next day), reasonable prices and above all: SUPER tasty food. We received free extra rice with the leftover curry, what lovely people. We will definitely come back! Tip: because the takeaway section is at the back of the restaurant, it was a bit drafty and restless at the beginning of the evening due to all the takeaway customers walking through the back of the restaurant. Consider placing the takeaway counter at the front of the restaurant, so that restaurant guests can sit nice and quiet (and warm 😀) at the back.

Delicious (vegetarian) food for a good price with excellent service! The service was nice and fast and actively considered dietary requirements. Paid €51 for 2 starters, 2 main courses and 3 drinks. Still enough left to have lunch the next day and enjoy it again :) Definitely come back here.

Delicious food. Had a nice conversation with the owners. They work seven days a week to make it a great business. Too bad they are not yet known in Nijmegen. The food is delicious and not expensive either.

What a delicious meal I had! The restaurant is located in a side street, which is quite small with a small terrace that is shaded in the evening. Beforehand I ate Tom Kha Kai. As a main course a red curry, the chef's specialty, with meat, squid and vegetables. Delicious! The young lady serving seemed a bit sad, but not unfriendly. Which can. Other staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Price-quality ratio is more than good. Great!

Aroy mak ma.. in other words very tasty😀. My favorite is the red curry with beef. The curry itself is (when picked up) more than enough for 2 people. The rice is sufficient for 1 very large eater. Pick up yourself means a 10 percent discount. Definitely recommended and for me the best Thai in the area. Parking is free after 6:00 PM on weekdays (after 9:00 PM on Thursdays). On Sundays, street parking is free all day.

Today we ate at Tu Thai Food in Nijmegen. We had already heard very good stories about this Thai restaurant, which recently opened and is located on the van den Havestraat in Nijmegen. Once inside, we immediately felt completely at home. We sat at a cozy table by the window. The restaurant has a fresh look and a cozy ambiance. The dinner menu is versatile with a wide choice of authentic Thai dishes. My husband had a red curry dish with white rice, which was deliciously spicy. The traditional kai sateh could not be missed. I personally enjoyed a stir-fry dish with noodles and chicken. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dinner! We go to town and country to visit the best Thai restaurants. We have gained a lot of experience about the best Thai kitchens in our country and in Europe. Tu Thai Food belongs to the Absolute Top! Great Thai dishes, large portions of high quality, a Top Thai chef in the kitchen and exceptionally friendly staff. We really enjoyed today and we would love to come back to Tu Thai Food in Nijmegen soon! An absolute must!
