Very Bad service, the food was cold and we waited more then 2 hours, It is better they stop.

Ordered 17:50, received the food on 20:30 a good 2,5 hour wait… called 3 times and every time they said 30 min maximum. There was not even an apology or anything

After 2 hours and 45 minutes, no food delivered. They don't answer the phone.

Terrible service, still no food after 1.5 hours! After calling several times, it would take another half hour. I should have mentioned this earlier on the website, saying everything would take longer. Then I wouldn't have ordered!

We've been waiting for our food for over two hours. We called six times, but they only play a recording and then hang up. Poor customer service. I hope our food arrives, as it's already 8:30 p.m.

Estimated delivery time: 30 to 45 minutes, awesome, absolutely delicious, looking forward to it. 6:45 PM - Aah, it hasn't arrived yet, well, it might be busy, no worries, we'll see how it turns up. 7:30 PM - Hmm, this is taking a while, and it already says it's almost delivered. Just give me a call. 8:00 PM - Okay, call again because they didn't answer. Now they don't, haha... uh... 8:15 PM - I get a text message, "Nice!" Asking if I want to save points... oh, and the food will arrive in 30 minutes... 8:40 PM - I get a call from the delivery driver, "Yay🤩!!" because he can't find my house... I wanted to help him, but he only saw houses and cars. 8:45 PM - Food arrived, and I got a free can of Coke for the quick delivery (whoa, just within 3 hours!). Now the three of us can enjoy it together... (The food was good, though.)

I ordered my foor here in the evening expecting it to be delivered between 40 minutes to an hour. The app shows that it was almost there after 40 minutes. The restaurant wasn't reachable and the food arrived after almost 2 hours and 30 minutes, which ofcourse was cold. I called them to ask for a refund and I was told to wait on the line for a manager whom I assume hung up on me abruptly. Appalling service and subpar quality. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

The order still hadn't arrived after two hours and never arrived. When I called to cancel the order and request a refund, I was disconnected several times. Ultimately, I was sent from pillar to post. They said I had to arrange this through Thuisbezorgd (Home Delivery). This wasn't correct. I called back again, and they told me to email. A few days later: no response. Finally, I went to the location, and they said they couldn't give me a refund. I stood there for so long until, after 45 minutes, he finally got his boss (who never answers his phone) to transfer the money. What an unbelievably crappy place!

The food is very good. But their service and delivery are horrible. Normal order takes one hour to be delivered, but almost always takes 2. They don’t announce anywhere that its going to be a delay in the delivery, they just send messages every 30 minutes saying that its going to be 30 more.

We had a delicious meal with a group of 15. Top quality and the order arrived promptly. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely awful. First, they send a message saying it will take 40 minutes. Then, another message says it will unfortunately take 30 minutes longer. And after 30 minutes, when I ask if it's being delivered, they send another message saying it will take another 35 minutes. Last time I'll order from here, no matter how delicious the food is. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered food through their website. It arrived 20 minutes later than indicated, but there was no rush. They did forget one dish, which was delivered promptly with a bonus after 15 minutes. The food tasted great!

I really hope that this restaurant gets their stuff in order. I dont have an extreme complaint about the food, the vegetarian dishes that i order are always decent except maybe the occasional overcooked rice. But the problem is that they either don't have enough staff, or accept too many orders and you don't get an update about a delayed delivery unless you call them up by yourself in which case you may be greeted by a very stressed person. They do try to compensate for something if they can't deliver as promised they give a different item then. All in all, I wish they would stop taking as many orders when their situation with staff is not in order so they can deliver more orders on time. Please fix this because i dont think its an issue with the food but with Management and lack of staff instead..

Avoid this place! 2 hours after ordering still no food. Calling is useless because the connection is always broken in the middle of a conversation. Emails are also not answered. Delivery person comes after 2.5 hours. Cold, packaging torn open, everything dripping together. When we speak to the delivery person about the state of the packaging and ask why he is so late he says "it is not my problem". To ask for the money back we drive to the location. Nobody is really busy. Everyone is very chaotic. After a lot of discussion in English (nobody speaks Dutch) the "boss" is called. After a long wait we get our money back. In any case we will NEVER order from here again.

June 23, 2025 ordered here. Unfortunately no success. Discovered years ago, ordered several times and now it has gone downhill in the past year. The food was not tasty. The fish cakes were spongy, once swam in oil (this was definitely not a curry sauce), the noodles with chicken were okay but no longer the taste it used to be. We ordered at 5:30 PM and our food was not there until 7:15 PM. The home delivery app indicated for almost an hour that the food was on its way and after calling it took another 45 minutes. The only thing the English speaking man said was that it was busy. I have no idea what happened but the service and food have gone downhill very fast. If there was a possibility to ask for money back we would have done that. Until I see better reviews I will not order here anymore.

This place has a ridiculous way of doing business. June 9th I ordered food and I am still waiting for my food or the refund of the money paid. I have tried multiple phone calls, emails and visits to this place but there is no response! The next step is to report the theft. Never order anything from here again!

I called 50 minutes after ordering one dish to be delivered because I didn’t receive anything . All I got was an excuse about rice cookers being defect. When I said that I ordered noodle and not rice they answered that they will start making it now. No apologies, no compensation, nothing. It is just my problem.

Bijna 4 uur gewacht op een maaltijd. Ik ben niet iemand die snel een beoordeling geeft. Maar dit is zo erg dat ik graag andere wil waarschuwen. We hadden om 18:10 besteld om 21:15 is het er nog niet. Geen mai of sms met dat ze later zijn,zoals op De website is aangegeven 2 keer gebeld 1 keer opgehangen en een keer niet opgenomen. Alsnog weer gebeld. Aardig meneer aan de telefoon, bestelling komt er aan, het is erg druk. Dat is begrijpelijk, we zijn allemaal mensen. Maar waarom neem je überhaupt bestellingen aan als je personeel het niet aan kan. Je kunt gewoon bestellingen weigeren of afwijzen als het niet kan, in plaats van mensen meer dan 3 uur te laten wachten op een maaltijd. Ik had eten voor me kinderen ook besteld, ondertussen maar zelf wat gemaakt. Dit is echt onrespectvol en wordt het personeel zwaar uitgebuit door de management in zulke situaties. Dat dit nog kan in Nederland! Als het niet kan ivm overmacht dan laat je een klant dat weten. Dit is niet de schuld van de medewerkers die werken echt hard en het eten is altijd top. Dit is echt een fout van de leidinggevende managers of de mensen daarboven. Dit heeft DRINGEND aandacht nodig. Zo zie je ook in de andere revieuws. GRAAG MEER AANDACHT HIER AANGEVEN BESTE BKK geen bestellingen aannemen als jullie het niet op tijd kunnen bezorgen, zo simpel is dat. Blijkbaar waren er maar 3 bezorgers slecht slecht slecht. Laatste keer dat ik hier bestel.

Ordered 2.5 hours ago. Called after 1 hour to ask where it was. They then reported that the spring rolls contained coriander so they had them exchanged for eggs. A quarter of an hour ago I only received the eggs with coriander. The rest of my order is still not here. Do not order here!!

Bestelling bijna 2 uur later geleverd. Stond na 1 uur al klaar maar kon geen bezorger vinden. Geld terug en annuleren geen optie volgens de persoon die ik belde. Vervolgens een incomplete bestelling ontvangen.

There was a small mistake with our order. The dish that was not provided was delivered in no time, with an extra soft drink, side dish and a personal note. Great solution. And it was delicious again.

Ik heb gisteren een bestelling geplaatst om 18.45 de wachttijd zou variëren tussen de 35 en 55 minuten, prima daar hadden wij ook rekening mee gehouden na ruim een uur toch maar even gebeld. Het was druk dus het zou nog 20 minuten duren…alle begrip natuurlijk maar na nogmaals 50 minuten te hebben gewacht wederom gebeld, wij hadden vrienden te eten dus wij begonnen nu toch wel enigszins geïrriteerd te raken. Uiteindelijk kwamen ze om 21:30 uur de maaltijd bezorgen, bijna 3 uur later!!!! Het eten zelf was heerlijk maar na deze ervaring bestel ik hier nooit meer, ontzettend jammer!

I think we need a real Tai'an chef to keep things on track. It's not real Tai'an food, the soup seemed like it had been on the stove for hours or had been on it yesterday, coconut milk didn't taste good, more vegetables were no longer crispy and fresh. And we just threw the rest of the food in the trash It's better to order from Salatai Rijkade if that's what you're used to. It is more resturand for night life.

Vooralsnog dus NOOIT bestellen bij deze toko als je eten wilt hebben, wel als je je geld kwijt wilt. Aan BKK Thai Arnhem > heb in in ieder geval het fatsoen om contact met me op te nemen.

I think this has to be my favorite place to order food from in Arnhem, I ordered more than 100 times from here. And because the food is great sometimes you have to wait for your food half an hour plus. I know this and this is OK with me but if you want something quick real fast this is not a place for you ! A funny thing is you can ask the guys at the counter to make your food spicy and they will make sure it happens and don’t forget the soup: thom yam kha kai delicious. The food is always goog here no matter what! Nothing fancy just good food!

Ordered food via Thuisbezorgd and they confirmed in the app that the food was arriving. After 1.5 hours I called because nothing came. There seemed to be no more delivery people available at that time (after 9:00 PM) and they did not know whether we could get the money back. They gave the option to deliver it tomorrow... what poor service. Ultimately there may be a delivery person, but it is unclear at what time he will arrive. Oh and I was allowed to indicate on the phone whether I wanted anything extra, which is a bit strange that I have to decide that.

The food here is so bad! And bad is an understatement! Every euro you spend here is too much. We have food stalls ourselves and really know what we are talking about. The first time I called, the food would be there at 7:00 PM (they were on their way and it was busy) and the second time they called again and they were still on their way. It was finally delivered at 7:35 PM. We had to keep our 3-year-old son busy and when the food arrived, the satay was much too hot for him. The meat also looked strange. I spit out the dish with the green curry with bean curd after the first bite (really disgusting) and my friend only ate the steak strips from his green curry. Purely because he was hungry, not because it was tasty). The nasi had a strange aftertaste and the home-made prawn crackers seem to have come straight from a supermarket bag. We literally threw 95% of the order into the trash, a waste of €60.54! Once but never again! Owner Rolls Ratelband does not understand what it means to deliver quality and service.

The best pad thai in Arnhem! Unfortunately, they consume less and less protein.

Fantastic food, large portions (to go), lots of choice, authentic taste. BUT: it's strange that you pay 7.99 online for a portion of chicken garlic (no 64), while if you order at the counter you pay 6.99. Same for the daily curry. I would think that they would like to order online, but you will be punished for that! Staff cannot explain it and refer it to the boss.....and as a customer it is of no use to me. Since I order at least 3 times a month for more than €50, I find this disappointing. Just order at the counter anyway. You do get savings points online, but they are not in proportion to the more expensive dishes.

Ik was voor een tijdje in Arnhem waar ik BKK Thai ontdekte. De beste Thai die ik in jaren heb leren kennen (buiten Thailand zelf dan). Het eten wordt vers klaargemaakt en de keuken en ingredienten zien er schoon en vers uit! Ik was blij verrast dat het eten door Thaise mensen werd klaargemaakt. Het smaakt authentiek Thais en dat kan je bij veel afhaal - thais niet zeggen. Ze schuwen ook niet om lekker pittige gerechten te maken! Echt goed dat je ook halve porties kan bestellen! Dan kan je een maaltijd met meer smaken voordelig samenstellen! Als ik ooit weer in Arnhem kom haal ik hier graag weer wat lekkers!

3 x een klacht ingediend via de mail, maar nooit reactie gehad. Bij deze nogmaals, hopende op een reactie en goede afloop. Beste, Ik wil een klacht indienen over deze bestelling. Wij bestellen vaak en veel bij jullie en normaal gesproken zijn we ook erg tevreden over alles, maar deze keer is het echt heel erg fout gegaan. De pindasaus bleek op te zijn bij het afhalen van onze bestelling, erg vervelend want dit eten is met pindasaus veel lekkerder dan zonder. Er kon geen geld terug gegeven worden voor de pindasaus (terwijl jullie het niet op voorraad hebben), we konden alleen iets anders uitzoeken. Uiteindelijk hebben we gekozen voor vegetarische loempia’s, wij eten namelijk geen vlees. Dit meerdere keren benoemd. Bij het uitreiken vroegen we nog of het wel vegetarische loempia’s zijn en toen gaf de jongen aan dat het kiploempias zijn. We hebben dus nu 2 keer kiploempia gekregen, die we weg kunnen gooien, want we eten geen kip. Ik zie graag een oplossing tegemoet. Wij zijn een goede klant - denken we - en verwachten dan ook zo behandeld te worden. Ik hoor graag spoedig van jullie. Groet, Charlotte

Ik was altijd erg tevreden over BKK. Zoals de anderen hieronder heb ik nooit echt problemen gehad met de bezorging. (Ik bestel via hun eigen site) Maar de laatste tijd worden de porties steeds kariger. In de Neua phad krapau moest ik het vlees zoeken met een microscoop, ze hadden het vlees vervangen door pepers, want hij was zo pittig dat het bijna niet meer te eten was. Ik hoop dat dit eenmalig was.

Heel jammer dat er na 1,5 uur niet-besteld eten wordt bezorgd. BKK telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Geen reactie op mail. Nooit meer.

Waardeloos bedrijf! Nadat we eten hebben besteld, afgerekend en het is afgeleverd, blijk ook een niet-besteld en niet-geleverd gerecht in rekening te zijn gebracht. Oké, met het afrekenen heb ik niet goed opgelet maar dat neemt niet weg dat we nu € 19,99 teveel hebben betaald. Hierover met Bkk-thai Nijmegen gebeld en tot drie keer toe een mail gestuurd, echter zonder resultaat. Ze hebben helemaal niets van zich laten horen. Schandalig! Ik kan nu niet anders concluderen dan dat ik ben opgelicht! Ik zal hier nooit meer eten bestellen!

Altijd goed, ook voor grote groepen al twee keer besteld, (meer dan 10 man) en alles op tijd en prima bereid. Voldoende vega opties en met voldoende groente gevuld. De groene curry is lekker vol en pittig van smaak, mijn favoriet!

Bezorgmaaltijd, op site BKK stond bij gerechten; wordt niet bezorgd. BKK gebeld, uiterst vriendelijk geholpen om via andere optie te bestellen. Mikel ( hoop zijn naam goed gespeld ) Maaltijd besteld, werd op de hoogte gehouden wanneer bezorger onderweg was. Conclusie: heerlijke maaltijd en Top Service...groet, Ascha

Superlekker eten altijd. Aanrader: de viskoekjes en als je van heel pittig houd ga dan voor de salade beef. Maar ik waarschuw alvast, die is mega pittig

We bestellen op maandagavond twee gerechten bij BKK Thai in Arnhem en rekenen meer dan 40 euro af. De bezorgtijd zou 30 min zijn, maar we realiseren ons natuurlijk dat dat af en toe best wat langer kan zijn als het wat drukker is… Toch worden we bij 60 min wat hongerig en bellen even of het al onderweg is. Een slecht Nederlands sprekende meneer geeft aan dat de chauffeur onderweg is. Na een half uur maar weer eens bellen… Bezorger is weer terug gekomen omdat z’n telefoon leeg was (?!?!?). Dan weer lang wachten en uiteindelijk na 2,5 uur komt er ongeïnspireerde bagger uit de papieren tas. Helemaal niet heet (pittig), koud en smakeloos! Dit is by far de aller- allerslechtste Thai bezorgdienst ever!

Erg lekker gegeten met een grote groep. Kids blij waren bij. Ook de volwassen proefde de Thaise smaak. Volgende week met mijn moeder. Thanks voor de goede zorgen, wij komen terug vanuit Barneveld

De soep en viskoekjes waren allang klaar, de saté duurde ruim 20 minuten langer. Eenmaal thuis waren de garnalen in de soep droog en de soep was niet pittig. Garnalen waren in het verleden groter. De viskoekjes waren ook droog en er zat geen saus bij. Tip: begin later met gerechten omdat de saté zolang duurt. En maak het weer op smaak zoals eerst! Thais eten hoort lekker scherp te zijn.

Altijd ontzettend blij met BKK! Het eten is heerlijk, goede hoeveelheden & bovendien zijn de mensen fantastisch. Vanavond weer: onze bestelling was net niet compleet (kroepoek vergeten), dat hadden ze na een belletje binnen een halfuur opgelost & heel netjes gecompenseerd met zelfs extra attenties - en dat terwijl het echt hondeweer is vandaag. Absoluut een aanrader.

Super lekker en vers, goede saté en goed gevulde gerechten met verse groenten en lekkere sauzen. Ook altijd heel vriendelijke bezorgers (Westervoort).

Heerlijk! Duurt wel erg lang maar zeker de moeite waard!

Heerlijk Thais eten, altijd op tijd geleverd en altijd tevreden over het eten. Vooral de kip in kokossaus is een aanrader. Helaas regelmatig prijsstijgingen waardoor ik nu wel minder vaak bestel. Maar met een bestelling voor 2 personen kunnen we er met gemak 3 keer van eten

Helaas geen succes vanavond: toen we de massaman openden, was de saus er al uit en zat in de verpakking! Waarschijnlijk gevallen of deksel open gegaan? Verder had ik voor de verandering als bijgerecht rijst met garnalen en bosui, wortel en taugé besteld, samen met de tahoe (zat een rare smaak dat je niaan, alsof ie niet helemaal goed meer was) met groenten en cashews: zat geen kraak of smaak aan. Zo zonde. Je besteld toch iets om lekker te genieten? Op de site staat dat je 60-90 min moet wachten, omdat ze de tijd nemen om iets lekkers te maken. Ze waren er best snel…Erover gebeld. De persoon praatte ondertussen met het personeel. Ik kon nu een nieuwe massaman krijgen, maar die hadden we net op! Ook zei ze dat de saus er niet uit kon zijn, omdat er folie om/tussen zit! Oplossing: binnen 1week een gratis voor-en bijgerecht.Klonk goed, maar ik weet niet of ik binnen 1 week weer Thais wil. Raar dat dat niet als tegoed kan blijven staan tot de volgende keer of een tegoedbon.

Super lekker en hele aardige mensen!

Bezorging was één groot drama. 18.30 eten besteld, zou circa 40 minuten duren , maar werd uiteindelijk pas om 21.10 bezorgd! Meerdere malen geprobeerd te bellen, onbereikbaar, direct voicemail. Superslecht !! Ondertussen elders eten besteld wat wel normaal op tijd kwam. Volgende dag alsnog de maaltijden gegeten, en de smaak en portie was verder prima in orde, maar zo slecht bezorgen en ook geen enkele informatie verstrekken, dat is echt slecht..

I am feeling so lucky to have this place in Arnhem. I think I have ordered more than 20 times from this place. I always try to order takeaway before hand using their website. Their takeaway prices are just amazing. The food is always really tasty with fresh ingredients. The order is usually ready within 5-10 minutes for pickup unless it's very busy. *I have never used their delivery service * All and all, only positive experience so far. And I can not understand the mediocre reviews. Keep up the good work and thank you for the lovely food!
