I was there with my sistersfor lunch and one had ordered the ceasar salad and the other had the French toast with fruit and Mable syrup. Both of the dishes was just amazing, so tasty and delicious! Mine, however, was to much of everything.. I had the chicken club sandwich and found the cheddar cheese to be to much.. I told the owner and he was absolutely available for anything we had to say. Overall was truly great! Thank you for everything! Oh and love the fact that's is halal😍 Thnx!

I had a great experience with Blanche! The food was simply delicious, prepared with care and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere in the restaurant is soothing, allowing you to really enjoy your meal in a relaxing environment. However, what touched me most is the friendliness of the employees. They are super sweet and show genuine respect to their guests. What I particularly appreciate is how they meet you with love and understanding if something is not quite to your liking. This attitude deserves great compliments and shows how important customer satisfaction is to them. I hope many other restaurants can learn from this. This is what hospitality really means! Highly recommended and definitely a place I will return to more often.

I was disappointed in my experience here. A number of points were very disappointing: • The food was not tasty. • The cappuccino had hardly any taste. • The omelet was raw and not prepared properly. • The French toast was completely soaked in syrup, which was too heavy and unpleasant. • The water for tea was not clear, but yellowish, which did not appear hygienic. • Additionally, the entire cafe smelled strongly of garlic, which was disturbing. Hopefully something can be done about this to improve the experience for future guests.

Before visiting a restaurant, I like to look at the menu first. I couldn't find this anywhere online. So here it is. Plenty of other options on offer. Nice lunch with good company. The interior looks great and the service is good.

Small space with limited number of tables. 1 cook and 1 employee, so you have to be patient, because there is also a to go option. -- 🍽 Food & drinks: good Quality good, price quite high but in line with market prices. The meal looks great and the plate is beautifully presented. ___ 🪑Indoor interior Trendy, attractive, but also a bit cold and sleek due to many light colors. --- 🌳 Green/relaxation Not present. --- 🅿️ Parking/infrastructure Cyclists: no real bike racks. Cars: very spacious place in the area. 🚽Toilet/sanitary facilities: neat. Only 1 for everyone. Food was tasty, service was fine.

It was my first time here with my friend for breakfast. You can‘t do anything wrong with a classical omelette (10,50€) 🍳 The food and service were alright, however the waitress did not seem that motivated or welcoming. Only after giving her a tip at the end, she seemed motivated enough to smile. After almost drinking all of the orange juice that was included in the “breakfast omelet”, my friend pointed out the bottom of the glass which was clearly dirty (see photo below). It’s probably a great spot for people who like to post their food on social media, however in my opinion there are more foodspots in Amsterdam to try out.

The food looks delicious in the photos (in real life it's not that bad) Service: It just depends on whether the waitresses want to work and how attractive they find you. So dress well, maybe you will be helped well and eat somewhere else before you go so you don't have to be disappointed. It is definitely recommended for taking snaps.

Nice cafe with tasty food and many choices on the menu. We have eaten here a number of times now and have tried several dishes and everything was delicious! The staff was very friendly so I don't agree with the negative reviews about the staff at all. Really an added value for our neighborhood! There is only 1 table downstairs, so finding a place with the stroller can be difficult. We left the car downstairs and that was fine.

Ladies were super arrogant, dirty looks, and when you asked a question you got a super catty response. We had to wait at least half an hour for a waitress to come up so we could order. They were barely busy with their customers, until men came upstairs, they came running and continuously “checked”. Never experienced anything like it before, it was truly crazy for words. Food was tasty! Just think they can do something about their staff...

Thought this was a specialty coffee shop. Just an ordinary snack bar. Quality is rubbish.

Is it just me or is the atmosphere there really 10 times nothing. The staff is not friendly at all and there is a strange atmosphere, while the inside looks nice and the menu also looks fine. Rice Chicken Satay was tasty, but I found the satay sauce disappointing. Their ice cream is not tasty at all and tastes like condensed milk.

Visited Blanche today, what a great restaurant! Delicious food and the service is also great! I can't see the bad reviews reflected in the service at their business. What good service, you are helped quickly, you are always asked if everything is as expected and if they can do anything for you. Kawtar helped us today and she really is a great girl! I would definitely recommend this to others, good food and a nice / cozy place. See you again soon and thanks Kawtar for everything! 💜

The ladies who worked there 1/10 seemed as if they were forced to work. They looked super dirty and didn't appeal to me. All in all the food was super tasty 10/10. There was also a gentleman who was super sweet and customer friendly

The ladies were super arrogant, gave customers very dirty looks and looked disinterestedly on their phones in full view of the customers. My food was undercooked, pasta was still hard. People who came and ordered after us received their food and drinks before us. Music is super loud, I could barely hear my girlfriend. You can really do something about your service and the people you have working there, customers have not been their marble buddies.

We arrive here at 10.30 am and it is closed even though their opening times online say it's open from 8.30 am

It has been a very good experience on my vacation in Amsterdam

Was here last Wednesday. My girlfriend and I ordered 1 slice of carrot cake, 2 chocolates and 3 drinks and paid 29 euros. The waitress is very pushy and to top it all off, she started arguing with other customers. The situation escalated and the waitress sent the ladies out of the place! The ladies were standing above the stairs, and the waitress shouted upstairs and told her to get out. Everything but customer friendly and this really crosses all boundaries. After the ladies left, the waitress started talking to other customers about the ladies. I didn't think this was possible. All in all, please don't start a business if customer service is not your number 1 priority. This was once for me and never again. Truly a place to see and be seen. We were not at all zen after this incident!

Nice place, employees super customer unfriendly. Grumpy ladies with an attitude. The way I talk is as if I played marbles with them, still from the street. After a long wait I had to come downstairs to order. They didn't seem to have much "interest" in doing their work. Food is delicious, shame about the employees.

Good food, employee very grumpy and rude. I almost wanted to ask if she was there under duress, but I didn't want to disturb anyone's "peace". All in all, good food, I would definitely pick it up without any contact with the lady at the counter.

Delicious food. The chicken sandwiches and brioche Korean chicken had really good taste and good portions. And certainly the pancakes too. This is my second time here and will definitely come back. The Moroccan tea was not actually Moroccan tea. It tasted more like a mint tea bag. And the service takes a bit too long. But still worthy to eat here.

Yesterday we had lunch at Blanche with 6 girls, tables were immediately pushed together, what a nice owner he is, and the service was also great. Grumpy girls who work there. They sit on their phones while they have guests in front of them, and they just have vicarious shame about what they wear. Tight pants that have their needles popping out and tops that show your entire navel/belly. You get a snubbed, curt response when you ask something. Shame ! Shop looks nice. And beautiful location. Not for me anymore unfortunately...

Ordered pancakes and the bottom of my second and third pancake were burnt. When my girlfriend and I went to pass it on, the lady was quiet for a while and didn't want to make it right. And then we went to pay it. I didn't think that lady was customer friendly at all. I'll never go here again.

Really had a great lunch here! Very extensive menu. The only thing that was really bad was that it took quite a while before we got our food + our shake only came after the food was already gone. That is really less and a shame but there was only 1 waitress.. Food is really 5/5 stars

Hele mooie tent. Service was echt goed! Spontane en lieve dame! Alleen de koffie was niet lekker helaas. Melk was verbrand, te lang gestoomd. En de espresso was ook niet lekker (ook verbrand) Taart was niet mijn smaak. Ijs is lekker!

Wij hebben vandaag lekker gegeten en de mojitos waren perfect. Wij waren bediend door Nawal en mijn complimenten voor haar service. 👍
