Bobbi Bar-Dancing in Oude Stad

It was fun, there were 6 people all inside, nice atmosphere and security guards were just fine, quickly helped at the bar and just a nice club vibe, will definitely come back!

I have now changed my stars from 4 to 1; because I have heard that there is a discriminatory door policy. And I already suspected this because every time I walk by I see that the doormen have an unfriendly attitude and appearance towards the guests.

Antisocial service and treatment

The security guards let me in if I would arrange some “women”. Nice inclusive place!

Ridiculous? 5 friends who are going out for the evening refuse because they first have to arrange a few 'women' before they get in. Guards are selling themselves short with their big ego. Steef can look for a new babysitter. Ridiculous that you profile yourself like this in the catering industry, you should be ashamed in my opinion. Good luck with your crappy business.

First we had to arrange for 'ladies' by security, then we were allowed in as a 'men's night'. I don't think this is nice/respectful of the security guards who were standing at the door!!!!!!

Really not normal. Yesterday evening I wanted to go to Bobby's Club alone without my girlfriend (Dutch woman) for the first time of three times, but I couldn't get in, simply because of the security guard/ security guard . Reason: I am not known to the Club. But others who were unknown just went in (Dutch). One after the other in front of me🤔🤔. Maybe because I'm a foreigner? Or DISCRIMINATION? We're in 2024, you know! I hope not. What was the real reason?.. No disrespect really. Completely offended. The Club was almost completely empty. 50% of capacity. I am a party organizer and never deny entry to anyone.

Was here late, employees were not friendly at all. Bobbi wasn't even there. Toilets were filthy.

Been here tonight with 4 friends. When security was on the way back from the toilet, he decided to grab one of our friends by the neck for no reason and pushed other friends to the ground. He continued to hold his neck while telling him to stop pushing and keep an eye on him. We were dancing quietly and had no idea what he was talking about (early evening, quiet, little alcohol). Our friend was completely blown away by how he was treated. Then went to the bar to complain to the owner. Owner wanted us to understand their side, namely that a group had just been evicted and that it was probably a misunderstanding. If that is the way you deal with these types of complaints, then you do not understand the seriousness of the matter. I read in the reviews that Bobbi's security is known for rude (discriminatory) behavior. Security should be there to give people a safe evening. This security seemed to get a kick out of catching someone like this (unjustly). It felt like an abuse of power. This has not left our friend behind in the cold. Of course we will never come here again. But this security is probably here every night and gets away with their behavior. As an owner you really really need to do something about this, because this is unacceptable!

Very rude and racist staff, the manager allows it to happen. The bouncer physically assaulted a customer of color, then did it again, the manager just shrugged it off. Do not recommend. The place is also pretty dingy and shabby.

Discrimination on the basis of nationality is unacceptable. Article 1 of the Dutch Constitution states that everyone in the Netherlands must be treated equally. This is not the case with Bobbies. In addition, visitors were treated aggressively by security on several occasions. I don't know who the owner is, but really, running a business this way is irresponsible.

Remove this vile guard from the entrance. Yesterday, in front of the entire line at the bar, he brutally used force on a girl. It's a pity that the bar owners are happy with this. Disgrace!

Let's be honest: There aren't that many nice tents in Haarlem... then you come to a reasonable new tent in Haarlem. “Bobbies bar” . Big scoop? No, unfortunately... The staff behind the bar has no hospitality skills. Kindness and etc is so far-fetched!! The staff behind the bar is not very interested. In our opinion, they enjoy chatting with each other or judging people who are guests much more than bringing a nice vibe to the business. In addition: Security often reacts rudely when you leave. Good luck!

Went here on 6/29, bartender was continuously smoking outside. He would prefer that we drink our beer in silence, then Mr. Schoolmaster wants to pay. (read send out) and you are not even allowed to look at your receipt. Sincerely a ball, after this we went to Stiels, much more fun.

Funny, heard some nice pictures and went crazy

Very rude security in the evening. Were rude about our appearance and suggested that we were underage even though we were 24+. After showing ID, the guard said it was a miracle we were 24+ and started laughing. Ended up going somewhere else at their request. Guards talk in unfriendly tones.

Last Saturday, I was at Bobbi's with a birthday friend. After getting 2 vodka Redbull, I walked outside to smoke a cigarette, there I was with 2 girls. Those 2 girls (it turned out to be staff) were allowed back in. The doorman blocked the entrance with his arm and said "not you". I didn't understand why, afterwards I understood that after a certain time you are no longer allowed to smoke outside, but I was already standing in front of the door, so why shouldn't you be allowed to smoke your cigarette? I wasn't allowed to pack my things anymore (porter thought it was too busy inside). I walked inside with the doorman for a while, then suddenly the doorman turned around and brutally pushed me out. I was a little pissed off, but not hysterical or anything. The security then called in the police, very sadly. I have never experienced anything so inhospitable & rude & I paid 20 euros for drinks

It is very inappropriate that some people were simply favored in the queue, while others were disadvantaged. And it is especially striking that guards were bribed for 50 euros! That's impossible? Only to be let in faster and to circumvent the age limit of 21+. There was intimidation in the queue, caused by the "bouncers" or security of the club itself. As far as I'm concerned, if there is no improvement or substantive feedback on this post, it's not worth a try.

Was in Haarlem one evening and heard that we had to go to Bobby's. There was a line at the door, but the security staff ensured that it went through smoothly. We had a very pleasant evening inside and had a great evening. Will definitely come back when I'm in Haarlem again. Vincent

Een gezellige uitgaansgelegenheid in Haarlem. Vriendelijk personeel. Muziek keuze is leuk en staat niet op stand trommelvliesscheur. Goede feestverlichting op plafond en in de wc. Pluspunt: fotobooth achterin deze club.

Hele fijne plek voor een drankje, of om even te dansen. Het geluid is goed en het plafond is voorzien van een gekleurde lampen show!!

Leuke tent. Gezellig personeel. Alleen nog op de donderdagavond geweest, maar vrijdag-en zaterdagavond zal vast ook leuk zijn. ;) Eten geen sterren gegeven, want heb ik nog niet ervaren op deze locatie.

Leuke tent die verrassend vroeg op de avond al vol staat! Tip: Hang een zeeppompje op in het toilet.

Een paar keer geweest als echte party-ganger en deze tent is wel echt next-level. Zeker proberen als je in de buurt bent!

Redelijke muziek maar slechte ervaring met personeel gehad, een van de jongens daar vond het nodig om meerdere malen grof door menigte heen te beuken om glazen op te halen. Nadat wij er wat van zeiden schold hij ons de huid vol en probeerde hij ons te intimideren. Lijkt me niet de juiste manier om met klanten om te gaan.

Top zaakie !!! Maar wel erg druk op zaterdag voor ons iets te druk maar wel een mooie en leuke nieuwe zaak in Haarlem !!!
