Fred, the owner is downright good dude. Tells you exactly the way it is willing to make exotic drinks. Ask for El Gato the only place in Amsterdam you can get it. Blonde beer with a shot of espresso.

Too bad the music was so loud inside, not normal... you would think if someone sat down inside, I would adjust the volume. Unfortunately no repeat for me... I drank 1 beer, asked for the bill and the lady had to check what I had drunk... I was the only one in the shop. I had different expectations...

We walked back from the center to the parking garage, then we saw this Café, and it is rare that you receive such a wonderful Amsterdam welcome. Anita is great! Good service and humor, best beer since a long time on a terrace. Greetings Rick and Rachel

What a lovely Pub! I went for a quick beer and rest while I was walking and before leaving, the bartender told me that she just realised that there was a bit of soap in my glass and that she was terribly sorry. She didn't make me pay but what I liked the most was her honesty. I could have paid and leave without noticing anything. She went straight and sincere. I would definitely recommend it and I'm sure that she's definitely paying more attention after today! 😜

Tried so hard to take waiters attention although it wasn't that crowded. After couple of attempts I was told they don't serve coffee afternoon which was a little surprising but ok. The staff was not that kind.

Ben niet binnen geweest,alleen maar langsgelopen. Ziet er van buiten af leuk uit. Volgens mij een "bruin café "en heel oud.

Wat een topplek. Heerlijk in het zonnetje gezeten, hier hebben ze wel goede wijn! Anita is een topper, we komen gauw weer!

Late night burgers- half pounders- good tunes on the sound system, beers on tap,and the best bartenders in town.

Mooi, gezellig café met hartelijke, goede bediening, prima capuccino en heel lekkere niet alledaagse tostis. Ik ben van plan daar vaker te komen, want er staan nog meer lekkere dingen op de kaart.
