Even in their long response the owner doesn’t take responsibility or offers any form of apology. Just excuses. This location has gone downhill for a while now. Staff are indifferent and make many errors. I ordered the new wrappie today and they didn’t have the honey mustard option. Then they sent another worker to go and buy flat bread to make my wrap… that took another almost 10 minutes. No apology, no sorry for waiting, not even saying sorry I ran out of flat bread to make your order, and this was the franchise owner on top of that. The 2018-2023 crew was amazing. Now it’s just getting worse it seems. Also the wrap they used was cold, which made the whole sandwich cold. They should at least warm up the tortilla. The sauce has no real flavour and the cucumbers don’t add much. Pickles would be much better. Lesson learned hopefully for the owners but that’s ok they are young and inexperienced still it’s apparent. I don’t need to contact them to be told sorry. They should have done that in the moment. Owner seems bitter about getting a negative review. I am simply sharing my experience. If you are advertising something you should have it available to sell instead of going shopping for it and making the customer wait without any acknowledgment or apology. The heavy set guy with the pony tail messed up my brother’s order 3 times.

The food is tasty, but you get very little fries. When you ask why the bag isn't even three-quarters full, you are told that head office indicated they are not allowed to fill the bags. Very strange. I paid almost €4 for a bag that isn't fully filled and has no sauce! I won't be coming back.

Bram Ladage has really good fries, but the price reflects that. For a regular portion with a large peanut, you're looking at around €10.

Unfortunately, I have to update my review from two years ago. In the last five takeout orders, I haven't gotten everything I ordered right away, not even once. It's really sloppy! I still love the food, but it really needs to improve if I want to keep ordering takeout from here.

We ordered a large and a medium size bram fries, there was very little difference, except that a large bram is 1.15 euros more expensive and we ordered 20 mini chicken pieces, but some were so small compared to the larger pieces that are also in it, the very small one could be 3x from the larger pieces, and that for 24.00 euros, actually you should offer this by weight, that would be much fairer for the consumer, and then the pick-up price differs or delivery is also enormous, medium bram 3.70 for pick-up, a large bram 4.65 and 20 mini chicken pieces 19.50 euros, with delivery medium bram 4.40, a large bram 5.55 and 20 mini chicken pieces 24.00 euros that is a difference of 6.10 euros and then also 3 euros delivery charge, it would be fairer to stick to the store prices for delivery and then neatly charge 3 euros delivery charge, this is actually double, so then You would end up at €30.85 including shipping costs, but we paid €36.95 yesterday. This order was placed through Bram Ladage Zoetermeer's own website, not through a home delivery site. They did send us an email explaining the price difference because they have to pay the delivery drivers, but a €6.10 difference on our order delivered and picked up through their website, plus €3 in delivery costs, is simply ripping off the customer. Then they email us a ridiculous offer: a 15% discount on your next order, which is even less than what they already charge by inflating all the prices for delivery. I replied to the email saying we'll never order from them again. Anyway, they admit to the tiny chicken pieces. Throw in a few extra ones if the complaint is already known. I also posted the review on their own site, but I replied to our review there and not to our email. Honesty lasts the longest. The review on their site is under Michelle's name; I'm her husband, hence the name André. I hope they can now respond publicly and address the complaints, and I hope others... You've opened your customers' eyes. Otherwise, you might as well order through thuisbezorgd.nl, where delivery costs are even lower. And they'll come up with a better offer to retain customers. I don't think almost anyone knows about those enormous price differences. Report it on the website, but be aware that delivery prices are more expensive than pickup prices. Another option is to waive the €3.00 delivery fee. I reached a solution with a very friendly employee, as they don't want to lose us as customers—this applies to every customer, by the way. He gave us a 50% discount on our next order, more than it should have been. All's well that ends well.

The food was fine, it's been better, but that's okay because it was very busy. I forgot something, but it was resolved very nicely and delivered. I don't know which guy that was, but he really resolved it very nicely and efficiently. 🙌🙌

We arrived just as closing time was approaching. We ordered fries, and the staff were wearing gloves. I thought they were only for preparing meals, but unfortunately, they were using them for everything related to cleaning and food preparation. This is absolutely disgusting. I hope this doesn't happen again. The price doesn't match the quality of the fries; they were only half-cooked. They seemed to be in a hurry, even though we usually buy them and they're delicious. This time, after seeing the gloves being used for everything, I wasn't even excited about my meal. 😢

You come here for the food, which is simply good and always tastes great, no matter which one you order. Especially the snack: the chicken breast was tender, crumbly in the best sense of the word, and packed with flavor. The place itself is simple but effective. There are a few tables where you can stand. And you can even go in the rain, since it's a largely covered shopping center.

Today I ordered a large portion of "patatje oorlog" (war fries), but unfortunately, I received a small portion in a small bag. I paid the price for a large portion, which was a real disappointment, as I expected more for that price. What a shame about the experience.

Went there this afternoon, stood in line neatly behind a customer, with distance. I was asked by the employee in question, are you being helped yet. I said 3 bami slices please. If he says yes, then you have to stand in line there, HE I was already there. We had to wait a veeery long time, not normal. Everyone was helped. We stood from the stall corner drinks machine. Waiting waiting, the same employee says don't you want to stand there, somewhere else. We stood in amazement, watching. Hey what's going on, what are we doing wrong. Owner, gave our order, actually at the same time. Never experienced such unfriendly staff. Never happened to the old owner. Always customer friendly. Hang up a sign another time, wait for your order at the Primarkt, or back work, pfffff, never again. I'll go to the other Bram, industrial estate. Lots of friendly and customer-oriented staff. What a fall tent it has become. Too bad the owner is friendly.

I worked here for years and with the new owners they have managed to transform the place into a party to visit. Getting a brammetje was already a concept in Rotterdam but has now also moved into Zoetermeer; it helps that the lovely employees give you a feeling that you long for again. Definitely come by and you will walk out the door with a smile

They don't peel the potatoes anymore. That's dirty and bitter. Got a response. They did this to be "socially involved and sustainable because peeled potatoes have a longer shelf life", which basically means that they are indeed not tasty and that as a company they are unable to implement modern inventory management. Weak. And remember GO WOKE, GO BROKE.

Have been coming here for the fries and chicken burger for years. Today I was feeling adventurous and ordered the hamburger. The menu says 100% beef. I have rarely had such a bad burger. It looked like two slices where all life had been drained. Way too salty. Shame...

Great location, have been working here for a few weeks now, but have been coming there for years, I recommend everyone to stop by for a quick snack. If you are not familiar, fries are chopped and fried before your eyes, as fresh as you can get them, and also a lot of variety in terms of extras, from fries to a tasty burger menu with fries. Personal favorite is special slider, a large bowl of fries with mayo, curry and onions

Once in a while you crave a Brammetje, and then you really enjoy it! It's really great that they can put extra salt on it! We also have all kinds of tasty snacks. I think it's a really top tent and the regular faces who work there are also a plus.

I am a fan of Bram Ladage. I go there regularly when I'm in the Randstad, but I have to say that the two people who worked there tonight: a young lady and a gentleman, were real top performers. Rarely have I seen such a well-cooperative and fun duo; kind, sociable, fast and correct. The food was top notch as always. Almost everything is halal and plenty of vegetarian options.

You make the best fries, period. Never had better fries anywhere else than yours. The homemade hogweed with peanut sauce does not normally taste good, nor do your other snacks.
