Kwalitaria Oranjelaan in Centrum

I had a previous bad review after ordering here for many years. Nick called me and made it all good. Tonight I tried again and it was back to the usual good food, quick delivery and friendliness! Thank you Nick!

A small portion of fries special costs well over 4 euros, and you get 12 fries for that. The frikadel special sandwich was soaked in sauce, causing the bun to fall completely apart. Even after removing most of the sauce, it still tasted like nothing. The milkshake isn't even thick, just milk with a flavor. First and last time for me.

We ordered delicious burgers! They were delivered within 30 minutes! Definitely again soon! The kids' box was also good and came with a nice little vegetable garden for our daughter.

My bami snack completely burst open and I piled the empty pieces on top of each other. I work in the hospitality industry myself; this is really unacceptable, and yet you still present it to your customers!!!!! My other order was cold. I will never order here again; it is a real disgrace.

We stood in the restaurant for a long time and weren't even acknowledged or greeted by the staff. We then ordered at the counter, and the food eventually arrived! It was okay for fast food!

The order arrived completely messed up. The special sauce for the frikandel was more on the bag than on the frikandel. The two containers of sauce were together in one bag and were open and completely dented, causing the peanut sauce and barbecue sauce to be mixed together inside. To make matters worse, the fries were cold and soggy. When I contacted them by phone about this, I was promised a refund. That has not happened yet. Never again Kwalitaria Oranjelaan for me.

Well taken care of. I ate on the spot, everything served neatly on a plate.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It looks good, is neatly packaged, has good hygiene, and is very (fresh) tasty. My compliments.

A truly bad experience. I ordered from the restaurant through a delivery app, but my order never arrived, and the delivery company told me that I couldn't cancel the order or get a refund.

I'm not usually one for reviews, but I really have to share something. This is the third time today my order has been delivered incorrectly, and after waiting almost two hours, everything is cold. How hard can it be to throw together fries and a milkshake? This was my last time ordering from here.

Order placed at 5.45pm, it is now 6.50pm, just called to ask where my order is, it will be shipped in 5 minutes, the Thuisbezorgd website states a delivery time of 25-50 minutes.

Online order. No indication of an expected delivery time. After a little over an hour, I called and was told it would be on its way. Ultimately, I waited over an hour and a half for overcooked, limp, and cold food.

They consistently deliver the wrong orders, and the correct portions are incredibly small. Two regular raspatat (sweet potato fries) are considerably less than one small regular potato. It's outrageous, especially considering the price. The raspatat is either rock hard or very chewy. Either way, it has no flavor. Deep-frying is the simplest cooking method in the world, and they even manage to screw that up. Since there are cheaper alternatives in Zoetermeer, we won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered online. Was supposed to be delivered between 18:15 and 18:30. After 2 phone calls it was not delivered until 19:15. I really do NOT think this is acceptable. And no whining about "we are so busy"! Then you need to get your planning in order.

I ordered food at 5pm and it's already 6:45pm and I still haven't gotten my damn food

Nice and neat restaurant. Wide selection on the menu. Friendly staff. Parking a bit difficult in front of the door.

Delicious fries. There are a few fairly cozy tables where you can sit and eat your order. Everything is in paper bags and/or cardboard, only plastic on mayonnaise containers.

Neat and clean, customer friendly

Very tasty. Well done fries and frikandel. As it should be! Friendly service! I can really recommend Kwalitaria!

Ordered via their own website. Waited over an hour for the food. Fries were well done considering the color, but lukewarm upon arrival. I ordered sauce for €1.45 (peanut and mayonnaise) but I got the wrong one (curry with mayonnaise and onions), unfortunately I couldn't eat it. Chicken nuggets were warm but completely dented and very hollow on the inside, the contents were also a strange composition. Banana milkshake was tasty and cold! Very unfortunate because I had high hopes given the high rating!

Very nice people and good food a quick bite. Never disappoints. Waiting time is always relatively short.

Fries were tasty, but chicken schnitzel was way too greasy and not that tasty. The Kwalitaria on Aegonplein The Hague is really great. This is of inferior quality. A very nice thing indeed. But would make it myself next time.

Nice to know that there are also good cafeterias in Zoetermeer. We live in Oosterheem so “Ivo” would be the closest, but at this Kwalitaria the food is better, the staff is friendly, and your food is served quickly and well. We will definitely go here more often. Top tent!

Nice and cozy cafe. Friendly staff. And good service.

Cozy place with good food and friendly staff!

I have ordered the red rebel burger menu several times and it has been a great success every time. Delivery is also fast every time :)

I went to Kwalitaria last Monday, May 20, 2024, to order food at the cash register. The atmosphere was very restless and the girl who helped me at the counter was very restless. I have to wait a very long time for my food because it was "busy" and I was inside for 30 minutes and it was really hard to deal with that stinky smell!

Have placed an order here several times. Consistent quality, friendly staff and food that is ready at the agreed time. The only point of attention are the milkshakes which sometimes have a chemical taste. Nevertheless, absolutely 5 stars.

Service was decent, but what a disappointment that they didn't have any minced meat

I just got chicken kapsalon, there was little chicken shawarma and a lot of fries, it was tasty, but expensive for what you get at 10.95, which is very expensive for what you get.

Very friendly staff and super tasty food. Very neat place where we like to come! Keep it up! Greetings from the “(across) neighbor” 😉

By far the best snack bar in Zoetermeer. Fries are delicious, burgers are fresh. Fast, good service. Really great.

Had a delicious salad guys, keep up the good work!

Very neat place, not expensive and very friendly staff!

Tasty fries. And in addition to the standard snacks, there are regularly different variants. The oriental frikadel was very tasty.

Baking Rasmussen fries as they should be. Nice people.

Schone zaak- snel geholpen- ruime keuze- prijs/ kwaliteit oke

Goede kwaliteit, keurig verpakt echt super netjes. Vlot bezorgd en een vriendelijke bezorger.

Schoon en heerlijke patat en snacks. Vriendelijke service

In 1 woord geweldig! Alles netjes verpakt, alles vers en een snelle bezorging 👍

Onwijs lekker gegeten, goede service en snelle bezorging! Fijn dat er een goede zaak in de buurt zit.

Goed gegeten, bullburger aanrader👍

Top!

Mooie zaak modern snelle service
