Kwalitaria Oranjelaan in Centrum

Order placed at 5.45pm, it is now 6.50pm, just called to ask where my order is, it will be shipped in 5 minutes, the Thuisbezorgd website states a delivery time of 25-50 minutes.

Online order. No indication of an expected delivery time. After a little over an hour, I called and was told it would be on its way. Ultimately, I waited over an hour and a half for overcooked, limp, and cold food.

They consistently deliver the wrong orders, and the correct portions are incredibly small. Two regular raspatat (sweet potato fries) are considerably less than one small regular potato. It's outrageous, especially considering the price. The raspatat is either rock hard or very chewy. Either way, it has no flavor. Deep-frying is the simplest cooking method in the world, and they even manage to screw that up. Since there are cheaper alternatives in Zoetermeer, we won't be ordering from them again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It looks great, is neatly packaged, has good hygiene, and is very (freshly) delicious. My compliments.

Ordered online. Was supposed to be delivered between 18:15 and 18:30. After 2 phone calls it was not delivered until 19:15. I really do NOT think this is acceptable. And no whining about "we are so busy"! Then you need to get your planning in order.

Nice and neat restaurant. Wide selection on the menu. Friendly staff. Parking a bit difficult in front of the door.

Delicious fries. There are a few fairly cozy tables where you can sit and eat your order. Everything is in paper bags and/or cardboard, only plastic on mayonnaise containers.

Ordered via their own website. Waited over an hour for the food. Fries were well done considering the color, but lukewarm upon arrival. I ordered sauce for €1.45 (peanut and mayonnaise) but I got the wrong one (curry with mayonnaise and onions), unfortunately I couldn't eat it. Chicken nuggets were warm but completely dented and very hollow on the inside, the contents were also a strange composition. Banana milkshake was tasty and cold! Very unfortunate because I had high hopes given the high rating!

Fries were tasty, but chicken schnitzel was way too greasy and not that tasty. The Kwalitaria on Aegonplein The Hague is really great. This is of inferior quality. A very nice thing indeed. But would make it myself next time.

Very nice people and good food a quick bite. Never disappoints. Waiting time is always relatively short.

Nice to know that there are also good cafeterias in Zoetermeer. We live in Oosterheem so “Ivo” would be the closest, but at this Kwalitaria the food is better, the staff is friendly, and your food is served quickly and well. We will definitely go here more often. Top tent!

I went to Kwalitaria last Monday, May 20, 2024, to order food at the cash register. The atmosphere was very restless and the girl who helped me at the counter was very restless. I have to wait a very long time for my food because it was "busy" and I was inside for 30 minutes and it was really hard to deal with that stinky smell!

Have placed an order here several times. Consistent quality, friendly staff and food that is ready at the agreed time. The only point of attention are the milkshakes which sometimes have a chemical taste. Nevertheless, absolutely 5 stars.

I just got chicken kapsalon, there was little chicken shawarma and a lot of fries, it was tasty, but expensive for what you get at 10.95, which is very expensive for what you get.

By far the best snack bar in Zoetermeer. Fries are delicious, burgers are fresh. Fast, good service. Really great.

Zojuist hier lekker friet en snacks gehaald 😋😋😋😋😋 De service is bijzonder goed. Ik werd aangesproken door een vriendelijke jongedame. Vlot werd m'n bestelling in het bestel systeem ingevoerd. Er mij vrolijk een plekje gewezen waar ik tijdens het lezen van een krantje mocht wachten tot mijn eten klaar was. Al even vriendelijk als tijdens het bestellen werd mijn bestelling afgeroepen. Eenmaal thuis hebben we heerlijk gesmikkeld en gesmuld! 😋👍 Aangezien ik vlakbij woon, zal ik hier nog wel vaker komen. 😊😋

Snel bereid en kon het gelijk afhalen. Smaakte ook goed en vers, patat lekker knapperig en warm.

Eindelijk een lekkere snackbar in de omgeving en de burgers zijn van goede kwaliteit! Raspatat is ook heerlijk. Leuke zaak waar je gezellig kan zitten en aardig personeel. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en mijn kinderen hebben ook gesmuld. Top!
