I regularly get the wrong thing when I order here. I get the spicy chicken burger instead of a chicken burger, or beef instead of chicken at a kapsalon. The fries are often already fried. The staff are nice, but the quality of the food is declining.

Just ordered two kapsalons, and I have to say, they were really great. We've often been disappointed with kapsalons, but this place is truly exceptional! Incredibly delicious and done quickly, too. Everything was perfectly met! It's clear the staff works very hard, and even though it's a bit chaotic, they make sure everything runs smoothly. Definitely worth ordering again.

The base is perfectly crispy, the toppings are fresh and generously topped – you can really taste the quality with every bite. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You are immediately helped with a smile and they really take the time for you, even when it is busy. What is also striking is the enormous choice on the menu. Whether you go for a classic Margherita, something spicy with pepperoni, or a vegetarian special – there is something for everyone. And then another big plus: the food is ready super fast! Ideal if you are in a hurry or just hungry and do not want to wait long. In short: delicious pizzas, top service, lots of choice and fast preparation. An absolute must!

Their kapsalon "vegetarian" could consist of falafel, but what we got was LITERAL. Fries, lettuce and cheese. How is that kapsalon? Traditionally they do something with meat, for vegetarians they do falafel. Too bad, last time I order kapsalon here for my vegetarian mother.

This is the one place I go for quick cheap food. Even if I'm not even in Zoetermeer and I'm hungry I will go to Karadag (depending on the distance of course). You can get a full meal for €6 euros, whereas Mc Donald's costs 10-12 euros for a menu.

Then you call them to complain and they don't even help you properly!! People don't order here! Unless you need feed for your pigs or other ashtray breeds.

This is the second business that Karadag has opened in Zoetermeer, the first a few years ago (I think 4 years ago or a little longer) in Oosterheem, in the shopping center. This started with a hair salon, Turkish pizza and also Turkish bread, it turned out to be a bull's eye, the hair salon is super tasty and cheap at the same time. They are well filled, always with well-baked fries (and therefore not over-fried every time), neatly arranged per portion, generously supplied with good tender chicken or lamb and lettuce, onion, tomato and cucumber freshly cut daily and finished with excellent garlic sauce and sambal , of course according to the customer's preference, also for the Turkish pizza, and all this for a price that is below the average in Zoetermeer. The business gradually expanded and they started selling more products, all fresh and largely prepared in-house, the aforementioned Turkish bread, but also slices, baguettes, croissants, etc. and snacks such as coffee rolls, and Turkish variants with spinach or lamb actually. too many to mention. You can also call in advance, order and pick up. In short, hard-working, friendly guys who provide service and quality for a very fair price, highly recommended!!
