I order something again, it's just like before, there's always something wrong with the order, I mean, how hard is it to work in a snack bar, if you mess that up, you're really a loser, it's a real shame, I'll never eat there again.

Delivery people are friendly and your food usually arrives without it seeming like it's been on a rollercoaster ride. Surprise effect A 4. Website & accessibility Well... the website sometimes has more quirks than an old French fry cutter. It doesn't work on some channels, it crashes or it just seems to be on holiday. Patience is a virtue, but I just want quick snacks, not a zen course. Uber withdrawal symptoms Since it is no longer possible to order via Uber, we have been sitting quietly with an empty stomach for a while. The Uber offers were often just a little tastier than those of the restaurant itself - and usually identical, which is extra painful. Unfortunately, there is also a limitation on the offers. 5 or 10 cheese sticks is nothing for a group of friends who like a snack. The third time 5 pieces becomes the normal price. We just want 50! Or if there are two offers, a burger and a milkshake, this cannot be ordered together with a discount because only 1 code is possible. If you are driving for those burgers with a discount. then we now leave the shake because the feeling is not right for us. If you are in the store and one orders the burgers with a discount and the other the shakes with a discount, it is the same in the end. The food itself As you would expect from a real Kwalitaria: solid, familiar and exactly what you need when you don't feel like cooking. Not a culinary highlight, but simply delicious. Fries are fries, and that is exactly the intention. Sometimes nice spring or summer deals with surprising combinations Staff Always friendly, helpful and with a smile - even if you accidentally order at 20:59. Give those people a snack bonus. Satisfied but still some room for improvement but that is not aimed at this location but generally for the formula.

Snack bar with the tastiest burgers, excellent fries and snacks. You are almost always helped quickly and friendly, even when it is busy they are working very hard to help you as quickly as possible. The terrace in front makes it more cozy, inside remains a practical snack bar.

Often order lunch here for work. It is always fresh, tasty and on time. Everything is always complete despite large orders. Super friendly staff. Great location, also in Rokkeveen, easy parking and quick pick-up. It is also nice that there is an ordering column where you can easily order. Toppers!

The site is not working. Search function finds nothing. No frikadel yet...Viewing the shopping cart doesn't work either...paying doesn't work either... Of the times I have ordered or picked up here, something almost always went wrong... things like peanut sauce were forgotten. With outings instead of without, etc... The food is also good, but unfortunately only 3 stars. Ordering is now not possible, so I ordered elsewhere.

Just been helped by Vincent, who has a strange way of customer friendliness. Apparently he didn't like my head. Tip...if you take and repeat an order, do so in a professional manner rather than in a cynical tone. And if a customer wishes you good evening, you say the same back. See you tomorrow?! In any case, saying it in such an idiotic tone ensured that you will never see me again.

Chose to pick up 1 fries for diners, 1 of which is vegetarian. If we arrive at 5:45 PM, we are told that we will not receive it until 6 PM because we have chosen the earliest possible time. The gentleman said: you should have chosen 'as soon as possible' instead of 6 p.m., but you do not have that option for collection. Very childish and unfriendly service

I went here, the fries here are perhaps more tasty, if you buy large portions of fries, they give you so little, they are not nice, if you say one thing wrong to them, they immediately sigh and look at you strangely, I wouldn't go here go there, they are not child friendly here

They say they sell the "best burgers in Zoetermeer". It turned out to be the worst burger ever. And that for 13.50, scandalous. I bought a summer burger, but I ended up with a pitiful mess that looked more like a wet, cold autumn day. The photos speak volumes. Sent a complaint by email, but never received a response. No more Kwalitaria for us.

Update July 25, 2024: The food is still good, but something is often forgotten in the order or the wrong thing is delivered. Also received chicken strips again this evening, while fried chicken hot wings were ordered. The wrong chicken was also delivered recently. If you offer multiple types, make sure you supply the correct one. Good food, but the delivery service was not always good. But now no more complaints and have ordered food here many times. Even if you have a complaint, it will be resolved neatly. Very satisfied with this case.

Beautiful place with tasty food. However, the teriyaki beef salad was served without grilled vegetables, spring onions (one found) and fried onions. 2 tiny cubes (< 5 mm) of tomato and a snip of red onion.

Fries were ok cheese soufle sandwich with mayonnaise, there was more sauce than bread and a very weak cheese soufle, a bit of a shame

I was scared shitless. I had to pay 12 euros for 2 regular fries. I had to explain that I thought that was a lot of money. the employee was very surprised and I ended up paying 6.40. When I sent an email about this, she did not understand my surprise. warning. check your account.

Ordered 2 satay menus. + lots of fries and good quality, we even liked it so much that we could have eaten 2 of us from 1 bag, what you see in the photo was only a small part of what is in the bag for 1 person. - we found the meat of the satay quite fatty, otherwise it would have been 5 *****. We also had ice cream and a milkshake. Tasted good, ice cream is really a lot.

Normally we are very satisfied, but now we had dry, not crispy fries (fat no longer clean?) and a blackened satay. It was very busy and there were many people waiting, but that is no excuse for us

Have food delivered, Fries were from yesterday and heated in the microwave or something. Unfortunately it was so GORDY, does anyone believe it? You can come and taste it, everything is in the trash Milkshake extremely sweet, which will break your teeth, thrown away. The shawarma roll just bent, it was so soggy and greasy. I was allowed to scrape the garlic sauce from the inside of the bag for €1.40 (I thought it was the most expensive sauce).... What a bad thing. 2 persons. 30 euros of food thrown away. Go to the mac.

Food is very tasty and the staff is nice, but not all of them

The case does not live up to its name. Very exceptionally, the fries are crispy and well fried, usually too greasy and are not shaken out. It is not possible to stir the satay sauce, it is dry and lumpy. Few vegetarian snacks, except expensive burger. Greeting customers upon arrival is not an option, basic politeness in the catering industry!

Been twice last month. Got top food both times and I regularly compare with the other Cafeteria in Rokkeveen so I have quite spoiled taste buds. I recognize few of the complaints of all previous reviewers. See you tomorrow!

Broodje gezond besteld zonder tomaat en saus. De tomaat was weg gelaten maar de saus was er wel op gedaan…? Daarbij moest ik 0,15 cent statiegeld betalen voor mijn blikje. Alleen staat er op dit blikje nog geen statie geld. Ik kan hem dus niet inleveren. Tja als ze dat bij elke klant doen dan tikt het wel aan.

Goed getraind en vriendelijk personeel. Snelle service de wachttijd mag aangenamer worden gemaakt. Na de verbouwing ziet alles er strak uit.

Het eten is goed. Maar Ik ben hier meerdere keren geweest en het is best raar dat je als klant merkt dat sommige collega nogal toxic naar elkaar gedragen.

Tja, ik probeer altijd objectief te blijven bij het schrijven van reviews maar het is je eigen beleving, het blijft lastig. 2 patatjes besteld en een kroket. Patat is naar mijn mening van slecht kwaliteit. Maar het is ook aangebrand en de meeste stukken waren hard, erg jammer. Ze geven net genoeg patat, alsmede de saus. Ik kan begrijpen dat mensen zeggen dat er gierig wordt gereserveerd. Netjes ingepakt maar geen servetjes. Ik dacht dat kwalitaria staat voor kwaliteit. Maar dit is echt geen kwaliteit. Terwijl het wel een mooie zaak is. Ik hoop dat de eigenaar iets doet met alle reviews want zo te lezen ben ik niet de enige. Ik rij voortaan liever door naar de Bram ladage in de stad.

Aangereden op de stoep door een bezorger vlak bij de Kwalitaria. Vervolgens weigert de eigenaar een schadeformulier hiervoor in te vullen met de schuldig bevonden berijder. We zijn inmiddels 3 dagen verder. Vreselijke instelling. Dan maar weer de politie er bij betrekken

Wat een heerlijke burgers hebben ze toch!! En ik ken ook eigenlijk geen andere snackbar die zo strak georganiseerd is waardoor nauwelijks missertjes en warme snacks te eten. Chapeau

Deze snackbar is zeker de moeite waard. Ik werd snel geholpen eten was goedkoop en heeeeel erg lekker! Kwaletaria is zeker van goede kwaliteit;). Ook het personeel is erg behulpzaam en aardig. Goede ervaring aan over gehouden en ga er zeker vaker eten halen.

4 ipv 5 sterren enkel omdat ik van mening ben dat de gemiddelde prijs van losse snacks en burgers aan de hoge kant zijn, en de porties patat vrij karig. Verder prima eten 🍔🥤 en goede service 👍

Zeer gevarieerd aanbod. Meer dan alleen de standaard snacks dus. Burgers zijn erg goed en veel keuze.

Een uitstekende cafetaria met een ruime keuze aan heerlijke producten en erg aardig personeel.

Vragen en betalen voor een grote! portie, thuiskomen met één portie, is dit de grote? JA... Niet netjes, en het beetje wat erin zat ook niet zoals een patat/friet hoort te zijn. Word ik als klant alsnog benaderd, dan zal dat een verschil maken, voor nu twee magere sterren..

Onprofessioneel personeel (een werknemer veegde zijn handen na het wassen af aan zijn broek), niet gastvrij (vanaf een afstand werd er naar ons (door werknemer Jasper met bril) geroepen dat glutenvrij eten niet kon worden gegarandeerd, terwijl we daarover nog gewoon in gesprek waren met een andere werknemer), ongezellige ambiance, de tafels waren niet schoongemaakt na de vorige klanten, het eten was op zich prima, maar zonder enige inspiratie op het bord gegooid (wordt bij andere Kwalitaria's veel beter gedaan).

Na enige tijd een hapje doen met kleinkinderen bij Kwalitaria. Dezelfde vriendelijke bediening. Producten okee natuurlijk en een klein extraatje voor de kids in hun "dinerbox".

Volgens ons de beste van zoetermeer. Wij komen Vanuit een andere wijk hier onze patat en snacks is halen. Ze zij snel en zorgvuldig. Een beetje humor is er ook .heerlijke friet en veel.keuze aan snacks maar ook menuurtjes. Je kunt hier afhalen , het gelijk opeten of thuis laten bezorgen. Op woensdag familie aan biedingen. Zeker de moeite waard goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding en gratis parkeren.
