Unfortunately it was disappointing, the chickens were a bit dark and everything tasted a bit sour, including the fries. I got the idea that it was due to the frying fat/oil. I was always a Febo fan, but now... it could of course just be a mistake.

Disappointing experience at FEBO Zoetermeer My visit to FEBO Zoetermeer was unfortunately very disappointing. The food was bland and the meat tasted old, as if it had been sitting out too long. When I politely asked for a bit more seasoning on my fries, they simply refused—not exactly customer-friendly. Moreover, the employee walked away several times while I was ordering, which made the whole experience even worse. In short, poor service and bland food. Not worth repeating.

I was back here after a very long time. What a relief with the new owners. Super friendly and service-oriented. What a difference from the old grumpy owner. They'll be seeing me more often.

The old owner is thankfully gone, because he wasn't friendly at all. He didn't say hello, gave me a dull look, and it wasn't a clean place. The new owners are super friendly and customer-friendly! I've picked up my food from here a few times, and it's always hot and delicious! If you're going into town, you can also grab some delicious fries here, and they're open late on weekends too, which is great!

Ordered on August 14th at 9:45 PM, well before ordering was no longer possible. The order was never delivered. I tried calling several times, but the phone number provided was out of service. I couldn't get in touch to find out what happened. Very disappointing and a waste of my time and money.

I tried to order something for myself and my colleagues on Friday afternoon. After calling for five minutes and not being answered, they just walked past. After waiting a while, I was then taken by someone who condescendingly acted as if I were less than the dog shit under his shoes. If you come and want to be treated kindly, I recommend walking 50 meters further and going to "the family."

I stood there for a minute, it didn't help, another word or greeting from the man in charge. He walked back and forth in front of me, not saying a single word. It was my first time here and I immediately knew what type of business this was. I immediately walked away without ordering anything and went straight to Brammetje, what a service, friendliness and respect from the employees there and delicious fries.

The man who works there (nico) is very unprofessional, you are poorly/not even helped, he treats you like a little child and certainly doesn't treat you like a customer! He has ensured that I will never eat here again. Running a catering establishment with 0.0% meaning is of no use. His comments go way out of line, but he doesn't care about any of that. Eating here is NOT recommended unless you want your day ruined in 5 seconds :).

Rude employee who makes unnecessary comments when you place your order. You are not greeted and are snubbed. This man is so rude that when you're really craving food, you don't go because he can ruin your day so much! If you don't feel like doing your job, find something else.

Order was not recorded correctly, I got something wrong that I ordered. Namely: > I had 1 loose frikandel and 1 frikandel mayo/peanut sandwich. Instead of 1 frikandel I got special, the second one is missing. > no longer reachable by phone before 8:30 am, while you are open until 8 am.

Wow I don't often write a review, but I just had the worst experience ever. And even though I haven't been here before. There have been previous reviews about what a rude jerk this man is. Don't even greet you when you come in. Then I ask for a burger, but with a different sauce. I get the disparaging and disparaging comment that 'I could have ordered something else, heh', especially with the look added. I apologize that I don't know the sauces there, but he looks at me as if I were a toddler. When I ask him why he treats me like that, I'm the one who acts weird. Wow wow wow, I hope this man will think about what catering is (such as service and customer friendliness) and how to deal with customers (but people in general?!?!).

Just like a Febo snack bar should be. A bit chilly in the fluorescent light and sleekly decorated in the house colors. But spotlessly clean. Very nice staff who fry the food, as they have been doing for years. Great place to satisfy your hunger. Although prices have risen considerably in a short time.

We went to order and every time the gentleman turned around and so we waited until he was back at the cash register then we continued ordering. Sir says: Yes, if you hurry up with your order! It takes you so long! This is how it will last 3 years!!! EXCUSE ME! How terribly rude! Fries were still greasy and not complete so my son had to wait another 3 YEARS (as he puts it himself) for his fries!! It's a shame I have to give it 1 star, I would have preferred to give it -10 stars!! NEVER BACK AGAIN!!!!

It's a shame you can't give -5 stars. The gentleman who works there is just plain rude. We placed an order and the gentleman continued with his work in between and we were polite enough to wait for this gentleman so that he could complete an order, then this gentleman said you have to hurry with your order otherwise it will take another 3 years. We'll be going back to this *$* place in less than 6 years.

Chicken croquette chains are going fast here. Always on, but stocking up enough seems like rocket science. The employees are allowed to wear a mask so that they can hide their grumpy faces and a customer service course should not be missed.

Very unfriendly owner. Very grumpy and doesn't let you talk about your order. In the end we canceled the order and went to Family for dinner around the corner. Updated 11/14/2021 @Febo delivery person on a bicycle: there are no cycle paths in the city center shopping area. Please cycle quietly and not, like yesterday, at crazy high speeds so that walkers have to jump out of their way. 2 years ago: I have never made such a fast delivery. After ordering, the delivery person was at the door within 10 minutes. And food tastes great!

Owner is a peculiar guy. Always tries to interrupt you on purpose when you're talking. Taking out your personal misery on your own customers is quite striking. I have now switched to the Family, which is right next to it, just as tasty and with good staff.

Good food. FEBO is always great, but the owner is incredibly grumpy and unfriendly. It seems like he doesn't want any customers at all. 5 stars for the food. 0 stars for customer service. 2 stars total.

The shawarma burger really has the best sauce. Add a slice of cheese and it really is one of the tastiest burgers. Unfortunately, like all Febos, the fries are a bit limp. For example, KFC decided to serve similar fries sometime last year and they quickly changed their mind. For me, fries should be crispy on the outside and that's where Febo really misses the mark. I know that this is decided by the franchise, which is why I still give this store 5 stars, but I really hope that they realize that they can improve a lot in terms of fries!

Order placed via Ubereats. Called the branch for the status of the delivery, received a short and blunt answer that they no longer do business with Ubereats. When asked why it is possible to place an order, I am referred to Uber, the gentleman is not concerned with it. Even though I ordered via Ubereats and this is also visible on Google. Incredible words from an owner who believes he wants to maintain his reputation.

Spending too much money compared to other snack bars. Tried the veggie burger this time, it almost felt like pudding in the mouth, little bite in an unpleasant environment without music. While the Vitaaltje (the vegetarian croquette from Febo) remains our favourite! But unfortunately it was sold out. Employees were friendly.

Order a frikandel mayo sandwich and a frikandel special. When I get home I have a croquette sandwich and a frikandel mayo. Called but they couldn't do anything for me. Maybe with my next order they said... So that's of no use to me now!
