Snackbar Vijverhoek in Centrum

After work, I always come to this snack bar for a meal. They have delicious snacks and a wide selection.

We used to order here regularly and were very satisfied for years, but recently the quality has declined dramatically. Two weeks ago, we received an order that gave me a stomach bug. We hoped it was a one-time deal, but now we've ordered again and again, we had to throw almost everything away. The snacks are limp; grease just drips off the moment you take a bite. Your hands are covered in grease, and you only taste the grease instead of the snack itself. It's a shame, because we always loved coming here. We reported this personally, but when we tried to contact them, we were told in broken Dutch that "it's being passed on to colleagues." No apology, no compensation, nothing at all, even though we've ordered from here so often. Unfortunately, this was the last time for us.

As always, the food here is delicious! Everything is nice and hot, the fries are nice and crispy, and the snacks are delicious. The people who work there are also super friendly and relaxed; always helpful and quick. Simply a great snack bar that you'll want to come back to.

I ordered a pizza, which was limp, greasy, and tasteless, like I was bloating on a dishcloth. I threw half of it away. The bitterballen (meatballs) were also terrible, very greasy and lacking in flavor. For me, it was a second-rate meal.

I often order from Vijverhoek, but for months now I haven't liked it as much as we live just 10 minutes around the corner. They took 20 minutes to make it, and it was tough!

The food was very cold, I didn’t get offered a bag, they advertise the cheese chicken corn as €2,75 but in reality it was €2,85. The boba tea large was just as big as the medium and the ice cream was smaller than the cone when I ordered a large ice cream. I do not recommend.

The staff are always very friendly and patient. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. There's a huge selection on the menu, from all kinds of snacks and fries to döner and kapsalons, pizzas and Turkish pizzas, ice cream, and bubble tea. No matter what you order, it's always delicious.

We order here every now and then...it's never really a party, but this time it was a complete disaster. We ordered 4 croquette sandwiches, which cost an extra 70 cents per sandwich, but we received 4 individual croquettes. They weren't in a container, but were thrown loose in a bag, so two of the croquettes were broken and everything was squashed. Oh yeah...they were cold too. No mustard, and I won't even mention the rest of the order. This was the first time we'd just thrown a 33-euro order in the trash; it just wasn't good. We called anyway, and immediately said I didn't want any new food, but that I wanted to file a complaint. The girl said, "Well, our apologies, bye, ma'am," and that was it. I don't expect much from a snack bar, really, but come on, guys...how hard can it be? This was the last time.

Very limp fries, never had such bad fries. Ate 2 bites and threw them away. A satay croquette was packed with the bamischijf and because of that the satay croquette was in pieces. The filling also ended up on the bamischijf. Everything just threw away. Worthless place

I have been ordering fries and snacks at Vijverhoek for a few years now. But the quality has been getting worse the last few times. Tonight was the last straw for me. Spring roll special with a slice of ham and fried egg on top and the spring roll was dripping with frying oil. Even the beef croquettes were soft and limp. Raspatat was dark and not crispy and I won't even mention the fries with pulled chicken. For me it was really the last time to order or eat there. I threw away more than half of it. Too bad for such a place that was always good.

Too bad fries are always soggy. For the umpteenth time today. I live around the corner, so fries are very short "on the road" Too bad, but I'm done with it now.

I live right around the corner, but my fries were already cold, adding the sauce was too much to ask, they came almost an hour later to deliver it. The entire bag of food was covered in milkshake, the delivery guy throws milkshakes everywhere in front of my door and even gives a big mouth when he is spoken to about it. What a bunch of balls, I advise everyone to order somewhere else!

Super nice people who work here. really tasty fries, healthy sandwiches, pizza and much more. Normal prices and also important; good clean! I especially recommend the healthy sandwich!

Order placed took 2 hours for delivery, fries were limp and cheeseburger without sauce... Paid 10ct for a 'plastic bag' while it is simply made of cardboard... better choose another snack bar or turn on the airfyer yourself!

I've had several chain food here now. There is nothing to complain about the food. But the older lady against the young girl (her daughter?) Could really be a little more friendly. She really can't do anything right. She gets comments on everything. Not only did I notice it, but also other customers who were waiting. The girl continues to act friendly and smile. Really very nice. I had been looking for another job for a long time. For me this could be a reason not to come here anymore.

Order and pick up here often, I've never had any problems with the food or the staff here! Even when they are busy they are still quite quick.

Prices have become too high! Act normally, a can of coke for 1.50 euros, while the other store costs just 55 cents for the same brand. In these times very inappropriate to increase prices!

Always good food at Vijverhoek. It's just a shame that they don't look at your comment when it comes to home delivery. After waiting 40 minutes, the food arrives, including what I did NOT want on my food. Despite this, I do receive a new order, but this means another 30-minute wait... hence the 3 stars.

Waited almost 1.5 hours for delivery, then they say: it's busy. I understand very well that it is busy, but they should have known that and could have partly responded to it. It is delivered 25 minutes after confirming the order and it is partly cold, the fries are limp and don't taste like anything, the satay sauce tastes burnt and the staff have a big mouth for nothing... I won't order from there again!

The food is always top notch, good in taste, always enough, good temperature. We often have food delivered by several companies, but in terms of speed, the Vijverhoek is head and shoulders above the rest. They have done well and listen to their customers.

Ordered on a Wednesday at 5:40 PM. For starters, the food didn't arrive until 7:25 PM. When it finally arrived it was ice cold, limp, poorly packaged, everything was everywhere. And overall the food was very dirty. I ordered here +- 15 times and was satisfied at the beginning. Only the last 5 orders all went this way. Basically I wasn't going to call for dinner after this but then I found out that the milkshakes were completely melted and completely watery. When I was on the phone with the restaurant, I was first told that they could only bring the food back, but then all the food had to be returned. After I explained that I didn't want to make a call and that's why I ate it, it turned out that the entire order was a mess and was dirty. So I called anyway, the only thing that could be done was that the milkshakes that had not yet been touched were returned and new ones were brought. The restaurant also used the excuse that it is extremely busy and they have received far too many orders for 4 months now (If this has been going on for 4 months, you would think that they would do something about this now that business is good to go) A downright unpleasant experience for the umpteenth time, so I will never order from here again.

Bad service, had to wait 1 hour and 55 minutes for delivery! Called twice, the food still had to be made and would be there in 20 minutes, but ended up having to wait another 40 minutes. When asked about any form of compensation, after a 3-second consultation with the manager, this was not possible according to the employee because they cannot do anything about it being busy. Yet they are responsible for the delivery time and then waiting almost 2 hours is way too long. Snacks were tasty, fries look like rubber.

Poor service and takes a terribly long time to deliver. The delivery is not optimal.

Ordered via Uber Eats, 1st time was great and they arrived faster than expected. The second time I ordered they canceled it without contacting me... I called the snack bar and they indicated that at least €10 had to be spent... in the end this worked out fine. Now ordered for a 3rd time, immediately above €10... they cancel without letting me know (über is also wrong here) and when I call them they refuse to cancel the payment and I am half scolded and the lady hangs up on the phone angry at.

Ordered here today, the only thing edible were the bitterballen. Ras fries literally taste like plastic, normal fries were extremely dry, bami disk was literally inedible, the burger and the rest were tasteless. We will never order from here again

Customer service is hard to find! After waiting an hour I call them to find out where my order is. I was told yes, your order still needs to be made. we're going to start it now. SCANDALOUS!! I will never order here again! The food is also inedible. Old and dried out. And way too expensive. The only positive thing is that the delivery person was friendly.

My food is always warm. My standard menu that I order, portion of satay, 2 cheese soufles, vanilla milkshake. Is always fresh and delicious! Their milkshake is too delicious for words. And no long waiting times.

They have the best milkshake there is here! I don't like milkshakes at all, but you can wake me up at night for this one. The fries and other snacks are also of good quality. Good services!

Ordered via home delivery. I receive wrong order. Wanted me to pay for that pizza and chili sauce. Well, I didn't think so. Only ordered large fries with peanut. 3 garlic sauce. 4 pita cheese Didn't find her customer friendly. What can I do if home delivery makes a mistake? I don't think this is possible

Very small portions for higher prices compared to literally every other snack bar in Zoetermeer. The fat regularly drips off the bag in streams. I don't recommend anyone ordering here.
