Letting a few students run the place who have no passion and don't understand customer loyalty at all. You don't feel welcome at all, not to mention the fact that they call you "bro." I understand why it's so quiet at 6 p.m. There are better places in Zoetermeer, unfortunately.

It's a shame the new generation is ruining this old, familiar Ivo Snacks. Years ago, you could always count on a friendly, long-standing employee, but now you have to deal with students selling you fries that aren't even cooked.

Then you come to order food, half an hour before closing time, and the display case is already empty, so you have to guess because the screens are broken too. They pay more attention to all the friends who drop in half an hour later. What a crappy place. That you still buy here, it used to be good.

Fries and a frikandel special. The frikandel special didn't have any sauce on it. There was smoking in front of the door, so I had to wade through the smoke to get inside. While ordering over the phone with my mother, who wanted to tell me what she wanted, a young employee told me she "wasn't going to take my order while I was on the phone." While I was still trying to ask my mother what she wanted. The fries were fine, and the frikandel too, but how do you forget the sauce on a frikandel special?

Very poor service, not concerned with customers and delivers raw food

It's a snack bar, so what do you expect? Usually, the order is complete, and you can't really mess up a frikandel or cheese soufflé with fries.

Fries over-salted. Croquettes undercooked. Not enough sauce. Staff divided tasks and therefore did things twice. One employee had to smoke in between.

Great restaurant. The unsalted fries fit perfectly with the incredibly bland corporate identity, which was actually more flavorful than the "friet oorlog" (fried war). So, either the graphic designer ate something first and then designed the corporate identity, then they truly understood their craft. If they didn't eat before designing the corporate identity, I suspect this person still did so later, I hope, to treat themselves. Improved version: What a great restaurant! I had a very pleasant experience at Ivo Snacks. Miranda in particular is the one who creates the atmosphere there. I often drop by during my work break to get a nice French fries. The food is often good, but sometimes when certain employees are not present, the service and food are much less. But really dissatisfied, no, certainly not. I like coming there and will continue to do so for the time being. PS: the Kiwi Milkshake is highly recommended. Delicious.

Came to get soft ice cream for the dog and immediately got a raw frikandel. He loved it!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at IVO snacks. When I put a two euro coin with my child in the toy car in front of the store, it turned out that it did not work because the plug had been pulled out by one of the employees. To make matters worse, I didn't get my money back either. When I reported the situation to the employee, her attitude was anything but helpful. She was rude, refused to cooperate and stated that the store was not responsible and that I would not get a refund. The lack of a warning sign that the device was out of order made the situation even more frustrating. I would have expected a store of this caliber to treat their customers and the equipment on their premises better. The lack of communication and the unfriendly attitude of the employee left a particularly negative impression. I hope the store handles these types of situations better in the future by ensuring their employees are more customer friendly and by posting clear warnings about non-functioning devices. Until then I won't be coming back here anytime soon.

I used to come here often when Ivo still worked here. Since he started doing his own thing, this company has deteriorated so much. I didn't try to get anything recently, fries with a bami disc. I couldn't believe that the bami disk was cold in the middle and the fries were hard and lukewarm. I also ordered a milkshake and it was tasty, but you can't screw that up, that's what a machine does. never coming back here and i miss the previous owners

Only if Miranda is there then things go well. If it doesn't say... Then there are a bunch of teenagers who have no respect. My wife and I don't come here anymore. The food was also mediocre.

After a very long time, I tried fries from Ivo again. The frikandel special was without mayonnaise, the mayonnaise for the fries was not included. Skewers with atjar? This had started to leak over the bag of fries. All in all I have come to the conclusion that I will not buy anything here anymore. Last time the croquettes were spoiled and I called and they were not resolved satisfactorily. It is time for supervision of the youth who work there.

Rude people who could learn some manners, certainly not hospitable and certainly not reliable during opening hours. In short, definitely not recommended.

I hesitated because of the many negative reviews, but ultimately ordered it anyway. There were two employees but it was also quiet. Friendly older lady, good and hot meals with the same quality as “Kwalitaria”. In short, maybe I was lucky, but it was worth repeating.

Arrogant lady at the cash register, not customer friendly at all. Didn't use gloves even though she was previously handling cash in the cash register. That's not very hygienic, at least wash your hands before touching the food.

The concept of 'family bag' is unknown. After a long discussion, they put fries in a bag, and then charged 5 whole fries without at 3.30, so that was 16.50 per bag. The prices were not clear in advance, and with the friendliness I have the feeling that the displays were deliberately turned off. Imagine your customers get scared and run away... The fries are reasonable, but the prices and especially the customer friendliness are bad enough to avoid this place. Too bad Zoetermeer doesn't have much choice.

What a total disaster. Ordered some fries en they tasted pretty bad. Also the attitude of some of the younger staff is poor. Next time i go to some other fastfood place in the mall

The fries are just as bad as the attitude of the owner/employees. Always discussing with customers, audibly complaining about customers and talking to people in an anti-social manner. The fries are either too raw or too soft, it's never good actually. Snacks don't taste good, as if they are too old and overcooked. There is only 1 snack bar in Oosterheem, hopefully it will stop operating soon or a new one will open. We now like to drive to Kwalitaria in Rokkeveen, they know how to do it!

I wanted to order a vanilla milkshake with our fries. Had to repeat no less than 5 times that I wanted vanilla because they didn't know while the receipt was in front of them... when the fries were ready, they still forgot my milkshake and turned off the machine... what a drama... then waited 5 minutes for a milkshake while our food got cold... we won't come here anymore.

I would rather drive a few kilometers to a snack bar with normal staff who are willing to help you and who will speak to you politely

What can be messed up is your own attitude towards customers. It was noticeable that she wasn't having her best day today (perhaps she never has, but my visit was just a snapshot) or she didn't like my head, that's also possible. Go do something else if you don't like making fries. In addition, I thought the amount I had to pay was very high: € 12.40 for 3 fries without (€ 3.10 per person), small container of peanut sauce (€ 3.00) and a plastic bag (€ 0.10). , because nowadays you have to pay for that. #plasticsoup "Would you like a bag for your bag of fries and a container of peanut sauce, sir? No, I'll take it with me" was a small effort. I know that the potato and energy price rose considerably during corona, but I think it has also fallen quite a bit. Next time, just buy a kilo of Aviko fries for € 2.27 and turn on the deep fryer yourself for well-done fries. I will pass by Ivo and his family from now on.

The food is generally OK. The last few times there was something missing with every order for 4/5 people. The staff does not give the impression that they are happy to help you. Tried again yesterday. Employees are snubbed by the manager. When we got home, the fries were not yet done. We had to bake these in the air fryer. This is really not possible... Such a big difference from the previous owner.

Was er alleen voor de patat. Het is jammer dat de schermen niet aanstaan zodat je de prijzen vooraf kan zien.

Goed geholpen, zeer vriendelijke bediening en prima snack.

Prima snackbar, de koffie is minder, maar je kan ook niet in alles de beste zijn.

Voor lekker snacken dan moet je bij Ivo zijn.

Ras patat is smakeloos. Hamburger speciaal is bereid met smakeloze rauwe stukjes sla en met paar plakjes en stukjes tomaat waar de drap en pitjes nog inzitten. Het broodje is een kleffe hap deeg. Verder weinig of geen fantasie. Zo'n broodje hamburger kan veel beter en lekkerder worden bereid. Maar daarvoor moet je bij een goede broodjeszaak zijn.

Echt een lekkere Hollandse snackbar. Met uitmuntend lekkere snacks. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Je kan er lekker binnen of buiten zitten en er is voor 0,50 cent een WC beschikbaar.

Vandaag, 16 dec 2020, 2 kroketten gekocht. 1 gewone en 1 groente. Moest € 4,25 betalen. Niet goedkoop. Kroketten waren een beetje vettig en niet warm. Eigenlijk zonde van het geld. Onderstaande schreef ik 9 maanden geleden. Patat was goed. Flinke bak. Kroket ook lekker en goed warm. Toch geen 5 sterren. Bij in de zaak opeten dan alles serveren op borden. Dan ga je richting 5 sterren

Goede zaak ziet er schoon uit vriendelijke bediening echt een aanrader

Raspatat pinda zonder pindasaus en de normale patat niet lang genoeg gefrituurd.

Blijft een beetje behelpen met 1 snackbar in Oosterheem. De kwaliteit is niet zo goed en service kan een stuk vriendelijker.

Lekkere snacks. Vooral een ras patat met pinda of mayo. Heerlijk kipstukjes erbij met een slush

Prima snackbar hoor! Goed eten en vriendelijk personeel. Het enige wat ik al jaren erg vervelend is dat als het druk is je constant om je heen moet kijken wanneer je aan de beurt bent. Een nummerautomaat zou dan fijn zijn dan, maar dat vindt Ivo niet gezellig. Pfff, ik kom voor de gezelligheid naar de snackbar zeker!? De hele tijd om je heen loeren, da's gezellig!
