Bram Ladage Hof van Spaland in Wijk 07 Groenoord en Kethel

Good service, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. 💖

Always nice to have a Brammetje! And nice people behind the counter!!

Wonderful and cozy for 25 years

I have often picked something up here and had it delivered home multiple times. Almost always the same top quality, some of the tastiest fries in the Netherlands. Even if it is a bit less than perfect once in a while, it still surpasses the average snack bar in terms of quality.

Fantastic fries and good service. There are a few places to sit, which is very nice.

Today I picked up fries from Bram Ladage Spaland. Upon arriving home, I discovered that almost half of the fries looked like this, with blue/grey discoloration on the inside. I really don't think this is normal, especially for food you give to your child. See photo.

In early August, I had a delivery from this Bram, and that is not something I would repeat—neither for delivery nor for pickup. The portions of fries from the two "medium Brams" differed quite a bit, and the smallest portion didn't exceed the number of fingers I possess. Moreover, the fries weren't deep-fried but soaked in lukewarm oil or something similar for an hour. Soggy and inedible; in short: wasted money. And on top of that, the delivery guy showed up at the door on the wrong street—unbelievable! From now on, I'm going to a regular snack bar. I am curious, though, if Bram will actually post this review, because the previous one was quickly thrown in the trash in Spaland.

The tastiest fries in the Netherlands and great service.

Surely a small portion of fries is normally more than 10 fries? Just got the order in, exactly 10 fries! Normally that's already very little compared to other Bram loads, but this takes the cake. Truly ridiculous.

I have been here a lot. And I’ve always had delicious fries, that’s why I give 4 stars. But last time I didn't like them as much. This time I had fries with the skin still on, and I didn't like that. I’ve never had them with the skin on before. So next time I go, I have to ask for them without the skin. But as for the rest... I don't know about the food; we always just order fries. Oh yeah, the price! Well, I actually find it quite pricey; 2 portions of fries with mayonnaise cost 9 euros.

I was recently a guest of the fantastic people at Bram Ladage in the Hof van Spaland, and was completely spoiled by the service and the delicious food!

At Bram Ladage, you don't just come for the fries, but also for the staff. Always friendly and up for a chat, with a smile that is just as warm as the fresh fries. 🍟

Delicious fries with extra salt

Great place to eat. The fries are delicious. The team is efficient. Just be careful with the birds. They might steal your food. Haha. The birds are cheeky.

November 10, 2025 A lovely establishment in what could be considered a covered market in the Vlaardingen district. The staff is friendly. The service is fast. The food is delicious. The cheese croquettes are fantastic. If you're from Turkey, no matter where you eat fries in Europe, they'll give you a 100% share of McDonald's, which they say is the best in our country.

Delicious food! Whether you simply want fries and a snack, fries with stew, a wrap, or a vegetarian snack, there's something for everyone. Ready quickly, always freshly made, and therefore always hot. The service is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

For delicious fries you simply have to go to Bram Ladage.

Delicious food, good quality products and super friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Delicipus friend and the snacks/hamburgers are also pretty good.

Great help from Marianka, nice owner!

Delicious fries. Exactly what you came for.

I always enjoy visiting these locations. The staff always takes the time to help me.

The staff is always friendly and it's a joy to wait there for your fries 😍

Always tasty, friendly staff, neat and clean!

Joanna is a great person. She helped me so much.

Best Bram in the Netherlands. The tastiest fries I've had in a long time.

Always treated politely and well with good services.

Nice, spontaneous people work there... good food... always friendly

Always delicious fries and super friendly staff 😌 Highly recommended!

Always delicious food at Bram Ladage in Spaland! The fries are fresh, well-fried, and the portions are generous.

They have delicious fries, snacks, milkshakes, and ice cream. And most importantly, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. You really get your money's worth here.

Very friendly staff...we forgot something and the lady in charge was able to add it, it was delicious!

The food is truly the best I have ever had

I love the fries, they are nice and salty, highly recommended, and they are nice and cheap and everything is halal!

It's super cozy there and the food is super delicious

Nice environment and nature, tasty fries.

Fast and friendly service. When the weather is nice, it's wonderful to enjoy a bramble at a table there.

It's really nice and tasty food there

Very nice and helpful staff, food was good too

Best fries in town and great staff!

I had dinner at this Bram with my friends one afternoon and can't think of anything wrong with it. Good food, friendly staff, and excellent service.

Very cozy atmosphere and delicious food. 10/10 place. I'll be back often!

Fresh and crispy fries! Delicious again!

What a wonderful shop! Wonderful people who truly make a difference. A warm welcome, cheerful staff, fast delivery, and everyone is super friendly. They also now have a fantastic ordering screen, allowing you to quickly place your order without a long wait. Thanks for the great service!

Very nice staff at the counter and the food was made quickly and tasty, I will definitely come here more often.

So delicious...the BIG cone of fries with peanut sauce 🤪👏🏻🤩

Incredibly helpful and the food was delicious. Thank you!

I recently came to get food from you with a friend of mine and we were very rudely snapped at by a younger blonde lady with drawn-on eyebrows

I had my first bad experience at this Bram Ladage last week when a somewhat younger, blonde-haired woman with drawn-on eyebrows rushed my order, even though I always like to think twice. She snapped, "You can hurry up, right?" It's not that hard, right? Even a slob can order fries. Personally, I'm not impressed and will never return. Aside from this experience, the service has always been good.

Dear Bram Ladage, I recently visited one of your locations. I'm from Drenthe and had heard many positive things about Bram Ladage, so I was very curious. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations at all. During my visit, I was not addressed politely by a young woman behind the counter. I don't know if she's new, but the way I was helped felt unfriendly and unhelpful. I find that a real shame, because hospitality and service are key components of a good experience. Fortunately, the food itself was good, and I have nothing but praise for that. However, the poor service is what I remember most, and that really detracts from the overall experience. I hope you will address this so that future customers receive the service that aligns with Bram Ladage's good reputation. Sincerely, Daan ter Veen

Our order is incomplete again. This time, two fries were forgotten. We initially thought one was missing, but it turned out to be two. This meant we had to eat three times, and the fun of dinner was gone. This is the second time in a short time that something has been forgotten. They asked me over the phone if I wanted it now or another time, but that felt sloppy. For these high prices, you should be more competitive. No more Bram for us.

On a sunny day, we enjoyed the most delicious Bram. We also received incredibly kind help from Marianka.

The lady’s are very kind and helpfull. 👍👍👍👍

Always receive friendly and enthusiastic help.

Very good delivery service and not to forget more than good fries and snacks.

Great experience and super tasty

As a Vlaardingen native, go to Schiedam... For Bram Ladage Hof van Spaland, you do!

Been coming here for years, amazing!!!!!!

Delicious fries and great service! Had an amazing experience at Bram Ladage! No waiting time, super friendly staff, and the fries were absolutely delicious, crispy and fresh. Enjoyed sitting outside in the open air, which made it even better. Definitely a must-try if you love good fries!

Super friendly and helpful staff and delicious fries.

The fries were fine. I ordered a large Bram with mayo, which I had to wait 20 minutes for. All you have to do is shove fries in a bag and drizzle some mayo on top. There are 10 people behind that counter working incredibly inefficiently. I spent those 20 minutes really taking it all in. Anyway. Luckily the weather was nice.

I love your chicken burger. Even better than KFC's. You do need wasp control, though. The poor employees were constantly being attacked by wasps.

about what you's expect, but I do like the multifunctional tables.

Today I ordered €80 from Bram Ladage, I am very sorry but it was inedible, the quality has deteriorated considerably and it was also the last time for us that we will order something from Bram

Always friendly staff with a smile and the croquette sandwich is always fresh!

Fries are so expensive they are almost worth gold! Taste is fine, but mayo is a thing of the past (not tasty anymore), ketchup is the new king!

The food here is simply top quality: the fresh fries are crispy and cooked just right, and the snacks are delicious and perfectly warm. You can really taste the passion and attention they put into their dishes. What makes this place extra special, however, is the friendly and helpful staff. They are always ready with a smile, think along with you and make sure you feel welcome. That makes a visit to Bram Ladage Hof van Spaland a party every time. A real recommendation for anyone who is looking for good food and great service!

It is not a place where I would sit and eat. But if you want to have snacks (French fries, kroket, bamischijf, frikandel etc.) for dinner or otherwise - this is certainly a very good option! The Brammetje Parmezaan is a very nice recent addition to their menu!

Changing something that was always good... get rid of your peel!

My first time at Bram Ladage square was a great success. Friendly help and delicious food, see you soon again!

Have a nice birthday little one!

I always liked the food so much. I don't know why you changed it. This is really a shame. Potatoes are always unpeeled, so they no longer taste as good. Price also makes no sense at all. Staff was always very friendly (and still is)

I have been coming to this Bram Ladage for a number of years and the staff is super friendly and helpful. At the same time, I notice that the prices are irrelevant and neither is the quantity. Just bought a chicken corn sandwich with peanut sauce, photo attached. This cost me €5.65. Almost €6 for a sandwich with a snack, while it is not even of super quality compared to another snack bar. Of course I understand that prices are rising and everything is becoming more expensive, but this really surprised me. I also get a sandwich with a drop of peanut sauce (bwvs) while you pay €1.30 for a little sauce. I used to love coming to this location, especially during my breaks, but with these prices this was the last time for me. Ladies and gentlemen of Bram Ladage SDM, you are top performers yourself, but the price/quality lags behind a bit! Shame!

Ordered delicious fries with peanut sauce. Delicious . That's what you go for.

Busy Line But For FREE FRIES EVERYTHING

Really super tasty and very nice people!

Always tasty and a free blackberry, what a great promotion Me at the court of spaland

Nice and free and busy, nice promotion

The fries taste good, but there is very little fries in a portion. The rest of the chicken tenders were very tasty. That's why I give you 4 stars.

Dear crew members of the Bram Ladage

They were actually already closed, but they still wanted to make something warm for us as ambulance workers, super cool!!!!

Bram always has good fries. Nowadays there are also devices that you can order from.

The products are always good, the staff are very friendly and it is almost always busy, which is a good sign. I recommend it. Whenever I am back in Holland I will go there again.

Bram's fries were always super tasty. Unfortunately, for a few weeks now they have only had fries made from unpeeled potatoes. As a result, the taste has gone from completely great to completely bad. It's a shame they did this.

Nice people, order was 5 minutes late and was offered dessert with apologies.

Mrs. Marianka, helped us very well. Very customer friendly and always a smiling face.

Always a delicious Brammetje. It is useful when it is busy, such as on King's Day, that they have an ordering machine.

The food is good and so is the rest

Bram, everything was great, you are the best with your fries. It was raining and there was a bit of wind, but I thought the atmosphere was my typical Rotterdam cone of fries with that delicious mayo of yours.

Here is my honest opinion about this Bram Ladage. It is a top snack bar because I am always helped with a smile and the staff always starts a chat, which makes it very pleasant. I also order here sometimes and the food is nice and hot and fresh and the delivery person always delivers with a smile.

Geweldige bezorger die gezellige lange bezorger hij is altijd vrolijk hij staat altijd vrolijk voor de deur en is altijd beleefd en dat geld ook vooral voor de bezorger met korte mouwen en de ringen aan zijn linker hand

Super friendly service and delicious fries!

Order incorrect, don't listen, but if you order, please be friendly. The food tasted very bland, little flavor. The atmosphere was not very pleasant, a terrace without atmosphere. Ordered a frikadel sandwich without mayonnaise and got one with mayonnaise.

You can buy the tastiest fries at Bram, whether in Zoetermeer, Bleiswijk or Schiedam....always delicious

Nice people at this Bram. Very busy, but definitely up for a chat. As always, the food was delicious and hot. Ordering via screen works well.

Very nice, attentive and pleasant team. Food was delicious with top service. Because I was eating my burger, one of the employees held my fries🥺, you can't get nicer than this. 🐄❤️ 🌳

We placed a large order today and with the help of the handy order screen we were able to place our order without any hassle. This time we did not have it delivered but picked it up ourselves. Despite the crowds, the employees remain very service-oriented and we received our order quickly. We had a delicious meal at home and will eat at this cozy place again next time we are in Schiedam ;-)

Service top, and delicious fries and snacks!

Super nice store, always cheerful people and delicious fries 👌 Love coming here 🧡

Top zaak. En lekkere patat. En leuke mensen daar en top sfeer
