Snack bar Jazz is always the tastiest. Fries are nice and crispy. Layers of flavors and crunchy and delicious. Vanilla Milkshake. I have tasted all kinds and the Chicken Satay Menu is of course also tasty. And hot chicken fries of course and Chicken snitzel and that half chicken of course with fries.

Owner always answers the phone. Very poor Dutch skills. Also not friendly on the phone at all. Often went wrong with orders. Always have to call again to let them know that I want onions with my fries special or fries war. They often forget this. Also often receive wrong orders. When I call that my order is incorrect, the gentleman tells me that I am being difficult and that I don't have to order from them anymore. Very unfortunate, I used to be a loyal customer here. From now on I will just go back to M.C. Lin order. Their business is cleaner, they are friendlier and at least with them the customer is king!

WHAT A BAD DIRTY THING!! inside it is old and dirty, not hygienic at all. But then you order something and 2 banana milkshakes with it. They were not super sweet to drink, but really bad, contacted by telephone and was told that it was probably due to the machine, okay that is of course possible. It is indicated that we can call tomorrow and they will bring new ones, which is super neat, right? So then you call when they are open at 3:40 PM, hello, I would like 2 milkshakes, okay, the lady is coming. 5:00 PM no milkshakes yet, so call and ask how we have to wait so long? Yes, you cannot open the door, I indicate that we have not received a notification because we have a video doorbell and it records everything. Oh ma'am, you live at... no sir, that is not correct, that is not my address because I live here... then the gentleman acts as if he suddenly no longer hears you, after which I indicate that he can hear me and suddenly that is correct and he hears me anyway. they are coming and then half an hour later nothing. They finally arrived at 5:40 PM and I had only ordered 2 milkshakes at 3:40 PM. The delivery person has the milkshakes that are more than an hour old and I indicate that this is super watery, so the boy tells me to call the store. and order 2 new ones again. So I contacted you like that and then you hear yes, you are being difficult, you are complaining about making everything difficult, etc. I say sorry!!? This isn't our fault? Yes, you should no longer order here and they will hang up. Well, really the worst thing ever! They are nice as long as everything is good, but don't point out that something is wrong, because then you will not be understood and you will complain.

Ordered for the first time today. The food was delicious. Unfortunately they forgot our milkshake. The delivery person went back to get the shakes. Once back; I open the bag. And yes; everything was completely covered. 1 of the milkshakes was half full; so it fell out there. It was in the bag. I was able to immediately clean everything that stole my milkshake. Next time I better get banana milk 😅. We will definitely order from here again, but I hope things will improve with the milkshakes. Robin Brand Nieuwlandplein

Jazz was always a good store, but unfortunately it is now in serious decline. It is not bad.

Since you can get RAS fries there, also called super fries, it quickly becomes good. The place has been the same for 20 years, so it's dated and dusty. Owners come and go, but RAS fries remain:-)

This is the only snack bar that does not serve drinks with a menu, so don't order there anymore, even though you pay the full amount for a menu, which is very stingy.

They had large crispy portions of fries, not the wet ones from the mac. I also think they remain friendly even though they are under pressure on a busy Sunday. Even on time

I was planning to get food from this place. I stood outside for half an hour waiting for my turn at a distance of one and a half meters due to Corona policy regulations. I saw everyone walking in and out, no one adhered to the regulations and just took their order. When I said it was my turn she completely ignored me. I called this business and their response was... These are regular customers and they come first. They walk in and out. I said I'll never get anything from here again. Disrespectful.!

I ordered a variety of fries, frikandel and cheese sofle, but I can't eat those variety fries, they tasted so bad, they tasted mediocre.. they cost 3.60, it's a real waste of money, it's my food money that they have to earn on, well, never, never again will I order from them.

Ordered food via the home delivery app. Delivery time was over an hour. Food was cold, fries were tough and the cheese croquette was like cardboard. Last time we order something here.
