Not even worth a star!!! The people who work there are full of themselves and think they're total shit hahahaha, they are pathetic figures Stand waiting for half an hour for your turn. Your order can be taken even though it says there isn't even anyone there, and when you ask if you can be served they refuse to take your order and give you a hard time, and when you don't accept that it's just like dealing with a kindergarten class with the names they want to give you. Really deeply sad, ugh ugh

That man behind the counter was so rude. I never post reviews, but I have never experienced anything like this.

For almost €7, I got a burger drowning in sauce. That might have been forgivable, but the real problem was that it was simply cold. The bun felt like it had just come straight out of the fridge. If you serve cold burgers, at least be honest about it and tell customers beforehand. A burger should mean warm meat and a warm bun. Instead, this felt more like a refrigerated snack than a chicken burger. I didn't even eat it; just touching the cold bun was enough to kill my appetite. My friend ended up eating it, but that doesn't change the fact that it was a huge disappointment. In the end, I drove to Burger King and got a hot burger meal for less money. That alone says everything about the value for money here. A complete waste of money. It's not worth even half of what they charge for it.

The atmosphere at this metro station is of course incredibly gloomy, but that doesn't make the fries any less tasty. I love visiting Bram Ladage whenever I'm in Rotterdam again. It remains the best fries!

The fries tasted old, burnt, and had no flavor. You could tell they were already good, but they were left out longer. I ordered a large fry, but I could eat four. It was a real shame... (it's even worse in real life than in the picture.)

Great service, Mexican food with satay sauce was incredibly delicious during Storm Corrie. Update 3 years later: still very tasty.

Super bad service, when I wanted to place an order, it took 5 minutes because I had to go straight away, so I called a bus station to see if I could order. I hadn't even finished my sentence when sir, no, we really don't Great customer bonding. Would never order from here again.

The blonde woman is always staring at people walking around and has a nasty attitude. I think it's a shame because the rest of the staff are really nice!! She also makes things difficult when you want to change YOUR order, which YOU paid for. Very strange. She's judgmental and even makes eyes when I want two sauces on MY burger.

Once every 2 to 3 weeks I treat myself to a blackberry when I'm on the road. Kralingse zoom is then my regular place. To my surprise I read a few negative reviews. I would like to say that I am always very satisfied. Quality is top, the service is what you would expect from a snack bar and the atmosphere is fine in my opinion (for a location at a station). I'd like to keep coming.

The only reason to take the metro if you ask me. Delicious fries as always and amazing that they deliver quickly.

This Bram Ladage (BL), like all BLs, has good food, but the people who work there are not friendly. They are much friendlier at BL Delfshaven or West Kruiskade. Yesterday I asked about a napkin at BL Kralingse Zoom, on a day when I had not eaten anything because a piece of chocolate had melted in my pocket and they said that napkins are only for people who eat here... I eat there often, alone Not this time, and such thin napkins probably cost less than 1 cent each. Why wouldn't you just give one or two in such a case? Especially when someone asks nicely. Disappointing.

Suppose to be open at 11. Half an hour later workers behind a counter walking around laughing and talking but not helping customers as blinds are still closed.

The quality has deteriorated in recent weeks. The fries are tough, and the snacks are lukewarm. The service is good, fast delivery.

Lekkere Rotterdamse patat. Altijd goed en vers. Fijne en lekkere pindasaus. Fijne mensen die staan te bakken. Altijd attent en aardig.

Ik heb gisteren een medium Bram met extra mayonaise besteld. Ik kreeg een kleine met enkel mayonaise. Ik heb twee keer gevraagd of de bestelling klopte want het zag er weinig uit, beide keren werd verteld dat het wel klopte en dat de extra mayonaise tussen de friet lag, dat was niet zo. Toen realiseerde de verkoopster dat ze mijn bestelling had verward met een andere bestelling. Ze zij sorry en gaf me extra mayonaise in een bakje, jammer want plezier en smaak zit in dat het al over de friet ligt, maar goed. Ik had wel verwacht om ook mijn medium friet te krijgen, maar die kreeg ik niet. Ze waren verder aardig maar ik heb niet mijn totale bestelling gekregen.

Prima patatje. Alleen jammer dat je bij bezorgen veel meer voor je snack moet betalen dan bij afhalen. En dan komen daar nog de bezorgkosten bovenop!

Super locatie! Heerlijk gegeten, en leuke mensen! Een aanrader!

Dit is BY FAR mijn lievelingstentje in Rotterdam om even een frietje te halen! De service is altijd goed, de patat is lekker en smaakt vers(!) en de eigenaren zijn ook top! Echt een aanrader naar mijn mening :)!

Het is een goede zaak. Met lekkere patat. Ik vraag mij alleen af waarom deze zaak niet in het weekend is geopend aangezien er altijd veel mensen komen. Daar reageer ik even op. Hartstikke leuk dat jullie op Zaterdag ook geopend zijn.

Snel en gemakkelijk eten van goede kwaliteit

Snel, professioneel en handig. Precies zoals je mag verwachten op een OV knooppunt. Patat zoals altijd bij de Bram erg lekker. Het enige dat ik mis is een klein bakje voor de saus in de bovenhoek van de puntzak. Mayonaisehanden en ov chipkaart zoeken is een onhandige combinatie.

Goede bram, je wordt snel geholpen en de friet en pindasaus zijn altijd goed hier.
