Very good service today, had requested something, was informed that it would take a few extra minutes. Very friendly service.

The order took 26 minutes to be given . Even I approached the staffs two times and they never apologises. The zinger tower that I ordered was not even a zinger tower. I order a kid meal and they also forgot to add it on.

Food ordered on July 12th was stone cold. It was microwaved and inedible, so everything went in the bin. I contacted KFC Groene Hilledijk and they said they would compensate me for the next order. I ordered another one that was hot, but the lady I spoke to was out of commission. That should have happened today. I contacted them and they gave me a huge compensation. I got everything back myself. Cesandra, well organized, and Carmen too.

Excellent and helpful staff! The restrooms are free and clean. I asked for water in my travel bottle, and they offered me a Coke with ice. ♥️♥️♥️

1. There was a bug in my drink. Hey, think about hygiene if I get sick, I'm really not happy about this. 2. The food was cold. 3. I had to wait 10 minutes for a sauce. I hope to hear back from KFC and do expect something in return.

When I go to the restaurant and want to take my food home, things are often left out or stolen. I also ask for some sauces, but they don't come the way I want them.

I ordered at 6:30 PM and it arrived at 8:00 PM. I should add that they had 500 meters. The order cost 100 euros, and they even ripped me off by not giving me the corn that was in the order. It's a disaster. The staff is probably always high, and the manager doesn't give a damn.

Get fresh food and fast service all the time

I thought I'd try KFC's loaded fries—sickly junk in a container, absolutely inedible. The "I want a cheese burger" wasn't good either, and you pay 18 euros for it. After complaining, I was left to figure it out, and the employee said tastes differ. I left hungry and 18 euros lighter. KFC, please take care of your customer satisfaction; you feel worthless here... Oh yeah, and apparently, according to the staff, you can't leave a review when ordering online! Well, they can have one here!

Seriously, I've never had such a delicious meal from KFC. I don't know what they did, but suddenly they have a strange sauce selection, and the burgers were delicious, as were the fries. And the cheese sauce with the "I WANT CHEESE SAUCE" label on it? I was torn! 🤣😂

Arrived here 11 pm on a friday. On Google it says that they are open untill 12am but they were already close. Put the correct closing time on google. If you close at 11pm, put on Google that you close at 11pm. You make people come all the way here for nothing.

Bad place, waited 40 minutes, still cold food

27 July I arrived at KFC when it was 11 p.m. and they told me it was closed (AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING on Google/KFC.nl it says they work until 00:00) Today I placed an order through UberEats at 10:56 PM. At 11:30 PM, the UberEats driver messaged me that they were already cleaning the kitchen and that he had to cancel the order. I understand that mistakes happen, but twice in one week? If you want the restaurant to close an hour early, simply change the opening hours by an hour....

I got 2 small chickens in a 2 chickens menu.

It's amazing that it's open until 12 o'clock in the evening, but it closes at 11:20 pm. I understand that preparing for closing is a thing, but maybe it's better not to be open until 12 o'clock.

The restaurant was supposed to be open until noon, but by 10:50 it was already closed and cleared out. In any case, adjust your opening hours if you're closing an hour beforehand.

Better to order from a different location than Groene Hilledijk. No respect. Seriously.

I order a sandwich via thuisbezorgd.nl. Had to wait for more than an hour. When the sandwich finally arrived, it was ice cold and there was almost no chicken on it. Really outrageous. Paid a total of more than 12 euros for this

I ordered a zinger burger, first of all I had to wait an hour and a half for the food while I paid 1.99 to get my food faster, secondly the sandwich tasted like a sandwich from two days ago, now I'm at home with food poisoning, this is really unacceptable!!!!

Update: we were now 2 hours later and the bell rang, I indicated to the delivery person that I no longer wanted the order. The story was told and the delivery person indicated that the order was not yet on its way because he was standing there during the conversation he received. In fact, he even indicated that my order had been delivered to another neighborhood 6 km away with another delivery person. The order was then returned to KFC, but my order had been forgotten and put aside. After my phone call I thought "gosh, this still needs to be delivered" (but in the meantime they lied to me that my order was delivered 5 minutes back). I also think it's a shame to give food that has been in the cold for 2 hours, especially with chicken. In short, never again. Thuisbezorgd immediately called me in response to the delivery person's report because he also did not agree with it and received everything. ______________________________________________ I have been waiting for my order for 1.5 hours. Very bad service order is not correct I had too few burgers and plus my fries were ice cold even though I live less than 5 minutes away it is bad every time I try again but every time it is disappointing I ask can my correct order be sent to my house no that is not possible then I have to go myself which means my other food has also become cold really a very bad thing this was really my last time and I will not advise all my friends and family members to eat there

0 stars We ordered from a kiosk to eat inside, took a plate and didn't get any food. So a friend went to ask where the food was, the woman got angry that we weren't coming to get it when they were supposed to bring it and she started shouting and a tray was thrown at his head and we had cold food.

I placed an order via home delivery, but after waiting an hour, no food arrived. Thuisbezorgd left me with a chat and hungry. I called the restaurant itself and the manager explained to me that there were simply no delivery people available BIZAR!! The lady still helped me and I went to pick up the food myself. The manager is really a sweetheart! Thank you!!

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. We have been waiting around 50 minutes for our order. We live a maximum of 5 to 6 minutes from this location. Suddenly our order is canceled after waiting so long... When I call them, they answer and then immediately hang up and don't answer again. TERRIBLE!

Not at KFC level! Bad hot wings, overly salty fillet bites and tenders were cold. Never again, 20 euros for 1 person too expensive.

I ordered 2 meal deals and 1 snack box. One meal deal did not include soft drinks and I did not receive the snack box at all. Just paid too much for nothing.
