Excellent restaurant, beautiful view of the marina, friendly and attentive staff at all times, excellent food that was also beautifully presented – top-notch!

We were there for the second time in the last two years... the location and atmosphere are fantastic! We had a four-course meal, which I was a little disappointed with (the soup with shrimp and the dessert weren't to my taste). For our 20th wedding anniversary, I would have liked a complimentary drink – I specifically requested it when making the reservation – but there was a nice little table firework display. All in all, we had a lovely evening!

Suggestion to offer a wine pairing at the tasting again, just like 2 years ago.

This was our second visit to Blush, and unfortunately, we can't confirm our positive first impression. There were only two of us, and perhaps that was the reason. The service was poor; we had to wait almost an hour for our main course and had to ask several times. The same thing happened when we paid. It's a shame, but it's not a reason for us not to come back again.

Everything is perfect: top-notch staff, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent food. And the time between courses is absolutely perfect, at your own pace.

They are great. However, they present themselves as just a little too luxurious, causing the price-quality ratio to fall short.

The price-performance ratio is not right here. The food was generally okay, but the portions were too small and not up to the standard I would expect at this price. When we eat out at home in Düsseldorf, we get a top-notch meal for this price. The service was okay, pleasant, and friendly. However, the food took about 45 minutes to arrive, even though all the other guests had already finished eating. We won't be going back here.

Nice spot right in the harbor of Kamperland; reservations are recommended. Good food selection, but during our visit, the only side dish offered with the main course was usually French fries. Prices are on the high side.

Absolutely unacceptable for families – completely unacceptable behavior! We were looking forward to a nice dinner during our vacation, but our visit to Brasserie Blush ended in utter disappointment. Our two children each ate about 6 to 8 shrimp, which is a perfectly normal amount for growing children. In the middle of the meal, the server suddenly came to our table and told us, in all seriousness, that if the children ate "too much," we would have to pay the full adult price for them. I have never experienced anything like this in the restaurant industry. It's absolutely outrageous to stand at the table in the middle of a meal, count the food on the children's plates, and then change the rules after the fact. Either you offer a clear children's price or you don't – but making guests feel guilty because their children had healthy appetites is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this ruined our entire evening. Anyone who values ​​family-friendliness and good hospitality should definitely look elsewhere. We will definitely not be coming back.

Overall, we'd rate the food a 3 out of 5. The dishes were presented very attractively and elegantly, and the taste was generally good, but there were some significant shortcomings. In temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius and sunshine, the red wine was unfortunately served quite warm. The steak we ordered wasn't medium-rare, but well-done. The replacement steak was fine, but we had to wait another 30 minutes for it. The service was also disappointing overall. It took us about 2.5 hours to complete the four-course meal, and we had to wait a very long time even for the first course. The long waits were the biggest drawback of the evening for us. The service staff was friendly and genuinely tried their best, but seemed clearly overwhelmed by the number of guests. The atmosphere, however, was excellent: stylish decor, a lovely ambiance, and a high-quality presentation overall. We would give it five stars. Conclusion: beautiful ambiance and attractively presented food, but there is still significant room for improvement in the food itself, the drinks and especially in the processes.

A really nice restaurant with very good service. I was surprised that all the good tables were reserved, but none were occupied at 8 pm. My piece of lamb shank was extremely small; for €33, I would have expected more. And the fact that the ladies at the next table climbed onto their chairs while we were eating, flashing their backsides in front of everyone, was completely inappropriate. Please don't misunderstand, the food was really delicious and the service was excellent.

Delicious high tea, super fresh and more than enough (including 6 scones for 3 people). The service was also very friendly. We had indicated in our email that we didn't like goat cheese, but there were still three goat cheese sandwiches. This wasn't a problem either, and they were quickly resolved by replacing them with delicious alternative sandwiches. For the 22 euros the high tea cost, we were even allowed to choose a deluxe coffee instead of tea. We really couldn't find any drawbacks, and we'll definitely be back!

Yes, really great! We went out for dinner with the family, and luckily there was plenty of room at Blush. What a great place to eat! At Restaurant Blush, we enjoyed high-quality dishes. There's also a wide selection for children, making it a wonderful place for the whole family. The luxurious ambiance is combined with warm hospitality, thanks to the friendly family who run the restaurant. Our visit coincided with a barbecue evening with live music, which added to the special atmosphere. Uniquely, the restaurant is accessible by boat via the Veerse Meer lake, right outside the door. Blush will definitely be back on our list for our next stay in Zeeland.

Currently, only fries and mussels are included in this menu. Poor. I had to share fries with my dinner companion. Service: Our 9-year-old daughter wanted a hamburger. Curtly: "That's not possible, only with lunch." Okay, it's indeed not on the children's menu. But: "Go the extra mile." How happy she—and we—would have been if this had been served. We were seated by the open sliding doors, which was delicious. They were suddenly closed without consultation. When we inquired, they said it was because people inside were too cold. There were eight of us and we had a delicious lunch, with lovely, friendly service. The service was excellent, and a spot at the jetty was arranged for us, as agreed. The menu is a bit limited, however, for vegetarians who don't eat fish. Overall, it was a fantastic lunch in a great location.

Alle gerechten waren lekker, mooi gepresenteerd en verzorgd, maar we misten toch iets om de verhouding prijs-kwaliteit beter te verantwoorden. We misten wat meer garnituur bij het ´hoofdonderdeel´van het gerecht; de hoeveelheid en variatie aan groentjes en ´bijgerecht´ bij de vis, of de burrata, het dessert, was aan de magere kant. Bij een dessert met als titel ´aardbei´ verwacht ik toch op z´n minst één echte aardbei. Dit is een groeikans!

It wasn't our first time here. If it's negative, it doesn't mean it's always like that, so we came back a few times. But this time it was just too much on the worse side. The prices are above average, which is OK if everything else is right. This time there was too much negativity. At first the service was extremely slow and I'm not talking about the meals because good food takes time to be made, but for a drink or the fact that you sit for half an hour in front of an empty glass. There is no interest in selling more even though a restaurant makes the most money from the drinks. A very small piece of sea bream for 30 euros, although I didn't want tomatoes, I thought it was overkill. And if you don't use tomatoes, you could add another vegetable! But the highlight was the “Salade gamba (5) | Avocado | appel | Wasabi”. Here we are still looking for the avocado!!!! Although we reported our concerns to the waitress, we found no understanding or accommodation. For me it is a “would-be top restaurant” that is still far from the goal. We'll be back but then we'll be very, very, very critical and won't accept anything anymore.

Five of us had dinner here on October 6. The waitress with the dark, medium-length hair was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. She made our evening perfect with her great manner and her good skills. Thank you. Oh and before I forget: the food was of course delicious too.
