Brasserie BLVD in Middengebied

We were lucky to get a table at short notice. The whole team is very friendly and dogs are welcome. The food was really good. We had soup, a main course, and dessert. Excellent value for money. We'd love to come back again. Keep up the good work!

Great food, good acoustics, beautiful view. Of course it's a beautiful place, but the most important thing is the food. We had the fish of the day and duck. Both dishes were beautiful and flavorful. Then we had two wonderful desserts. So the food was absolutely delicious. The acoustics are also excellent for people with hearing loss. You can hear each other clearly.

Had a super delicious lunch for a great price. Naan bread with lamb meatballs and the BLVD sandwich.

Arrival on 07/08/2025 around 1:00 p.m. for two people. The staff is welcoming and happy to understand your French. Multilingual menu. The terrace is protected from the offshore wind.

Niet alleen verrast door het eten en het zicht, maar nog meer van de bediening. Nets was teveel, vriendelijkheid on top en meedenkend met de klant , zelf op een drukke dag. Kan alleen maar zeggen, ga er naar toe en beleef het, het is meer dan een aanrader, toppie! Hier kunnen nog veel Horeca zaken van leren, dit is een voorbeeld hoe je een zaak runt.

Heerlijk gegeten. De vis was heerlijk en goed bereid en keurig opgemaakt. Vriendelijke bediening. Alleen voor mosselen moet je niet bij Blvd zijn, want die staan niet op de kaart.

Delicious food with very friendly and attentive service. The vegetarian options are more than adequate; the wakame bitterballen are particularly recommended. The price is absolutely reasonable for the location.

No vodka food super fast on the table quality is good got the feeling not to stay too long pity

Fish soup can mean something completely different depending on the country and location. Here, it's several large pieces of perfectly filleted sea fish and shrimp in a thick broth with potatoes and bread on the side. I recommend it.

It's wonderful to sit here on the terrace, sheltered from the wind and with a panoramic view of Vlissingen and even Breskens on the other side. Ideally located, a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Vlissingen.

The staff was friendly, but the food was unfortunately terrible. I ordered the sea bass, and everything was cold and tasteless. The fries were also overcooked, mostly leftover fries, all small pieces. My husband had the fish soup, and that was also tasteless. The tenderloin was served on cold vegetables, and the sauce that came with it tasted like sauce from a jar. All in all, a huge disappointment. Not something I'll be returning for.

Excellent fresh fish meals in a nice location. Not cheap but worth the price.

De vissoep is een aanrader! Zolang die op de kaart staat, is dat mijn favoriete lunch gerecht. BLVD ligt op een toplocatie. Ik woon er dichtbij en kom er regelmatig. Het verveeld nooit om daar te lunchen of te dineren

Sat on the terrace with a beautiful view of the boulevard, beach, and Western Scheldt, where you can clearly see the pilotage of the nearby ships while enjoying a latte macchiato and a large slice of apple pie with whipped cream! That's pure bliss.

The vegetarian and vegan selection is really good and varied. The vegan naan bread with crispy cauliflower was delicious. The menu was available in German.

A lovely restaurant near the beach that provides delicious food with a perfect view to watch ships pass by on the sea 🚢🍸 During our 1-week stay in Vlissingen NL, we dined there twice; both times we were perfectly happy with our choices of food, drinks and desserts. I had the vegan Sweet Potato Lentil Curry both times, and it was delicious. Highly recommend! I also had the Rubarb-Strawberry Crumble (vegan), which was also very good!🍓

Great location , restaurant bar overlooking beach and tidal atmosphere, seaguls and sea birds. Staff is rather cold and every answer is sharp and stern everytime I have been there, food choice and desert choice limited. Still, lovely view. Life is not perfect you know

On Saturday, July 15, 2023, we had a late lunch at Brasserie BLVD. The first drops fell and we quickly went inside to eat a dry sandwich. The location is nice, at the beginning of the Boulevard in Vlissingen and if you sit at the window or on the terrace you can look out over the beach towards the sea. The service was friendly and nice, I was helped quickly and despite the fact that 3/4 of the tables were full, we didn't have to wait long for the food. My table companion and I went for a bagel with toppings, both tasted good. Getting the bill after dinner took longer than getting the food and that's a shame, but we managed and left. Unfortunately it was still raining.

Delicious food. A windy day, but we could enjoy the sun behind the glass screen. And the sea! The menu is great. You can consult it on the website (which I miss in many restaurants). We chose the beef ribeye with chimichurry cream sauce and the Greek salad (custom-made, without olives :) ). Well-groomed and delicious. The staff is genuinely friendly. How nice that is. An absolute must.

As true Vlissingen residents, we regularly visit this restaurant when we want to eat out. Nice dishes, good wine, attentive service and a beautiful view. What more could you want? Oh yes, a very friendly price for such a beautiful experience.

In a very nice atmosphere and with a fantastic view over the beach to the sea, you can enjoy average cuisine and service. The prices, but that is due to the Dutch Coast totally normal, are completely exaggerated and don't match the quality and quantity... What a shame.

Alles top! Het eten is heerlijk; smaakvol en mooi opgediend. We hadden de gegrilde dorade en de gegrilde kip met fijne en passende groenten daarbij. De bediening is zeer vriendelijk en klantgericht. Dit alles samen met de locatie maakt het tot een hele fijne ervaring.

Heerlijke lokatie om smaakvol te dineren met een heerlijke huiswijn. Lekkere zeebaars gegeten en een fijn nagerecht. Alles was mooi gepresenteerd. Bediening is TOP...en ze spreken onze taal....Nederlands, dat vind ik ook fijn.

On the terrace you sit out of the wind and in the sun. Parking is available at the Nollenbos parking lot, approximately 100 meters away. Or if you're lucky, closer to the street. It is also possible to just have a drink. Full view of the sea. Both inside and outside.

Delicious food for years. A nice place, tasty food and friendly staff. Unfortunately, those days are over. A piece of meat with a lot of tendons, asked if it could be fried slightly in the hope of being less red and more tender. After returning it, the staff never came to the table to ask if it was okay. The portions have really gotten smaller over the years. When clearing away I was told that it was not tasty. We were given an excuse and asked if we wanted a cup of tea/coffee on the house. Nice intention, but I was done with it. Very unfortunate, was the last time

Pleasantly surprised by the delicious food

The last time we ordered 2 chicken fillet supreme and we received a chicken leg without consultation. There was no chicken fillet. Then €25.50 for a chicken leg is quite expensive. Barely any vegetables added. In addition, a brief appetizer, 5 oriental shrimps for € 16.50 We very kindly offered to prepare another dish, but we didn't want that. We did receive an extra scoop of compensation with the ice cream. Afterwards I realized that they could have offered these 2 brief dishes with 1 chicken leg each at no cost. It's quite an ask to be so assertive at a birthday dinner and not want to spoil the atmosphere. While BLVD delivers a different dish than stated on the menu without information. The tasty fries could also have been a little more. A small bowl for 3 people. Very friendly staff.

Really enjoyed dinner at BLVD. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. I can recommend the fish soup, it was rich and very tasty! The halibut and sea bream also tasted very good, with perfectly matched garnishes that complemented the main course well.

A compact and nice restaurant with tasty cuisine and a good selection of drinks. I ordered a meat main dish and affogato — both were super tasty. Also, great service. It should have a great sea view, but unfortunately, we visited it after sunset and couldn’t see much in the dark.

Fries served with the main meal were not warm/hot and the portion size was somewhat tight. The fries I ordered were okay. Everything else fine. It was nice that the staff spontaneously brought a fire candle for the birthday boy or girl in our midst. Very attentive.

The best fish soup in Zeeland. Without parallel. The label "deluxe" for the fish soup is anything but an empty term. Deliciously fresh with large pieces of perfectly cooked fish and shellfish. With grated old cheese and rouille served separately, and delicious bread with light garlic butter.

With a group of three friends we chose the holiday menu here yesterday. I have rarely eaten such exceptionally good food! I chose the vegetarian dishes and they certainly required just as much effort and creativity as the meat dishes that my friends ate. We will definitely come back again!
