Very poor quality food, rude staff, poor hygiene, and they swear with "kkr." I'm glad they're out of business. There was one girl who was nice, but everyone else was rude.

The service, provided by the only female employee on the floor, was excellent. However, the wait for our order to be placed on our table took an incredibly long time. As an owner, you might need to step up your efforts to find staff, as this is simply not acceptable. It's a nationwide problem, of course, but you have to take action now. We've seen several customers leave with less patience than we have. The lunch we ordered was good, though!

Nice store, but I found the price/quality ratio poor.

We both ordered a pancake with cheese and pineapple. The waitress was friendly. It took a very long time even though there were few guests. After 45 minutes the pancakes arrived. They were both white, top and bottom. Not a brown spot to be found. Not cooked at all. Just tasted it. Tasted like batter. Walked to waitress. She took it to the kitchen. Same pancakes back after 10 minutes. They had warmed up again, but were still completely white. Still tasted like batter, nothing changed. Not to eat. We went to pay. The waitress was sorry that we didn't like it, but she did let us pay the bill of 30 euros. Another guest also indicated that her pancake was undercooked when we left. We will never come back.

Ordered lunch 2 croquettes with bread. 2 brown sandwiches from the freezer and the croquettes were lukewarm. Reported this and heard it and did nothing about it. Very bad and was the last time for me and my wife. I do not recommend this restaurant given the several complaints I have read.

Had lunch here on a Wednesday afternoon during the market. Beautiful old building inside. Friendly service and delicious food. Toilets clean.

Terrace is pleasantly located in the center of Putten. There was no card on the tables. Tip for the restaurant to do this, sales will increase... The indoor area looked quite austere, less cozy.

Brasserie De Heerdt in Putten, we went inside spontaneously, because the terrace was full. Well that was quite a mockery. No menu card on the table, after asking it took a long time, so I grabbed a menu card from an empty table. We ordered drinks and wanted some food, a young waitress said it takes a long time before you get the dish. How long, half an hour, I asked? Something like that. We ordered something to eat anyway, we were hungry and ended up waiting more than 45 minutes. The omelette with mushrooms was bland and served with simple white bread. The other dish, cheese croquettes, not warm enough with 2 brown slices of bread. Dishes without salad or vegetables. #boring There were many uncleaned tables in the restaurant and it was also a mess on the terrace. Pity . There is a lack of structure and leadership in the kitchen and service here. And little attention to the dishes. We will never come back here again.

Nice place, but keeping part of your already large terrace closed is really not possible. This causes a lot of grumbling and potential customers start looking further.

Service was friendly but it took a very long time for the food to arrive and the food was really not tasty. I had a schnitzel but that was too much honor for what was on my board. Have eaten here before and it was good. This case is going backwards. I won't eat here again.

At least... We ate a delicious pancake here once last year, thought we would repeat it now, but that was a big disappointment! After a very long wait, we received a very pale pancake that was only just done! It's that we don't have it (so far), but we should have said right away, take it with us to bake it a little longer because for that €10 per (natural) pancake you expect a little bit. quality! We like it every time we come... Our kids enjoy very much the play area and they frikandel that comes in a very cool car-box.

What a bad 2 slices of ham. Bread was tough, eggs were way overbaked on one side of the eggs. It was a mess behind the bar. If you can't even provide a bouncer then just stop. The wait staff wasn't interested either. Next time just the lunchroom.

We regularly have lunch at this restaurant. 12 hours ..or....chicken salad very tasty. Recommended

Top food for an affordable price

Just had dinner at this restaurant. Ordered a vegetarian salad and vegetable croquettes. So we are vegetarians. After taking a few bites of the croquettes, we were shocked to discover that there was meat in them after all. Very shocked, I walked to the counter. The waitress had given the wrong order I think that is very bad, but I think it is even worse that the young blonde lady then completely ignored us and did not offer any apologies or service. When paying, the meat croquettes were still on the bill. If you treat your customers like this, you should be deeply ashamed!!

If you don't have staff, don't open! Half past two in. There is 1 girl walking. Drinks recorded at 1:50 PM. 2:15 PM no food yet. Also no placemat or something like that yet. on the table. Ordered food. Bread with croquette and mustard soup. Nothing complicated though. Bar is chaos; full of dirty glasses, etc. All the people who are gone, their things remain on the table. Service walks back to the bar empty-handed. What a deception!

Had lunch today. Had to wait more than half an hour for food. Service was friendly but the food was downright bad. A croquette dripping with fat. And of a quality cheapest croquette that you buy from a wholesaler. The goat cheese salad was lettuce with slices of goat cheese with peanuts without dressing. No combination. But ask a price that presupposes quality. Very unfortunate because the outside of the building predicts something completely different.

Had lunch here as a couple. Nice terrace and cozy inside. Staff was helpful enough too. However, the food itself is substandard. The panini is actually an overpriced sandwich without any garnish or decoration. The croquettes were artisanal in name only, served on two slices of supermarket bread. However, with a slice of watermelon??? as a garnish.

Had a takeaway multi-course menu twice before and was happy with it! Well cared for, good choices, tasty and very affordable. Heating up the hot dishes yourself (0ven) Big advantage as far as we are concerned. This makes pick-up time flexible and the food is really hot. Good communication possible.

We ordered and collected a takeaway for four people. The only option in Corona time. We could order everything for our three-course dinner via an order link. Everything came in plastic bags in a large box. Heat up partly in the oven, partly in the frying pan and partly in a pan with water and then eat. Quite an undertaking. The result was very tasty. Enough to eat for four people.
