At Féline, they master the art of letting you, the guest, take center stage. The kitchen adapts flawlessly to your pace. If you're enjoying conversation, they won't interrupt. If it's relaxed, they'll join in the conversation at your table. The wine list is impressive. And the music picks up as the hours pass. And most importantly: the food is truly, truly excellent!

Bad service, that's all I can say.

I was hesitant about going to this rather new restaurant as I am their virtual neighbor and it did not always look so busy during the first months since they went open. However in early December we invited our friend for a dinner to celebrate her birthday there as it felt the right moment to check the new place. Upon reservation, we were given a slot of two hours, however the service was so slow and erratic (some orders were forgotten, some messed up) that we did not even have a chance to finish our main courses. However, before our slot even ended and before we could even look at desserts, we were asked in a very strange manner to give up our table and to move to another table. Mind you, they knew it was a birthday dinner. To our surprise, they moved the 3 of us to a 2-person table right next to the kitchen. They first promised us that desserts will be complimentary due to all the trouble. Funny enough, everything was included in the bill when we wanted to pay. So we had to go through another round of trouble reminding the staff of their promise. The correct bill came after some discussion, but then it was too late. Overall, a very awkward and rather embarrassing experience, a ruined birthday celebration and more than 300 euro bill for all of this. Up to you to decide if you want to take the risk. There was one staff member though who tried to fix the situation (and even scolded her young colleagues for the way they handled our situation) but then she also gave up and disappeared by the time it was the right thing to apologize. The food was ok, can’t remember well as I was embarrassed most of the time

Adorable place. Very gentle service, nice vibe and extremely good kitchen. The quality of the food is exceptional. I highly recommend it. My suggestion would be to upgrade the facade. From the outside it looks ordinary. But its a gem this one.

Dined here on a Friday evening. Sat down at 8pm and didn't get the bill until 11pm. Booked a table online with 2 weeks in advance but got sat at the bar when there were tables still available. Waited 15 minutes before even being asked and brought water. Mains took over 1 hour to come. Had to ask twice to the staff about our mains. Food was ok, but flavours were pretty flat. Asking for over 30 euros for a lobster/orzo main dish and serving only about 40 grams of lobster is frankly insulting. Also the mille feuille pastry being hard as rocks amd only two sheets is absolutely the opposite of what a mille feuille should be. Overall unnattentive staff (one of the boys was clearly high, as the pupils seemed more like he was at a rave than work), mediocre food in small portions. Will not return or recommend. Spend your money elsewhere in Joordan.

Wonderful evening. Nice, informal atmosphere. Luckily, we didn't have to leave at 8:30 (the designated time slot). Delicious food, beautifully presented plates. Friendly people behind the bar and in the kitchen who clearly enjoy their work. I think I'd even sit at the bar by myself for a nice, quick meal.

We had a birthday dinner and we were asked in the middle of the meal to move to another table that where we were stuck next to the kitchen. In the meantime, an influencer who could have moved easier and was with only 1 person was not asked to move. It is really disturbing to see these girls making pic of every meal and recording live videos next to you. Influencers shall be invited behind closed doors to let paying clients have their proper time. Service was otherwise quite good, while food rather ordinary.

Wine is good and the staff is really nice. Unfortunately, the food is quite mediocre. We went there for the Wagyu entrecôte… not only it’s nowhere close to real Wagyu, it was also quite bad for a regular flat iron steak, for double the price. The meat is way too chewy and the pepper sauce hides the poor flavor. Starters and side dishes nice, but underwhelming. Way overpriced for the quality.

The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, and we especially liked the seating at the bar. I gave the food 3 stars. It was really delicious, but I thought the dishes were way too small. Now, I've eaten in a few Michelin-starred restaurants, and I don't mind small dishes. However, they were described on the menu as starter, main course, and dessert. So, I expected to have eaten enough after 3 courses. But after ordering quite a few dishes, we didn't go home feeling full. And we paid 250 euros. I was also disappointed with the coffee. At a restaurant of this caliber, I expect coffee to be made from scratch. Here, a cup was placed under a machine, a button was pressed, and the chosen amount of coffee came out. The milk came from a separate machine where just a button was pressed, and the amount of milk came out. For my flat white, they only spooned a small amount of milk into my coffee. There's definitely room for improvement in that regard.

Amazing! The food was superb and the staff was so sweet and hospitable. Will recommend to all my friends. Would 100% advise to order the scallops, bisque and lobster!!

Enjoyed a truly memorable meal at Bistro Feline. From the time we were greeted warmly at the door, it felt special. Exceptional service, a beautiful and stylish dining room. Outstanding food.

We had a wonderful and enjoyable evening with a group. We had already communicated very well beforehand about the reservation. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service is very friendly, and the food is delicious. We had a set menu that included oysters, salmon brioche, a classic meatball, a gratinated scallop, a very refreshing lobster soup with lime leaves, Wagyu sirloin steak, and a delicious stroopwafel for dessert. It was all fantastic. Highly recommended. We'll be back soon.

Do not fall for the Michelin trap — this has been my worst dining experience in long time. You’re required to pay just to make a reservation, and upon arrival we were offered seats at the bar for dinner. We had to insist on getting a proper table, and the one we were finally given was placed directly by the door, with freezing air coming in at zero degrees and a broken heater. No one offered to take our coats, and it took nearly 20 minutes before anyone even approached us for a drink order. The wine we selected wasn’t available, and the waiter suggested a very poor alternative. The starters were frankly insulting: after an excessive wait, we were served tiny 4 cm canapés—prepared by waiters at the bar, near the toilets, with shockingly low hygiene standards. The main dish was so small it was unacceptable, and by that point we had already waited almost an hour and a half to be served. Overall, an extremely disappointing and unworthy experience.

We ate here with friends on Friday. We had a lovely evening together, but the restaurant itself was unfortunately quite disappointing. Most of the food we got was tasty, but that's about it. The portions were truly too small. They advise sharing everything, but the dishes are so small that sharing is practically impossible. Expect to order 2 or 3 dishes per person. The scallop was hidden under a mountain of cheese, so you could barely taste it, yet it cost €13. The salmon wasn't fresh, and the bread was forgotten, even though it costs €6. In a Michelin-starred restaurant, you expect bread and water to be standard on the table. Luckily, we were eventually given bread; otherwise, we would have left hungry. The main course also comes with nothing extra, just a simple garnish, and it costs €28. The dessert was perhaps the biggest disappointment: a single scoop of ice cream between two "kletskopjes" (little cookies) for €9. The coffee comes from pods and the milk from a Lattiz machine, not what you'd expect at this level. The atmosphere could also be better. We found the lighting too bright, and the three of us were seated at a rather large, uninviting table, on a sofa that wasn't very comfortable for an evening of dining. The wine and bubbly were really delicious, but also quite expensive. The staff was friendly, but definitely not up to par. They weren't attentive and didn't seem to be paying attention, even though they could make such an evening. At the end of the evening, there was also some messing around and polishing the cutlery behind the bar, which made a lot of noise. Not exactly a good idea to do that behind the bar. All in all: we had a great time together, the wines were good, but it really wasn't worth €100 per person. Such a shame!

A delightful bistro in the Jewish Quarter. If you're in the area, stop by. Excellent food, beautifully presented, and friendly service.

I really love this place. Best lamb I’ve ever had.

I didn't have a good experience here. I booked a reservation an hour ahead of time, and felt like I had to prove it and be permitted a lucky seat at the bar, as they (print) their reservation list ahead of time. Then, so -- they no longer do cocktails. I was looking forward to their cocktails as lots of other reviews mention them, and they STILL HAVE a full bar on display, but they just, don't do cocktails anymore - "we're not a cocktail bar". I got appetizers - the wagyu and pâté toasts, which frankly just tasted like buttered bread. Completely uninspired. I get the impression that this place is trying so hard to get a michelin star that they forgot to make the food or service good. I walked out. Maybe the entrees are worth it 🤷‍♀️

We had a wonderful meal at Bistro Feline! 🍷 The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the staff is super friendly and helpful – exactly what you want for a great night out. The wine list is excellent, with plenty of good options to choose from. If I had to mention one minor complaint: I'd have preferred the portions to be a bit larger, especially considering the price. But hey, that's pretty much the standard in Amsterdam these days. All in all, definitely recommended for a great night out! 👌

Soo gooood! Oysters were amazing - especially the ones with yuzu and those topped with caviar! The bisque was simply delicious, gnocchi and lamb absolutely mind-blowing. Even the “simple” meatballs were superb! And thank you for having Hasselback potatoes on the menu - that’s the best way to serve them! Service was superb!

A tasty, enjoyable, and creative dinner (the bisque with kefir foam), but without forgetting tradition (the "Jordaan meatballs" with shrimp and veal). A very young chef with great potential, a smiling, professional crew, from the kitchen to the dining room, where Carlo leads the operations with the charisma of a true maître d'. I highly recommend Bistro Féline! I celebrated my birthday here with friends, and the food, wine, and service were fantastic! We sat outside on the terrace, and the atmosphere was totally relaxed and pleasant. A perfect evening!

As far as I know, Féline isn't the chef or the patron of this restaurant. The name Féline stands for "happiness" and "elegance." I'd add "DELICIOUS" to complete the picture. But "eating" is "knowing," so experience it for yourself. Like me, try the Wagyu Chacuterie and then the Gnocchi Reblochon and Hazelnuts. Food was amazing and the service was great as well. Love the outdoor seating. I’m glad they are utilizing that square. A great place to just have a drink and enjoy good weather.

we had a nice dinner at this restaurant and the service was very good (and a special thanks to carlo, who was very helpful and kind). food was pretty good especially the wagyu entrecôte. we also highly suggest the yuzu sake as digestive. we defeated recommend this place.

What an incredibly cozy and wonderful place! The food was phenomenal, and the staff were so friendly! I have a feeling it hasn't been fully discovered yet, but they deserve all the credit!

After a super fun team outing, thanks to the bistro staff's hard work, we were able to seat about 23 people on the terrace. Chef Luuk's shared dining experience was well received...and so were the wines.

Bistro Feline is located on a beautiful and cozy corner of the Lindengracht. It was a lovely evening with a buzz on the terraces on the street. Our dinner was served in a friendly manner. There are beautiful wines (although steeply priced) on the menu. We found the food fine, but not very special. Toast (not home-made) with salmon (also from a package). The hasselback potato was tasty.

The food was delicious, but what made it even more fun and enjoyable was the lovely Amsterdam hostess. She helped us well and really made our evening, see you soon again!!😊

Absolutely fantastic! We sat in the terrace and let us amaze by fantastic wine and superb food. The service was above 5 stars. Recommended to anyone who likes to experience a good dinner.

We went in for lunch and we really liked the dishes and the friendly Jordanese service here. The lunch menu featured some interesting twists on classics like a coquille Rockefeller, a Jordanese style meatball on Brioche bun and stroopwafel style ice cream sandwich. Don't think of big dishes but smaller items . All came out quick, with friendly service, very tasty, albeit leaning on the expensive side given the size, but flawless quality. I think the restaurant is still finding their style and positioning but I thought it was certainly worth the visit and would consider coming back for the dinner menu

Had a fantastic evening at Bistro Féline! A cozy atmosphere, beautiful restaurant. Served by a real professional who really enjoys her work. The food was awesome, nice that you can easily share the starters with each other. Especially the lobster with orzo, this was brought to the table by chef Luuk. What a discovery in the middle of the Jordaan. Bistro Feline. Already a fan of Daalder in the old diamond factory, our expectations were high. The atmosphere in this much smaller restaurant is intimate, hospitable and very pleasant. Friend Luuk cooks the stars from the sky there. Delicious lobster, onion soup, bitterbal (but different), salmon. Everything is prepared equally perfectly. With love, you can taste that. The passion of Daalder can be found here in bistro form. Fantastic.

It is a pity that price quality is not included to give a number of stars. Because that is really below par, they want to keep the price and portions of a Michelin ... that is a pity if you do not know this. I always look for the restaurant where we are going to eat, the menu is really inviting if you look at it online. For transparency and expectation management, I would like to see the amount (grams / pieces) with the starters. Then I probably would not have chosen this restaurant. The flavors and the service are very good.

One of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of dining at in Amsterdam, highly recommended! The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, perfect for a special evening. The service was impeccable: the staff were incredibly kind and helped us choose both dishes and wines with great expertise. Every course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, with great attention to detail. The wine selection was also excellent. On top of that, the value for money was really good. Had dinner here with friends a few weeks ago. After reading a few reviews, we enjoyed eating here. Food was good. However, the portions were small. You have to take into account that you may have to order 2/3 starters per person. The main course does not come with anything extra, simple garnishes. The side dish with avocado was nothing special.. Please also note that the bottles of wine are only available from >€45. Good quality! Service was not good. The restaurant is not very large, but our order was forgotten twice. We wanted to eat and dine here all evening, but we left fairly quickly. All in all very pricey for what you get.

De gerechten van Bistro Féline zijn tong- en neusstrelend en bovendien een plaatje om te zien. Je proeft ambacht en passie. De bediening is lief, attent en efficiënt. Dat was een heerlijke middag.

Had drinks on the terrace here yesterday and we got the “chsrcuterie”. For €24 you get the 3 of the smallest slices of ham and sausage. Not s single piece of cheese, fruit or nuts. Total rip off.

Ordered a glass of white wine on the terrace today. We received half a glass of not even that great chardonnay, which was then charged to the bill for €18. Without any notification in advance. Really not okay bistro Féline. We felt ripped off.

Excellent food, rarely had such a tasty dish with lobster (lobster a la nage, with orzo and shells). Friendly service. Nice atmosphere, we sat at the bar, where you also have a view of the preparation of your starter (scallop a la rockefeller). Good quality wine. I wouldn't choose a Nespresso machine myself, but then I don't have a restaurant. Highly recommended!

Bistro Féline is net begonnen. De gangen waren echt heerlijk!!! Zeldzaam goed. WAT EEN CHEF!! Punt van aandacht: het was op deze donderdagavond niet erg druk en onze gangen waren soms niet echt warm. Hoe zal dat zijn als het wel druk is? Wijnkaart tikkeltje prijzig.

Last weekend I had dinner at Bistro Feline in Amsterdam, and I can say with certainty that this is a place I will return to often. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. The scallops Rockefeller were an absolute explosion of taste – they came perfectly in their shells, wonderfully soft and extremely tasty. The gnocchi? It was simply delicious – perfectly soft on the inside, with a flavorful sauce to top it all off. Besides the food, the atmosphere was very pleasant. Bistro Feline has a warm, inviting and chic ambiance where you immediately feel at home. The staff also deserves a special mention: super nice, attentive and with an eye for detail. They ensure that everything is perfect down to the last detail, so that you are truly pampered. In short, Bistro Feline is an absolute must for anyone who enjoys refined dishes and a great dining experience. I will definitely come back here!

Ondanks dat we met een groep van 16 mensen zaten te eten, was elke gang duidelijk met veel aandacht bereid. Bijzondere maar zeer geslaagde combinaties van verschillende (topkwaliteit) ingrediënten.

The interior is cozy and chic, perfect for a relaxing evening out. The service is top notch and you immediately feel welcome. The whole thing really has a cozy vibe. ¡Qué increíble adición culinaria al Amsterdam Jordaan! Tuvimos el placer de visitar la nueva creación de Dennis Huwaë y nos encantó. Desde el lindo brioche de aves de corral con champiñón (¡Imprescindible comer! ) , unos increíbles ñoquis de avellana hasta un perfecto filete de ojo de costilla, todo superó nuestras expectativas. El personal era muy amable y profesional, nos recomendaron vinos encantadores, un Rioja y Pinot Noir, para acompañar nuestra comida. De postre disfrutamos de un delicioso moulleux de chocolate, pero después de ver a nuestros vecinos tomando el flan, tenemos que volver y probar eso también. Gran lugar con comida increíble que supera con creces su punto de precio.

We know Arturo from Voltaire. We often came there until the last time we noticed that he was no longer standing behind the stove. We received the tip that he had settled at Gossler & Florin. Didn't hesitate and arranged an evening in Amsterdam. We had a fantastic tasty (feminine😊) evening. During the evening there was nice contact with the other guests about the delicious dishes that Arturo served. That resulted in a great ending together at one table with a beautiful amarone. The other guests also had a story for life. From the first time I ever had him at the table, I noticed that he has a certain shyness (read: focused). That's probably what makes him so good. We had a wonderful dinner with him and we provided nice and beautiful positive feedback. Wondering if his dreams and plans will come true. We hope they keep Arturo here for a while.

Lunch op zaterdagmiddag op de Lindengracht. Warm welkom en leuk, knus restaurant. 4 gangen lunch menu met wine pairing. Twee heerlijke amuses, brood & boter super lekker, glaasje bubbels, prima start. Tonijn, king krab, ree en zalig dessert. De wijnen paste prima en erg lekker. Bediening vriendelijk en professioneel en leuk om de chef aan tafel te krijgen met uitleg over de gerechten. Heerlijke ontspannen middag en zeker een bezoek waard.

Actually just happened to arrive last minute last night. Very positively surprised by the wonderful, stylish, warm space and music, very pleasant service and the modest, excellent cooking style with beautiful truth on the plate. Original and real and great in taste. Ultimately, a nice price/quality balance. Absolutely recommended ☀️☀️

De kokkels in tomatersaus waren super, de coquille onder een deegdekseltje met een heerlijk rijke ( a la Rockefeller ;-) ) saus was subliem. Ook de Kabeljouw was heel goed, op een mooie aardappel-mousseline. Wijnen, kaas en dessert ook echt top! Het was zo lekker dat we vergeten zijn foto's te maken :-) Personeel ook heel aardig trouwens.

Los amantes de la gastronomía de Ámsterdam estaban mirando de cerca como este lugar había abierto en los antiguos barrios del emblemático restaurante Daalder. Rellenar los zapatos de un lugar elegante popular no era fácil. ¡Pero el valiente chef fue capaz de hacerlo! Gossler & Florin ofrecen una nueva y fresca mirada a la cocina francesa con sus versiones modernas de los platos clásicos. Y también vi y aprecié un pequeño homenaje a la cocina portuguesa en su cóctel de cangrejos. Nuestros berberechos, sarro, langosta, fletán eran delicados y tiernos. La sorprendente carta de vinos nos permitió pedir un maridaje perfecto para nuestra comida. El servicio fue muy amable. Toda la noche de cena fue muy memorable. Veredicto: definitivamente Sí.

Een heerlijke avond doorgebracht op het terras van Gossler &Florin. Al vier keer hier geweest en een constante kwaliteit aangetroffen. Heel vriendelijke bediening, lekker eten en een heel goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. We hebben geweldige Kokkels in een verrukkelijke tomaten knoflook saus gegeten. Bloemkool Blini’s met creme fraiche en kaviaar, heilbot en aardappel mousseline. En een heerlijk flesje chardonnay. Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wine and Food Walk was Fantastic! what a friendly owner, sweet, warm and involved. Dish was by far the best of all, beautiful wine combination.

Together with my cousin, I went to the Four Hands Dinner at Gossler Florin. We had an incredibly enjoyable evening out. The company was great, and the food was fantastic. We enjoyed every course. It was a different atmosphere and setting compared to Daalder, but chefs Dennis and Nigel managed to surprise their guests.

Possibly the worst meal I have had in any restaurant. Attracted to the terrace, we ordered the cote de boeuf with bearnaise and fries. Drenched in a gooey salt bath of jus, masking the tasteless meat, there was no bearnaise. Hollandaise came with another dish, looking like a soufflé and with the consistency of scrambled eggs. Fries served with mayo were too salty to enjoy. We asked, twice, were the bearnaise was, and once if the hollandaise was meant for our dish. The friendly waitstaff seemed utterly uninterested and slightly annoyed that we dared to ask for bearnaise (keep in mind the price of 69euros pp!). Not one element of the dish was enjoyable. Maybe the mayo from the jar.

¡Este restaurante no es para vegetarianos! No hay un plato principal vegetariano en el menú. El personal no era muy servicial. La única sugerencia era pedir una porción más grande de uno de los guarniciones, el risotto. Resultó que esto ni siquiera era un risotto, sino risoni en salsa de queso. Un experto en alimentos podría haber detectado la diferencia en el menú, pero no lo hicimos y no fuimos advertidos al respecto por el personal. El servicio fue extremadamente lento. Llegamos a las 6. 15 PM y había anunciado que teníamos que salir a las 7. 30 PM. Todavía tenemos nuestro primer plato alrededor de las 6. 50 PM y el risotto unos 10 minutos antes de que tuviéramos que irnos. Y no estaba ocupado en absoluto. Una nota positiva: el pan estaba muy bueno y los espárragos estaban llenos de sabor. Y después de cierta insistencia por nuestra parte, solo se cobró una porción regular del 'risotto'.

Cozy atmosphere, great service, grand café atmosphere where you can enjoy really tasty and good food. My favourite? The cauliflower blini with caviar…

We had a diner for four with dishes from two chefs, Nigel from Gossler&Florin and the “guest” chef from restaurant Bougainville in Amsterdam. We had two amuses and six dishes with wine pairing. Everything was great, tasty, well thought of. Well balanced tastes in every dish, beautifully arranged on the plates. A pleasure for the eye and the tongue! The staff is very accomodating and do their work with great professionalism. Thank you for a great evening! We will absolutely come back.

We ate at G&F for the second time last Thursday. The food was great made by Nigel and Tim. We'll come again next time ;-)

I had a wonderful meal on a quiet night. The chef watched me eat and timed all of the courses accordingly. Each dish was exquisite

Best asparagus of my life. Risotto, bread & butter, cockles, and crab are all phenomenal. Wine is superb - I would order more glasses or bottles instead of a cocktail next time. Only improvement suggestion would be larger portions as I wanted to eat more of everything 🙂

Enjoyed the Lindengracht. Low threshold, high quality. Very fine dishes with the same wines. You can enjoy it inside, but I can imagine that the terrace is also great. So come back soon ;)

Good food. A small menu in which they ran out of one of the dishes (cod) early on a Saturday night the day I went.

We can forgive the extremely long wait before someone came to take our order, we can also forgive the cappuccino that arrived as a black americano (the justification of the waiter was 'oh, they forgot to add the milk'), we can forgive the lack of teaspoon and sugar once the cappuccino eventually came, but I draw the line at being charged 5 EURO for one glass of sparkling water. Not a huge glass, not a bottle, no ice..... just a simple glass. Shame on you. You won't see me back.

Delicious food with great service and very smooth atmosphere!

A must destination when in Amsterdam. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed to relax and enjoy a special evening. The owner and chef created for us a memorable meal of three courses with perfectly matched wine.

Tasty but also a bit pricey. Surprising combinations. Lots of water sauce in the main dishes, it almost falls off your plate.

What a great place. Beautiful restaurant with extremely hospitable staff and excellent dishes and wines. Hardly ever eaten and enjoyed it so well. We will definitely come back!

A gorgeous room sets the right atmosphere for a delicious 6 course tasting menu. We were blown away by the inventiveness of the dishes that never got pretentious. Food had substance, tasting subtle, original, yet familiar. For us, this is not a one-off novelty restaurant. It’s a place we can see making a regular visit to for reliably special and tasty meals.

This is a great restaurant. Amazing food for not to crazy prices. Good value for money. The staff is very nice, helpful and gives good advice. It’s really a gem in de Jordaan. Don’t tell everyone.
