Delicious breakfast, way too much, super service, friendly staff, not expensive

Nice location, but exorbitant prices and a rock-hard sandwich I recently sat on the terrace here while waiting for the bus. The atmosphere and coziness on the terrace were fine, but the prices charged here are really way too high for what you actually get. You pay no less than €5.50 for a small bottle of Gulpener Radler, and €3.20 is charged for a small glass of Cola Zero. Those are hefty hospitality prices that you finish in three sips. Because I *must* eat on time due to my diabetes, I was forced to order a brie sandwich for €9.95 as well. Unfortunately, this was very disappointing. It was an incredibly hard roll that was almost impossible to cut through with a knife. I was forced to bite off pieces myself, because it was simply too hard and too tough to cut properly. That really shouldn't happen for nearly ten euros. In total, including a small tip, I spent €23.50 for two Cokes, a Radler, and a Brie sandwich. It was a pleasant afternoon in the sun and the service was fine, but in terms of price-quality ratio, it is simply far too expensive for what you get on your plate and in your glass. My second visit to Brasserie Goya What a great turnaround: Brasserie Goya proves absolute top quality! Last week I was still critical here about a hard roll, but today Brasserie Goya proved itself to be more than superior. Because my Omnibus bus was early and I need to drink on time due to my diabetes, I decided to sit down for a delicious Cola Zero before my appointment at Hans Anders. After I finished the treatment, I came back for lunch and ordered the healthy white roll. This was truly a masterpiece: golden fresh and generously topped with ham, cheese, pineapple, delicious pickled vegetables, cucumber, egg, tomato, and tasty fresh lettuce. An absolute must-try that I will order again immediately next time! What made the experience truly perfect was the service. I was served by three different girls, and they are all absolute treasures. Even when it suddenly started raining cats and dogs, these ladies remained radiant, friendly, and extremely hospitable. Now this is service with a smile! I am very satisfied and will be back here with great pleasure. A well-deserved 10 with a gold star for the food and the waitresses!

Eating here for the first time today, but the food is incredibly delicious. Our own food (taco sandwich) was already great, but everything that was passed around for other people looked amazing too. Highly recommended.

We had made a reservation for 60 people at Bar Lunar in Heerlen this morning. We had been in contact at least six weeks in advance. Upon arrival, the restaurant turned out to be closed. We called, knocked, rang the doorbell, but there was no sign of life. We checked online briefly. Goya was open for breakfast. We walked over there. There were (I believe) 2 waitresses, 2 cooks, and a manager present. If we all ordered the same menu—just a “small” breakfast with 2 hard rolls, orange juice, a croissant, a French toast, fried eggs, ham, cheese, jam, yogurt—and ordered coffee, tea, or water in the first round, it would work out. This restaurant whipped up a breakfast for 60 people in just an hour. Freshly baked rolls and croissants, a freshly made omelet, orange juice, yogurt, and so on. Great job, team 👏!

Delicious cappuccino and very friendly staff

Had another delicious lunch at Goya yesterday. The food is always superb. But the service yesterday apparently wasn't in the mood. Very curt, fake friendly, and even started snapping at a lady with a small dog. Several people on the terrace really felt like, "I don't think you feel like being here at all." Very disappointing.

This is a really cozy brasserie. In the summer, you can sit outside with a drink and a delicious sandwich. However, I've eaten inside a few times in the evenings, and the food was disappointing. The meat was so poorly cooked that I couldn't eat it. What a shame, because you go out for a nice dinner with friends, and it's a shame that everything has to go back so quickly. But a very nice owner, a very nice brasserie, but the food isn't good.

Top breakfast available until 11:30, with omelet or boiled egg, two rolls, French toast, and orange juice.

Tables are close together. The quality is good. Customers on the patio receive their orders through the outside door, which does create a draft and a bit of a chill. The sound of their voices echoes throughout the restaurant. The menus are excellent.

We've been coming here weekly for the past few years. It's already deteriorated significantly recently. Very expensive compared to the quality. We arrived at 5 PM today and can't order any food because they're closing soon??? Horrible. The owner shows absolutely no empathy anymore. We won't be back. Change your opening hours to 5 PM. This is so misleading!!!😡

Delicious food and very filling; many reviews say you have to wait a long time, however, I did not experience that. Drinks took 2 minutes and the food arrived within 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the place was a bit dimly lit (which my wife actually found atmospheric) and the music was a little too loud.

Just read how you treat people and remove their review from your site tells me enough

"Quick" lunch at Brasserie Goya. After 45 minutes, I finally inquired about the food. I'd lost the note. It happens, of course. You'd expect to get it as soon as possible. But no way. When I asked how long it would take... another 40 minutes! I just had to queue again. And this wasn't the first time, but it was the last 😡 If you post a review on their website, it's immediately deleted, which is why they only have good ones.

After waiting an hour for a farmer's omelet and a sandwich, we paid for our drinks and left. The staff apologized for the delay, but that wasn't helpful to us as a customer. People who had ordered at the same time had already paid and left. Once and for all...

Delicious food at a normal price

Just after arriving at 5:30 PM, we were turned away by a foreign woman who said they close at 6:00 PM. We weren't even offered a cup of coffee.

Best restaurant for lunch! Friendly staff and good food. The pizza taco is delicious. Go here and not the restaurant next door.

Nice place, they have gluten free food options. The food size varies a bit, some food is way too small (my friend ordered a chicken sandwich), but others are very big (salads), the service is also nice. A bit expensive.

Inside, they have two floors where you can eat and drink. There's also a spacious outdoor terrace. The service is friendly, and the ground floor is wheelchair accessible. The restroom is located on the first floor, which is only accessible via a staircase.

When ordering we indicated that we wanted a sandwich without ham. First time it came wrong and there was ham on it. We neatly indicated that we wanted it without ham and sent it back. Got the second sandwich again with ham. It was acted as if we had made a problem out of it and not even an apology was offered. We had already drunk and wanted to pay for it. When paying, we still had to pay for the sandwiches that we did not eat. Ridiculous! Misunderstandings can happen, but they cannot handle it properly.

I think it's very good, I like to eat there.

I've had bad food before, but never this bad. The schnitzel was undercooked and the beer was served without foam. Unacceptable! When I said something about it, I was looked at and told to pay. Bad service. I'll never come back here again.

Well, the little one's fries looked like they had been refried again, just like the frikandel, which was also dreary. Mine and my girlfriend's Greek salad were not fresh, unedible and disgusting, I had ordered without olives and what was in the olives 🤢 feta cheese was just its own house brand from Albertheijn or Jumbo, I advise people not to order these things there, drink nothing to complain about!!

Clean, cozy, nice atmosphere. Prices a bit too high or portions too small. A little more bread would be nice.

The website says open until 6, 20 to 6 in front of the door for a cup of coffee, no one inside, where is everyone, this is not hospitality. I went to the other side and they welcomed me with open arms while they were already closing. Were I? mom here never come back really bad this I don't like this

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een goede kwaliteit eten én drinken. Erg fijne zaak om een lekker een kop koffie of Chocomel te drinken in deze tijd en je kunt hier echt prima lunchen!

Ondanks dat het half november is liep er maar 1 dame rond terwijl het terras toch goed gevult was! Prijzen zijn in verhouding met de qualiteit en aanbod veels te hoog. Jammer dat de meeste zaken het beleid van zoveel mogelijk geld inhalen hanteren ipv kwaliteit en klantenbinding !!!

Snelle bediening op een zondag middag. Lekker 12 uurtje gegeten: kopje soep, snee brood met kroket, spiegelei met ham en kaas en sla. Smaakte prima. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
