We had a lovely lunch here. The service was friendly, and it was relatively quiet when we were there.

While shopping, I chose this brasserie because of its high ratings, but unfortunately, I had a completely different experience. The iced coffee was simply awful. Upon inquiry, it turned out to be just coffee powder. It was nice that it was removed from the bill. The fried eggs were soggy, and the cheese had no flavor at all. The fries were undercooked. No choice between white or brown bread. It's in the middle of a busy shopping center and doesn't have its own restroom. So, I had to use the public restroom, which was far from clean. The young waitresses were friendly.

We drove all the way from Emmen to Maarssen especially to have a delicious meal at La Plaza. Everything on the menu is delicious. We chose the pork tenderloin satay with peanut sauce, and you can choose to have fries or a baguette with it. It was prepared perfectly. A big 10! And let's not forget the staff and the fantastic owner, Anne. Always a chat, the atmosphere is great, and it's very cozy. See you soon!

I ate there with friends and it was the best place in Utrecht. The food was delicious and well-prepared. Definitely recommended 👍 Worth driving from Emmen to eat there.

After we popped in for a drink this afternoon with the intention of ordering something to eat, we left feeling a little irritated. After spending 15 minutes trying to get the attention of the ladies, who were chatting away cheerfully, and getting absolutely NO response whatsoever despite all my attempts to contact them, I was done. When I asked, at checkout, if the kitchen was closed because we were completely ignored, I received an "oww, sorry..." We regularly visit LaPlaza, but we're not used to this, and I can't say enough good things about it. With only three tables occupied, this level of service?? A shame...a real shame.

The food was tasty and the service friendly, but the slow service was a downside. Hygiene left much to be desired. The sofas had stains and there were caked-on food residues on our table. This gave an unkempt impression. With more attention to speed and cleanliness, the experience would be significantly better.

If you want to have a nice lunch somewhere for a nice price, you should definitely come here. My daughter had a fall and immediately received a cool pack and an ice cream from the sweet owner. Nothing is too much to ask. We have lunch here at least once a week for a delicious salmon sandwich or breakfast deal while shopping. Delicious cappuccino or baby chino for the little one. Clean kitchen and friendly staff. Ohh the nachos are also very tasty.

Today we thought we would have a coffee with the 4 of us. So ordered a latte, coke and 2 frappacino. Had to wait quite a long time for the frappacino. The latte was not warm. After tasting the frappacino, we thought it was way too sweet and too much syrup had been added. 2 new ones were going to be made but again they had to wait a long time. So after not having had a frappacino for half an hour, we decided to leave. This is now the second time this has gone wrong for us. They won't see us here again!

Once again we had a delicious meal at La Plaza. Smooth and friendly service, highly recommended. We will definitely come back again.

We come to La Plaza several times a month, sometimes for lunch and other times just for coffee and tea. The dishes are delicious every time and we also think the service and customer friendliness of the staff is top notch. This way our son always gets a tasty cookie with his apple juice or chocolate milk. In short, highly recommended to stop while shopping in Bisonspoor.

Very bad service.. We just wanted to have a drink... after that you won't be looked after anymore. Staff sit at a table folding things and drinking coffee, or they stand chatting and do not look at seated guests. Not even if we have finished the glass and certainly not if you want to pay. Very unfortunate because that seriously reduces customer service.

I sat here for at least an hour and they didn't even come. No eye contact, nothing. Bad thing. Never come here again!!

We ordered pastries, coffee and tea. And after a while they said that their coffee machine doesn't work and they can't make tea either. So we stuck with two sweet cakes and no hot drink to take away. I asked if it was okay if I ordered a takeaway tea to go with the cake, and they said no. I mean, we come here for the coffee and tea (we all just want a hot drink) they could at least ask if we still want to stay knowing that they can't make coffee or tea. Not to serve the cakes, then said they could only serve cold drinks.

Cozy place to have lunch. An excellent vegan croquette is served here (Cas and Kas) and excellent smoothies. Definitely worth a try. Friendly service

They have delicious coffee and I always like to get a capuchino to go here during my break. They also have many tasty lunch options and you can sit on their indoor terrace in the middle of the shopping center.
