Had lunch at Loud in Dongen. Nice spot, right in the small center of Dongen. Parking available around the corner. Beautiful interior and exterior. Friendly service. Helpful and "Brabant-style cozy". A 10. Good coffee. We had the salmon sandwich and the tuna salad. Delicious, well-filled. The tuna salad could have used a bit more mayonnaise and salt, but still a solid 8. Overall a 9.

Had lunch here. Ordered a pancake for our son that was far from fresh and tasted like fish. We pointed this out politely and let him eat with us in the meantime, so a new pancake wasn't necessary. To our surprise, when we received the bill, we were simply made to pay for it because they couldn't explain it... far from customer-friendly. You serve something that is neither fresh nor supposed to taste like fish, and then you make the customer pay for it too. Bad service in that regard, and on top of that pointing out that it isn't made fresh, is just too much..

Had a lovely meal on the terrace. Friendly service, tasty dishes. Just a shame that the beef tataki is no longer on the menu...

The restaurant has a nice, relaxed atmosphere with many plants and a bright, open feel. In good weather, it is also pleasant to be able to sit outside, which really enhances the experience. The view outside makes it extra peaceful and pleasant to sit there. The reservation went smoothly, and the contact beforehand was clear and friendly. Rinske, in particular, came across as very helpful and pleasant, which immediately created a good first impression. That friendly approach remained evident during the visit as well. The staff were generally attentive, checked regularly to see if everything was to our liking, and exuded an approachable and welcoming attitude. That created a pleasant feeling while dining. The food was fine and fitting for a lunch spot. The Loud Burger was ordered in the XL version. It tasted good, but the execution of the XL version was a bit simple: it seemed mainly like an extra burger on top of the standard version rather than a genuinely larger bun or a clearly larger burger. A slightly more creative approach would have made the dish stronger. All in all, primarily a relaxed lunch spot with a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and a setting where you can sit quietly and enjoy yourself. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner. However, for dinner it is of course still slightly more of a lunch restaurant.

The steak was slightly overcooked. Otherwise a nice place. We ate with 11 people and wanted to split the bill, but they wouldn't allow it. Very unfriendly; we are paying customers. It's a shame, as other places manage to do it.

We had the High Loud dinner with 27 people and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was wonderful, the tables were beautifully set, and the appetizers were all carefully prepared and packed with flavor. We went home with a full belly. Highly recommended.

The concept of a three-course (or even four-course) tasting menu for two people is fantastic. The appetizer and main course were served as at least four different appetizers on a platter. Portions were generous and delicious. The cheese platter for dessert was the perfect finishing touch.

A local restaurant, with a lot of space. Super friendly staff. The very best was that they were all prepared to cater with special dishes for vegans. Or lactose intolerant guests. Already upon our entry they referred to the reservation in which i indicated to come with four lactose intolerant vegetarians. There are several dishes on the menu, and even more options can be prepared just for you. This is absolutely fabulous and therefore I highly recommend to visit LOUD when you happen to be in the neighborhood. Please inform the team when you need something special. They are happy to help!

Had a lovely lunch on the terrace under the parasol. Friendly staff, and the food was delivered incredibly quickly. Tip: ribeye salad!! My friend had the salmon salad (made with roasted salmon), which was also very tasty (only the first bite had a bone, but that happens to the best of us). We also ordered the lunch platter with a few people... also very good! Conclusion: highly recommended!

We didn't regret it for a minute! - The owner, Gijs, is truly fantastic, thoughtful, incredibly accommodating, and super sweet. - The service, also fantastic!! Sweet, efficient, attentive to every detail, and super friendly. - The food, amazing! Everything fresh and just as delicious, from appetizers to dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed it!! - The atmosphere, also great! Beautiful venue with plenty of free parking all around. All our guests enjoyed themselves, and we received nothing but compliments. They have nice decoration. But they take really long to serve and deliver your food to you we waited 15 minutes for our food very delicious but we waited really long

De gemberthee was nog niet lekker want lauw water en te droge en te dikke stukken gember zorgen voor geen smaak. De vegetarische rendang van jackfruit was echter zeer smaakvol , een beetje pittig en lekker van structuur! De bediening was vlot en vriendelijk.

Wonderful location for virtually any time of the day. Reception is warm and attentive. The menu is very affordable and extensive and offers 'something for everyone'. Because the weather cooperated, we sat outside on the comfortable terrace. Dongen has a new hotspot!

Recently went to LOUD again. The last time I had been there for lunch was just under a year ago. At that time I had the rendang sandwich. Unfortunately, this was no longer on the menu, so I went for the stewed meat sandwiches. This was unfortunately a disappointment. With stew you expect a nice stew/pot with tender meat. However, unfortunately it was very dry. In addition, someone else at the table ordered the pork belly sandwiches. The pork belly was really good, but the sandwiches were very small. The differences between the sandwiches were large.

Had a 4 course Indonesian dinner yesterday. What a party. Great atmosphere, beautiful dishes and a host, Kevin, who passionately told everyone about the meals.

Nice restaurant in a nice atmosphere! Delicious food, but service was not good tonight! After the main meal it took at least half an hour before everything was cleared; while they regularly walked past our table and our plates were completely empty. In addition, the wait staff also chatted with each other 2 or 3 times instead of clearing tables and/or walking around. After that we didn't feel like having dessert anymore so we paid immediately. Too bad.

Hele gezellige zaak, gezellig zitten om wat te drinken, de tafels om aan te eten zijn mooi opgedekt met wijnglazen al op de tafel, het ziet er uitnodigend uit om wat te gaan eten of drinken. Er hangt een gezellige sfeer, de bediening is vriendelijk. Zeker een aanwinst voor dongen.

LOUD is een aanwinst voor Dongen. Sfeervol en vooral heerlijk eten zowel lunch als diner. Borden zien er mooi opgemaakt uit, daar is aandacht aan besteed. De carpaccio met de lunch en vegetarische burger met diner zijn aanrader. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Hier even een broodje gegeten met zn tweeën. De zaak ziet er gezellig uit, wel wat donker maar schoon en leuk ingericht. Het meisje in de bediening moest duidelijk nog opstarten, was vooral druk met haar koffie en collega in de keuken. Broodje Vitello Tonato was zó droog dat het bij de eerste hap al het vocht uit mijn mond wegzoog. Niet alleen het brood was aan de droge kant, het vlees ook en zelfs de “tonijndressing” was korrelig droog. Handje droge sla erop gekwakt. Niet best. Zelf opgestaan en naar de bar gelopen om extra saus te vragen en aangegeven dat het nogal droog was allemaal. Geen reactie daarop en kwam even later de restjes uit een lege fles tonijndressing brengen in een papieren cupje. Weer die droge korrelige rommel. Bij het afrekenen werd er gevraagd of alles naar wens was. Mijn partner gaf aan dat dit niet het geval was. De reactie: aah ok. Dikke onvoldoende. Teleurstellende ervaring. Horeca is een mooi vak, als het je niet boeit ga dan wat anders doen.
