Yesterday we had a wonderful meal at Bridot in Elst. Everything was prepared with great care and was particularly flavorful, the wines paired beautifully, and the service was incredibly friendly. There is a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, making for a truly peaceful evening out. If you love good food, fine wine, and leisurely dining, Bridot is absolutely worth a visit. We had a fantastic evening and will definitely be back!

We love coming here; we have been a number of times now. Each time with different people who are also very satisfied. Always a freshly baked roll, which my wife is always crazy about. I always let myself be surprised with matching wines and beautifully balanced dishes.

The owner explains each dish thoroughly and explains the ingredients used in each course. The ingredients are high-quality, and you can taste that in the rich flavor of the products. The portions combined leave you feeling full. The wine was also excellent, and I bought a bottle to enjoy at home. The restaurant's decor is reminiscent of a living room, bringing peace and tranquility. Beautifully decorated and carefully furnished to create a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended. The staff's attentiveness is outstanding. They're present, but you don't even know they're there. If you drop a knife, you look up and there's already someone next to you with a new one. The atmosphere is pleasant; no loud music, just pleasant sounds that enhance the ambiance. In short, if you're in the area, definitely go here—you won't have a good time!

An excellent, small-scale restaurant with beautiful dishes, and the wine pairings are particularly excellent! Not cheap, but I'd rather dine out less often, but at this level, than at an all-you-can-eat restaurant.

The house white wine is fantastic. The plate du jour was beautifully presented and served. The bavette was delicious, partly due to the coarse sea salt. The whitefish was also fantastic. The accompanying sauces were perfect. Tip: Not every guest enjoys "surprises" in the menu. Perhaps an idea to announce the plate du jour outside on a beautiful French plate? I'll be back...the service was also very attentive. For lovers of a cheese platter, its presentation is unique.

Today we went to Bridot for the second time after a fantastic dinner a few months ago. This Easter brunch was also a hit. A hospitable, personal welcome, nice ambiance and delicious food. Wii had the 4-course menu of the chef. Slightly adjusted due to dietary requirements! The wine arrangement is definitely recommended and that also applies to the wines from the wine shop which are surprising. We will definitely come back here! One top restaurant in the middle of Elst.

We like to visit beautiful restaurants in Arnhem and Nijmegen. But this one in Elst is a nice surprise!

Pretense that is not fulfilled. Although the welcome is most cordial, there is a lack of finishing and attention to detail. The wine is absurdly priced. The customer focus is constantly apparent: physical elbow contact because, if necessary, a long conversation has to be had with the table next to it is not even noticed. The 'sold out' of an affordable rosé is not compensated but replaced by a bizarrely expensive glass. Please note: the owner has a wine shop next to the restaurant where you can buy a bottle for the price of a glass in the restaurant. The food was mediocre at best. There were some nice things, but nothing that rose above bistro level. The flavors of the main course were mixed after two bites due to the use of a deep plate. The gravy was downright nasty (I never eat used fat) but was on the meat before I could intervene. I'll end on a positive note: the homemade ice cream was great. At many competitors the food is better and the wine more affordable.

Wonderfully stylish restaurant with a very nice relaxed atmosphere and very tasty dinner. The cordiality of the service and the attention they have for their guests is really Top Notch. The dinner we ate was delicious and it was a modest work of art on our plate. A little less: the wine pairing was so good that I, being a bit tipsy, completely forgot to leave a tip and I really feel bad about that! Sorry about that team Bridot, because the evening was really worth a good tip! Maybe add a tip option in the card machine?

Typo in the name of the restaurant??? PLEASE NOTE: The price on the sign outside does not match the price on the menu inside. The owner tells us inside that the price on the menu is leading. But it is HIGHER! The owner thinks this is the most normal thing in the world. I have a suggestion for him: change the name to BEDOT. It saves a few letters, but at least it's correct again.
